Earthquakes have a great destructive effect on the geo-ecological environment of mountain towns, and the restoration of the geo-ecological environment after the disaster is of great significance to the sustainable development of mountain towns. This paper applies the improved ecological footprint method to build a geo-ecological restoration footprint evaluation model from the aspects of factors affecting the geological ecology. Moreover, Comprehensive evaluation of geo-ecology were selected to analyse the dynamic change process of geological ecology before and after the Lushan earthquake in 2010-2017. The results show that earthquake disasters have a long-term and dual impact on the geo-ecological environment of mountainous towns. Earthquake disasters can change the geo-ecological footprint by reducing the output of ecological products, changing the population composition, diet structure and even the fuel ratio, thereby affecting the geo-ecological restoration process for a long time. On the one hand, the effect of sustainable restoration of the ecology after the disaster in Lushan County has achieved initial results, the geo-ecological deficit has been reduced by more than 43%. But on the other hand, the comprehensive evaluation of ecological restoration in Lushan County is in an unsustainable state and the geo-ecological environment is facing tremendous pressure. Based on this, this article considers the degree of geoecological restoration in Lushan County, and proposes a countermeasure for future geological and ecological restoration in Lushan County.

The water resources carrying capacity is an important component of natural resource carrying capacity in a country or region sustained development process. It is the key being related to using the water resources reasonably, which means vital to the sustained growth of the water resources, the social economy and the ecological environment concordant development.Taking the case of river basin in arid zone of the Manasi River Basin,The author evaluated water resources supporting capacity condition basin in different year of the Manasi River by establishing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The results indicated that because of saving water technological progress and industry restructure advancement, the water resources carrying capacity of Manasi River will be improved in the future twenty years. The water resources supply and demand contradictory will be obtained certain alleviation, but the uneven of water resources space and time distribution is still the main restrictive factor of the development of society and economic and the ecological environment construction.

In this paper, based on the healthy development of ecological environment in the Loess Plateau area , proposed 18 indices of ecological environment quality evaluation, established index system of ecological environment quality evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Taking Jiuyuangou basin as example, made a conclusion that Jiuyuangou ecological quality of the environment is under Ⅱ, fragile ecological environment quality for the general area, it is because of measures implementation of the Soil and Water Conservation Demonstration Area to increase the vegetation cover, soil erosion control, and promote the improvement of ecological environment.

In the electricity industry, performance evaluation generating units is very important to effectiveness evaluation unit and power generation sector. The paper carries on comprehensive evaluation to the generating performance of multi-type units based on integrated empowerment theory and ideal matter element extension method. The paper also introduces improved matter element extension model based on analyzing traditional matter element extension model. Analysis the main factors affecting the results of the evaluation, that is matter element、the weight calculation model and correlation calculation. And it constructs generating unit performance evaluation system by generating units of carbon emissions、 pollutants emissions of generating electricity、generation costs and power consumption performance. This template explains and demonstrates how to prepare your camera-ready paper for Trans Tech Publications. It is of great significance to enhance freeway safety. This paper analyzed the factors affecting freeway safety systematically. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) were applied to develop a freeway safety evaluation model. This model has a practical application on evaluate freeway safety level.

The production process of port enterprises is complex, and the operation contents are diversified and dynamic. Thus, the factors affecting the safety production risk are numerous and complex. To better grasp the risk state of the safety production of the port enterprises, based on the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and the actual situation of safe production of port enterprises, in this study, the diversified safety production data of port enterprises was collected and analyzed, the three-level index system of safety production data for port enterprises was constructed, the evaluation model of safe production state for port enterprises based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was established, and the practical application was carried out in a large port enterprise. The evaluation results were highly consistent with the actual situation of safe production of port enterprises. This evaluation method can be used to make full use of the existing data sources of safety production of port enterprises to discover the prominent risks affecting safety production and control them, and effectively improve the level of safety production of port enterprises.

COVID-19 has swept the world for more than one year. Public transport, especially railway passenger transport for long distance and extensive areas, is the most potential risk source of the pandemic. In railway passenger transport, real-name train ticket check can effectively track the propagation path of the pandemic, which is of most significance for spread prevention of COVID-19. In this study, the evaluation index system of real-name check of ticket in trains was first established, in which 22 indexes in 4 levels were included, and their weights were determined by the Method of Kantiray Weighting. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation model of real-name system check was proposed, in which normalized work of different indexes was done, and key factors affecting the evaluation were founded. Finally, typical data of 8 trains check were collected, and from the evaluation analysis, we can find out that most factors affecting results of real-name ticket check are attendant management, train organization level, train service, and real-name ticket check proportion, based on which corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given oriented to short-, medium-, and long-distance trains, respectively, all of which can reduce the risk of pandemic propagation in railway system.

Previously, factors affecting freeway network safety under all operational circumstances have been divided hierarchically. Consequently, evaluation indicators for highway safety have been established on the basis of specification and twin statistic data. We present a novel multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method for the safe operation of segments of a highway network, together with the calculation formula, based on matter element analysis. In addition, the method is evaluated using an example.

Using Amartya Sen’s capability approach and household survey data from Inner Mongolia, China, this paper constructs a welfare index in order to examine the impact of crop insurance on the welfare of farmers. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods were used to measure changes in farmers’ welfare before and after participating in crop insurance, and these were empirically tested to identify differences in the factors affecting farmers’ welfare. It was found that after participating in crop insurance, the overall welfare level of farmers slightly increased. Many functional indicators improved, such as family economic status, working status, protective security, and psychological experience; however, the living environment and leisure time of farmers deteriorated after participation. From the perspective of conversion factors, variables such as the educational level of the head of household, the total number of members in a given household, the policy of crop insurance and regional economic development level all have a significant impact on the changes in farmers’ welfare.
