Human connection is more important than ever as the world battles COVID-19. The internet plays an important role in connecting people throughout the world. Many businesses have taken certain measures to connect and collaborate in these unwanted times. This has led to an increase in demand for online collaboration tools for connecting people throughout the world. A tool widely used in such places to collaborate and connect is a whiteboard. In this paper, we develop a tool to increase collaboration without restricting people to any location, any particular OS, or any particular device needed to be used. Our application allows users to interact and collaborate through visual explanations, especially regarding the writing of the text, making diagrams, uploading images and models/sketches interactively that can be shared with all participants connected over the network in real-time. The tool does not require any plug-in to be downloaded, it is easy to use and has no limit on the number of clients. We have implemented this system by using HTML5 Canvas, Node.js, and Socket.io.

The increase in garbage production today is due to the exponential growth of the population worldwide, due to the fact that thousands of tons of garbage are generated daily around the world, but the mismanagement that gives them has become an environmental problem since 33% of all the garbage generated is not recycled, for that reason it is estimated that within the next three decades the amount of waste worldwide will increase to 70%. That is why in the present research work it is proposed to make an intelligent system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) that allows monitoring the garbage containers in real time representing with percentages the state of these containers and these can be collected in time by garbage trucks, and thus avoid the increase of garbage in the streets and the various types of problems that these would cause. As a result, it was obtained that the System does comply with the established conditions because it allows to monitor in real time representing by percentages the state of the garbage container, which indicates 40% as almost full and 80% indicates that it is already available for collection. Finally, it is concluded that using the Garbage Container Monitoring System will allow to better optimize the collection process and, in addition, the problems that are usually perceived today due to the amount of garbage that are registered in the streets will decrease. Abstract. This work focuses on the analysis of the use of Twitter by different weather services around the world. During the last few years the availability of mobile phones connected to the Internet has become a global reality. Likewise, the use of different social networks has been popularized and extended with different purposes including social communication. In this context most meteorological weather services have been using some of these social tools in order to improve their services for the general public and specific users. Twitter is a social tool that enables users to post messages (tweets) of up to 280 characters (up to 140 before November 2017), supporting a wide variety of communicative practices. Twitter is an opportunity not only to spread messages without intermediaries, but also interact in real time with users. Here we present a study of different aspects related to the use of Twitter in diverse weather services worldwide and their evolution during the year 2016.

Cloud computing has a significant role in the world of information technology, in particular for the retrieval and storage of relevant information. Globally, it creates a more dynamic, fast and precise function. In cloud computing, all information is stored online and does not require hardware like a conventional system. All are available globally on the internet network. It also eliminates the huge cost of buying and managing all existing hardware. Cloud computing has a quick access speed and can be managed in real-time. The data on the server can be easily arranged and distributed to people in need. It will lead the users to use and adapt this technology quickly. This technology generates speed and reliability more than the previous technology.

From artists like Michelangelo to Andy Warhol, art has played an interesting role in conveying messages to society. Worldwide increase in media consumption and increasing time spent on the Internet make art previously concerning niche audiences more widespread. In December 2019, Art Basel, one of the most important art platforms in the world, came to such attention with artwork exhibited in one of its galleries. When Maurizio Cattelan's work titled “Comedian”, which consisted of a banana affixed to a wall with duct tape, was sold for $150,000, it came to the limelight through the media. It was then transformed into a simulation with the interest of marketers and communicators and took its place among real-time marketing examples. In this study, Cattelan's “Comedian” is analyzed in terms of similarly prepared and published Turkish social media advertisements inspired by the artwork. It was seen that simulations most associated with the artwork in terms of visual and meaning had most online interaction and even won awards. Jean Baudrillard’s perspective that a vast process of simulation is taking place over the span of daily life, similar in style to ‘simulation models’ through which operational and cybernetic sciences work, is discussed in this context. The evidence from this study suggests that ‘banana copycats’ are creating by combining features or elements of reality.

The Internet of Things or IoT means the ability to connect billions of physical devices around the world that are now linking to the internet for collecting and sharing data. Internet of Things (IoT) technologies is used to sense the real-time primordial manufacture data and included the energy alliance data and the provision circumstance data. The Internet of Things (IoT) will approve any contents to be sensed or monitored remotely wherever there any remaining network infrastructure, making amenities for the integration of the actual world into computer-based systems. Real-time narrates the path of flowing media is processing. In the real-time procedure, anyone can entrance information barring to narrate for it and save our time.

When physical distancing became necessary as a result of COVID-19, I wanted to find out how to make music in real time over the internet. Fortunately, I found the Mannlicher Carcano Radio Hour! This improvisational collective has a history of networked performance—now facilitated via the conferencing platform Zoom—that stretches back to its origins in experimental call-in radio collage during the 1990s. This ‘community voices’ piece describes some of the ways participants from around the world join together on Saturdays to improvise and socialize as a networked community.

The Information SuperHighway, Email, The Internet, FTP, BBS, Modems, : all buzz words which are becoming more and more routine in our daily life. Confusing terminology? Hopefully it won't be in a few minutes, all you need is to have a handle on a few basic concepts and terms and you will be on-line with the rest of the "telecommunication experts". These terms all refer to some type or aspect of tools associated with a range of computer-based communication software and hardware. They are in fact far less complex than the instruments we use on a day to day basis as microscopist's and microanalyst's. The key is for each of us to know what each is and how to make use of the wealth of information which they can make available to us for the asking. Basically all of these items relate to mechanisms and protocols by which we as scientists can easily exchange information rapidly and efficiently to colleagues in the office down the hall, or half-way around the world using computers and various communications media. The purpose of this tutorial/paper is to outline and demonstrate the basic ideas of some of the major information systems available to all of us today. For the sake of simplicity we will break this presentation down into two distinct (but as we shall see later connected) areas: telecommunications over conventional phone lines, and telecommunications by computer networks. Live tutorial/demonstrations of both procedures will be presented in the Computer Workshop/Software Exchange during the course of the meeting.

Background. Nearly all of the research on sex differences in mass media utilization has been based on samples from the United States and a few other Western countries. Aim. The present study examines sex differences in mass media utilization in four Asian countries (Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, and Singapore). Methods. College students self-reported the frequency with which they accessed the following five mass media outlets: television dramas, televised news and documentaries, music, newspapers and magazines, and the Internet. Results. Two significant sex differences were found when participants from the four countries were considered as a whole: Women watched television dramas more than did men; and in Japan, female students listened to music more than did their male counterparts. Limitations. A wider array of mass media outlets could have been explored. Conclusions. Findings were largely consistent with results from studies conducted elsewhere in the world, particularly regarding sex differences in television drama viewing. A neurohormonal evolutionary explanation is offered for the basic findings.

Budget 4G smart phones coupled with affordable plans, can very well drive 4G growth in India.
