Following regional tourism cooperation, the promotion of balanced sustainable development has begun to play a vital role in the tourism industry. Using the West Coast of the Strait urban agglomeration, China, as an example, this study uses a data envelopment analysis (DEA) to analyzes the nonlinear relationship between tourism economic contact intensity and tourism industry efficiency by constructing a mixed effect model. The results show the following: (1) In the early stage of regional tourism cooperation, the efficiency of the tourism industry will decrease with an increase in the intensity of tourism economic contact. As regional cooperation tends towards a stable stage, the efficiency of the tourism industry will continue to increase with the strengthening of the intensity of tourism economic contact. (2) The regional economic level harms the efficiency of the tourism industry. The urbanization level has a positive effect on the efficiency of the tourism industry. (3) The level of opening up and transportation development in the region will not only bring tourism resources or tourists, but also lead them to flow out. They have no significant impacts on the efficiency of the tourism industry.

It firstly made a principal component analysis, then used the extracted principal components as a new integrated variable, the principal component score matrix as the new integrated variable data to make a cluster analysis through the software SPSS. From the perspective of tourism planning, the paper finally determines to establish a system of tourism central cities: Shenyang isⅠ-class tourism central city, Anshan, Fushun and Benxi are Ⅱ-class tourism central cities, Yingkou, Fuxin, Liaoyang and Tieling are Ⅲ-class tourism central cities, and provides the basis for distribution of the regional tourism economy in central Liaoning.

Objective To determine the ratio of the main growth factors when using various methods of local stimulation of reparative osteogenesis.Material and methods The study consisted of two parts: in the first part a comparative analysis of the content of growth factors by ELISA was carried out (PDGF – platelet derived growth factor, TGF – transforming growth factor, VEGF – vascular endothelial growth factor, IGF – insulin-like growth factor, BMP6 and BMP7 – morphogenetic proteins 6 and 7), capable of stimulating reparative osteogenesis in blood plasma, plateletrich plasma, red bone marrow and bone autoregenerate. The second part presented the results of approbation of the autoregenerate obtained according to the original method in the framework of an acute experiment on animals. Results The most important cytokines affecting the process of reparative osteogenesis are fibroblast growth factor – FGF1 and bone morphogenetic protein 7 – BMP7. Based on the results of a comparative enzymelinked immunosorbent assay, it has been established that the autoregenerate, obtained by the original method, and a bone marrow aspirate concentrate have the highest osteogenic potential. Conclusion Autoregenerate is an effective and promising means of local stimulation of reparative osteogenesis, and its transplantation is a simple and highly effective procedure.
