A remarkably large number of integral transforms and fractional integral formulas involving various special functions have been investigated by many authors. Very recently, Agarwal gave some integral transforms and fractional integral formulas involving theFp(α,β)(·). In this sequel, using the same technique, we establish certain integral transforms and fractional integral formulas for the generalized Gauss hypergeometric functionsFp(α,β,m)(·). Some interesting special cases of our main results are also considered.

AbstractAim of the present paper is to establish fractional integral formulas by using fractional calculus operators involving the generalized (p, q)-Mathieu type series. Then, their composition formulas by using the integral transforms are introduced. Further, a new generalized form of the fractional kinetic equation involving the series is also developed. The solutions of fractional kinetic equations are presented in terms of the Mittag-Leffler function. The results established here are quite general in nature and capable of yielding both known and new results.

A remarkably large number of fractional integral formulas involving the number of special functions, have been investigated by many authors. Very recently, Agarwal (National Academy Science Letters) gave some integral transform and fractional integral formulas involving theFpα,β·. In this sequel, here, we aim to establish some image formulas by applying generalized operators of the fractional integration involving Appell’s functionF3(·)due to Marichev-Saigo-Maeda. Some interesting special cases of our main results are also considered.

Abstract Motivated by a recent study on certain families of the incomplete H-functions (Srivastava et al. in Russ. J. Math. Phys. 25(1):116–138, 2018), we aim to investigate and develop several interesting properties related to product of a more general polynomial class together with incomplete Fox–Wright hypergeometric functions ${}_{p}\Psi _{q}^{(\gamma )}(\mathfrak{t})$ Ψ q ( γ ) p ( t ) and ${}_{p}\Psi _{q}^{(\Gamma )}(\mathfrak{t})$ Ψ q ( Γ ) p ( t ) including Marichev–Saigo–Maeda (M–S–M) fractional integral and differential operators, which contain Saigo hypergeometric, Riemann–Liouville, and Erdélyi–Kober fractional operators as particular cases regarding different parameter selection. Furthermore, we derive several integral transforms such as Jacobi, Gegenbauer (or ultraspherical), Legendre, Laplace, Mellin, Hankel, and Euler’s beta transforms.

The aim of this paper is to deal with two integral transforms involving the Appell function as their kernels. We prove some compositions formulas for generalized fractional integrals with k-Bessel function. The results are expressed in terms of generalized Wright type hypergeometric function and generalized hypergeometric series. Also, the authors presented some related assertion for Saigo, Riemann-Liouville type, and Erdélyi-Kober type fractional integral transforms.

In the present paper, new type of extension of classical beta function is introduced and its convergence is proved. Further it is used to introduce the extension of Gauss hypergeometric function and confluent hypergeometric functions. Then we study their properties, integral representation, certain fractional derivatives, and fractional integral formulas and application of these functions.

Integral inequalities for ℘-convex functions are established by using a generalised fractional integral operator based on Raina’s function. Hermite–Hadamard type inequality is presented for ℘-convex functions via generalised fractional integral operator. A novel parameterized auxiliary identity involving generalised fractional integral is proposed for differentiable mappings. By using auxiliary identity, we derive several Ostrowski type inequalities for functions whose absolute values are ℘-convex mappings. It is presented that the obtained outcomes exhibit classical convex and harmonically convex functions which have been verified using Riemann–Liouville fractional integral. Several generalisations and special cases are carried out to verify the robustness and efficiency of the suggested scheme in matrices and Fox–Wright generalised hypergeometric functions.

Recently, Opps, Saad and Srivastava [Recursion formulas for Appell’s hypergeometric function [Formula: see text] with some applications to radiation field problems, Appl. Math. Comput. 207 (2009) 545–558] presented the recursion formulas for Appell’s function [Formula: see text] and also gave its applications to radiation field problems. Then Wang [Recursion formulas for Appell functions, Integral Transforms Spec. Funct. 23(6) (2012) 421–433] obtained the recursion formulas for Appell functions [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text]. In our investigation here, we derive the recursion formulas for 14 three-variable Lauricella functions, three Srivastava’s triple hypergeometric functions and four [Formula: see text]-variable Lauricella functions.

A large number of important integral transforms, such as Laplace, Fourier sine and cosine, Hankel, Stieltjes, and Riemann- Liouville fractional integral transforms, can be put in the form1.1where f(t) and the kernel, h(t), are locally integrable functions on (0,∞), and x is a positive parameter. Recently, two important techniques have been developed to give asymptotic expansions of I(x) as x → + ∞ or x → 0+. One method relies heavily on the theory of Mellin transforms [8] and the other is based on the use of distributions [24]. Here, of course, the integral I(x) is assumed to exist in some ordinary sense. If the above integral does not exist in any ordinary sense, then it may be regarded as an integral transform of a distribution (generalized function). There are mainly two approaches to extend the classical integral transforms to distributions.
