The purpose of the article is to develop a comparative description of order fulfillment models by logistics operators, analysis of the estimated average transit time in the Asia - Europe direction. The main approach for studying this problem is a systematic approach that allows to identify technology elements of Ukrainian logistics operators based on electronic commerce and the use of rail transport in the Ukraine - Asia direction, and consider each element as a subsystem and identify bottlenecks. The article presents the technology to organize the work of Ukrainian logistics operators in the needs of the current market, which includes components of automation, artificial intelligence, warehousing and shipping directly to customers by 3PL operators. The materials in the article are of practical value for the professional and productive training of logistics operators, employees of transport companies, for research and teaching staff, in order to improve their professional skills.

Energetic materials (EMs) are one of the necessities in many military and civilian applications. Measuring the thermodynamic behaviors of detonation products of EMs at high temperature and high pressure, their equations of state (EOSs) not only serve as a basis in the design of novel materials, but also provide valuable information for their practical applications. The EOS study has a long history, but keeps moving all the time. Various EMs have been developed, the EOS of detonation products provides abundant information in the thermochemistry, hydromechanics and detonation physics, which in turn feedbacks the development of novel EMs and their EOSs. With the development of experimental techniques and computer simulations, many EOSs have been proposed for various explosives in recent years. While experiments keep their fundamental roles, integrated theory-experiment study has become the main approach to the EOS establishment for novel EMs. Moreover, computer simulations based on interatomic and/or intermolecular interaction will have great potential in the future when big data and artificial intelligence are introduced into the field.

The paper describes the solution to the problem of testing the efficiency of new ideas and algorithms for intelligent systems. Simulation of interaction of the corresponding intelligent agents in a competitive form implementing different algorithms is proposed to use as the main approach to the solution. To support this simulation, a specialized software platform is used. The paper describes the platform developed for running competitions in artificial intelligence and its subsystems: a server, a client and visualization. Operational testing of the developed system is also described which helps to evaluate the efficiency of various algorithms of artificial intelligence in relation to the simulation like "Naval Battle".

The article analyses the experience of organizing International Educational Exhibitions in Ukraine in 2016 – 2020. The essence of such concepts as "international educational exhibition", "international educational exhibition space", "facilitative support of professional development of research and teaching staff" is defined. The structural elements of the International Educational Exhibition and the stages of a higher educational institution participation in the exhibition activity (preparatory, direct participation, analysis of the achieved results) are considered. The authors of the article present systematized experience of facilitative support of professional development of research and teaching staff provided by specialists of the Department of Scientific Work of the State Institution of Higher Education "University of Educational Management" of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in the process of preparing, holding and analysing results of International Educational Exhibitions, such as "Innovation in Modern Education", "Modern Educational Institutions", "Education and Career – Student's Day", "Education and Career". The types of organizational and coordination activities are determined, a detailed list of actions of the process of facilitative support by the specialists of the Department of Scientific Work of research and teaching staff as exhibitors and visitors of the exhibition is presented. Methodical structuring and algorithmizing of types of organizational and coordination activities and a detailed list of actions of the facilitation process are described in the following stages: 1) preparation of research and teaching staff (exhibitors and visitors) to participate in International Educational Exhibitions; 2) direct participation of research and teaching staff (exhibitors and visitors) in the International Educational Exhibitions; 3) analysis of the results of participation of research and teaching staff (exhibitors and visitors) in International Educational Exhibitions. The authors have created a classification of events of the International Educational Exhibition according to the congress, competition and exponential components. Statistics of the number of planned and conducted events within the International Educational Exhibition activities in Ukraine in 2016 – 2020 are presented. Emphasis is placed on changing the form of exhibitions from offline to online format due to the COVID–19 pandemic and lockdown (quarantine restrictions) in 2020. Recommendations for higher educational institutions to maintain an integrated information base of exhibition educational activities with detailed information on the activities within the exponential, competitive and congress programs of the exhibition.

In the process of comprehending the prospects for the artificial intelligence development, the authors come to a conclusion that in the scientific learning of the world the problematic issues of the artificial intelligence are connected with problematic issues of recognizing the artificial intelligence systems and ordinary human thinking The article performs an analysis of the concepts of «intelligence» and «artificial intelligence», in the process of which the intelligence is viewed through a systematic approach in its broad sense. The purpose of the article is to present a number of conclusions about the levels of development of scientific studies of the problems under investigation, is there any reason to argue that attempts to implement the epistemological characteristics of thinking in modern artificial intelligence systems have not only been undertaken but also successful, and whether is it possible to talk about full transfer of the intellectual functions to the technical systems, endowing them with epistemological tools (in the context of the discussion about strong and weak versions of the artificial intelligence). The authors study the concept of «phenomenology of intelligence», the perception of intelligence in various historical eras by famous philosophers and scientists of other branches of knowledge; they identify the artificial intelligence as a special branch of science, analyze the existing problems in this field. In writing the article, they use the system approach, the theoretical analysis of and generalization of the scientific information, the historical, predicted, critical and dialectical methods of investigation.

Organizations in various industries have widely developed the artificial intelligence (AI) maturity model as a systematic approach. This study aims to review state-of-the-art studies related to AI maturity models systematically. It allows a deeper understanding of the methodological issues relevant to maturity models, especially in terms of the objectives, methods employed to develop and validate the models, and the scope and characteristics of maturity model development. Our analysis reveals that most works concentrate on developing maturity models with or without their empirical validation. It shows that the most significant proportion of models were designed for specific domains and purposes. Maturity model development typically uses a bottom-up design approach, and most of the models have a descriptive characteristic. Besides that, maturity grid and continuous representation with five levels are currently trending in maturity model development. Six out of 13 studies (46%) on AI maturity pertain to assess the technology aspect, even in specific domains. It confirms that organizations still require an improvement in their AI capability and in strengthening AI maturity. This review provides an essential contribution to the evolution of organizations using AI to explain the concepts, approaches, and elements of maturity models.

AbstractHostile online communication is a global concern. Academic research and teaching staff are among those professionals who routinely give public comments and are thus vulnerable to online attacks. This social psychological and criminological study investigated online harassment victimization among university researchers and teachers. Survey participants (N = 2,492) were university research and teaching staff members from five major universities in Finland. Victimization was assessed with a 20-item inventory. The study included a wide range of both background and general measures on well-being at work. Participants also took part in an online experiment involving a death threat targeting a colleague. Results showed that 30% of the participants reported being victims of online harassment during the prior 6 months. Victims were more often senior staff members, minority group members, and from the social sciences and humanities. Those active in traditional or social media were much more likely to be targeted. Victims reported higher psychological distress, lower generalized trust, and lower perceived social support at work than non-victims. Individuals who were targeted by a colleague from their work community reported higher post-traumatic stress disorder scores and a higher impact of perceived online harassment on their work compared to other victims. In the experimental part of the study, participants reported more anxiety when a close colleague received a death threat. Participants also recommended more countermeasures to a close colleague than to an unknown person from the same research field. Results indicate that online harassment compromises well-being at work in academia. There is an urgent need to find ways of preventing online harassment, both in workplaces and in society at large.
