Local communities around the world are increasingly looking for the ways to be more active in local government and participate in the managing of their local resources. For a region to become a destination for rural tourism and economic development, there must be structured network and collaborative agreements between public sector and private sector actors. The involvement of the community is a key part of tourism and policies decisions. If the decisionsare not made in consultation with the local community during the project phase regarding tourism development in a region, the implementation will be impossible. It is much more vital to identify and involve key stakeholders in the project phase.By enabling the wide participation of different stakeholders in the decision-making process, including the local community, it enables the acquisition new knowledge about other stakeholders, the acquisition of new skills and the exchange of brilliant ideas in rural tourism development and economic impact, which, in turn, fosters and understanding of regional problems and enables exploration of new and innovative solutions in rural tourism development.Rural tourism development is an important part of the economic development and incremental of the country economy in this case of the Peja region. Whether there is sufficient potential for rural tourism development we should evaluate the natural, cultural and socio-historical resources in that country.Peja region has very good opportunities for rural tourism development because it is a place with history, tradition and culture in tourism development, especially rural tourism, because it has many resources.

The aim of the article is an analysis of modern tendencies atdevelopment of rural and ecological tourism in Ukraine as tothe type of entrepreneurial activity in rural locali, research of his influence on development of rural territories, and- problems, that arise up in his organization. Researchmethodology consists in the use of totality of methods : dialectical, statistical, historical and comparative: exactly theanalysis of experience of development of rural tourism in thecountries of Western and East Europe convinces of necessityof development of rural and ecological tourism for rural localities. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in opening of factors that assist to development of rural and ecological tourism in Ukraine, research of role of cluster models of his organization, and also value of increaseof level of enterprise form of peasants, in the decision ofproblems of him dynamic development in the conditions of thecrisis phenomena. Conclusions. For today in rural localitythere is a sufficient fund of accommodation for Devel- opmentof green tourism, but for his organization convincing information is needed about possibility of bringing in ofvillagers to the recreational-tourist en- terprise, convinced ofadvantages of realization of such activity, that testifies to thenecessity of increase of universal and professional education,enterprise form of peasants-farmers

The article analyzes the tourist resources of the region by organizational forms of tourism. The role of rural green tourism as an important branch of the national and world economy is considered. The main trends in the development of this type of tourism are studied, its role in the economy of different countries is determined. The role of rural green tourism in solving socio-economic problems of the village is highlighted. The role and place of rural green tourism in the development of rural regions of Ukraine, the relevance and issues of rural tourism in a pavid-19 pandemic are considered. It is highlighted that the development of the Ukrainian countryside is the main goal of the decentralization reform, which is aimed at developing a high standard of living of the rural population and capable economic competition in a crisis and an exacerbation of the pandemic. Social and economic development of tourism, including "green", increasing its popularity is relevant because it will increase the state budget and employment, maintain a high standard of living, improve education, introduce new means of dissemination of information, create conditions for improving the balance of payments countries, development of territories and other sectors of the economy of Ukraine. Rural tourism can become an independent system capable of solving the main socio-economic problems of the village. In general, the developed segment of rural tourism will have a positive impact on the competitiveness of rural areas and will contribute to employment of the rural population. Subject to the successful implementation of green tourism development projects, the following results can be expected: creation of new jobs; intensification of entrepreneurial activity of all economic forms and motivation of growth of budget revenues; development of related services infrastructure, etc.

Rural tourism is gradually becoming one of the most important instruments for economic development in Georgia. The rural parts of Georgia have a large amount of attractions suitable for tourism and a high percentage of the local population are trained craftsmen. The rural population also has a reputation for hospitality. More than 60% of Georgians live in rural areas and 58 % of total employment is found in these areas. Despite from this, calculations show that almost one million people in Georgia live in poverty. The purpose of this research is to look at the role of women entrepreneurs in small scale rural tourism in the region of Imereti. Research in this topic is relevant and necessary due to the problems of poverty, especially in rural parts Imereti. Taken into account the recent popularity of rural tourism globally, it is interesting to study the potential of tourism as an alternative for economic development in the Imereti region. The article especially concentrate on how rural tourism could be a potential field in which women can be more integrated economically, politically and socially.Based on interviews with a selection of women entrepreneurs the article discusses potential, possibilities and constraints of rural tourism in the Imereti region. Based on the findings, the article concludes with suggestions and further recommendations for the development of rural tourism in the Imereti region.

This paper presents the role of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) to the recent economic development in Bangladesh. The study analyses published texts, articles, websites and annual report of this bank through a content analysis. Key findings of this study manifest the contribution of this bank in different areas of economic development in Bangladesh like generating employment, earning foreign remittance, strengthening rural economy, promoting ecology and green banking, boosting industrialization, developing the SMEs, assisting in foreign trade (import-export), developing the housing sector etc. This study also identifies IBBL’s significant contribution to the national exchequer. This paper contributes to the field of economic development of Bangladesh and the role of IBBL behind it and fills the gap of literature in this specific area.IIUC Studies Vol.9 December 2012: 323-334
