RCAT Wildcat soybean

RCAT Wildcat is a 2950 crop heat unit (CHU) soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] cultivar with excellent yield potential, good lodging resistance and above-average seed protein levels. It was developed by the Ridgetown College, University of Guelph, and is adapted to the 2800–3100 CHU areas of Ontario. RCAT Wildcat was issued registration number 5568 on 2002 Dec. 11 by the Variety Registration Office, Plant Production Division of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
