For the analysis of the syntaxonomic problem of Illyrian fir-beech forests (Abieti-Fagetum dinaricum (illyricum) s. lat.), we selected the most important authors or researchers of these forests in the Dinaric mountains of the Central Balkan Peninsula and Slovenia. These authors are Blečić, Fukarek, Glavač, I. Horvat, Pelcer, Puncer, Stefanović and Tregubov. The analysis revealed floristic and ecological similarities and differences of Illyrian fir-beech forests. They can be classified into a single association Rhamno fallaci-Fagetum. Key words: Abieti-Fagetum s. lat. = Rhamno fallaci-Fagetum nom. nov., phytocoenology, Dinaric mountains, Balkan peninsular, Slovenia.   Izvleček Za analizo sintaksonomskega problema ilirskih jelovo-bukovih gozdov (Abieti-Fagetum dinaricum (Ilyricum) s. lat.) smo izbrali najpomembnejše avtorje oz. raziskovalce teh gozdov v dinarskem gorstvu osrednjega Balkanskega polotoka in Slovenije. Ti avtorji so Blečić, Fukarek, Glavač, I. Horvat, Pelcer, Puncer, Stefanović in Tregubov. Analiza je pokazala floristične in ekološke podobnosti in različnosti ilirskih jelovo-bukovih gozdov. The concept of schifflerization of 90° equal-leg angle is presented and its application in triangular-base latticed steel towers is explained. The similarities and differences between schifflerized angles and regular 90° angles are discussed. The current design practice for schifflerized angles is reviewed and its limitation is highlighted. A design method which includes the effect of the torsional-flexural buckling mode of failure is proposed. For ready use of designers, the factored axial compressive resistances of schifflerized angles are tabulated for both the present and proposed design methods. - The paper introduces theory-oriented evaluation, a set of approaches that argue for a stronger role of theory in evaluation. Theory-oriented evaluation criticizes mainstream objectives-inputs-outputs evaluation for poor contribution to knowledge cumulation due according to these authors - to the overwhelming role played by method. The paper develops a comparison between the two most influential approaches in theory-oriented evaluation, i.e. Carol Weiss' theory-based evaluation and its concepts of program theory and implementation theory, and realistic evaluation by Ray Pawson and Nick Tilley, based on the concepts of context, mechanism and outcome. Artikel ini cuba mengupas matlamat Pendidikan Islam yang ingin dicapai oleh Guru Cemerlang Pendidikan Islam (GCPI) dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Kupasan matlamat ini berdasarkan kajian kes yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di lapan buah sekolah menengah di Malaysia dalam bentuk temu bual bersama GCPI, dua orang rakan serta dua orang pelajar mereka, dan Pengetua atau Guru Penolong Kanan sekolah. Dapatan data verbetim temu bual ini kemudian disusun tadbir dalam program N'Vivo versi 7.0 untuk menghasilkan tema dan jadual matriks berkaitan dengan matlamat Pendidikan Islam. Hasil dapatan kajian menunjukkan terdapat empat pola matlamat yang ingin dicapai oleh GCPI dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran Pendidikan Islam mereka di dalam kelas, iaitu memindahkan ilmu, perubahan tingkah laku, pelajar menjadi cemerlang, dan pelajar berjaya di dunia dan akhirat. Kupasan matlamat ini dibentangkan dengan perbandingan pemahaman responden terhadap matlamat ini, alasan terhadap matlamat dan pengakuan terhadap matlamat yang wujud itu kepada GCPI. Seterusnya, dapatan kajian ini dibincangkan untuk melihat ciri persamaan dan perbezaan yang wujud antara dapatan kajian ini dengan pandangan tokoh pendidikan tentang matlamat pendidikan Islam. Pada bahagian akhir artikel ini, satu model matlamat dibina daripada pola dapatan kajian untuk dijadikan asas pegangan kepada guru-guru Pendidikan Islam. Kata kunci: Matlamat pendidikan; guru cemerlang pendidikan Islam This article will examine the teaching aims that should be achieved by the Excellent Teacher of Islamic Education (ETIE) during the lesson of Islamic Education in the classroom. This research was a case studies using the qualitative approaches that was carried out in eight secondary schools in Malaysia. In this study, the researcher conducted several interviews with eight ETIE, two of their colleagues, two of their students, their school principal or school senior assistant teacher. The verbatim data from the interviews were managed and compiled using the N'Vivo version 7.0 in order to construct related themes and matrix tables regarding the aims of teaching of Islamic education. The findings showed that there were four patterns of goals that should be achieved by the ETIE during the lesson of Islamic Education in the classroom, i.e. the transferring knowledge, behavioral changes, excellent student, and successful student in this world and the hereafter. The discussion covers comparison of respondents’ understanding on the teaching goals as well as the reasons and explanation for setting the teaching goals by the ETIE. Furthermore, the discussion also looked at the similarities and differences between the findings of this study and the views of educational experts regarding the aims of Islamic Education. Finally, based on the findings, a model of teaching goals of Islamic Education was formulated as a guidelines for Islamic Education teachers. Resumen: Se ofrece una exégesis del análisis wittgensteiniano de la familia de nociones emparentadas con la percepción del aspecto, centrada en las relaciones de este tema con la explicación general del lenguaje ofrecida en la primera parte de las Investigaciones Filosóficas. La tesis exegética fundamental es que los parecidos y diferencias involucrados en el ver como (y en el apercibimiento de aires de familia en general) están fundamentados in re, y no son puestos o construidos por el sujeto. A la luz de esta exégesis, se exploran las posibilidades de aplicar el análisis wittgensteiniano a algunos problemas filosóficos contemporáneos. Palabras Clave: Wittgenstein, ver como, cambio de aspecto, figuras dobles, ilusiones ópticas.   Abstract: This paper provides an interpretation of Wittgenstein´s analysis of aspect perception and related notions. The main exegetic thesis is that similarities and differences involved in “see as” and the perception of family resemblance in general are founded in reality, and are not imposed or built by the perceiver. Some applications of Wittgenstein analysis according to this interpretation to contemporary philosophical issues are explored. В данной работе с помощью лингвокультурологического анализ концепта «эл/калк-el/halk/millet» (народ) выявляются сходтво и различие в кыргызском и турецком мировоззрениях. Сравниваются фразеологизмы, устойчивые выражения и пословицы двух родственных языков, отражающие концепт ««эл/калк-el/halk/millet». Также в статье рассматривается место концепта «эл/el» в кыргызской и турецкой культурах в рамках категории «свой-чужой». Целью данной работы является отметить важность учёта мировоззрения и культуры в сопостовительно-сравнительных лингвистических исследованиях на примере концепта «эл/el» в турецком и кыргызском языках. The article deals with the issue of the language and culture relations, goals, objectives, object and subject of linguo cultural studıes. The importance of studying the language in the cultural aspect is emphasized where cultural peculiarities must be taken into consideration in comparative studies in the Kyrgyz and Turkish languages in particular. In this paper, using linguistic-cultural analysis of the concept of ««эл/калк-el/ halk/millet» « (people), the similarities and differences in the Kyrgyz and Turkish world- views are revealed. Examples of set expressions and proverbs of two languages reflecting the concept of «el / el» are picked up and their meanings are interpreted. The article also discusses the role of the concept of «el / el» in the category of «friend or foe». The purpose of this work is to point out the importance of taking into account the worldview of two cultures in comparative research comparing the concept of ««эл/калк-el/halk/millet» « in the Turkish and Kyrgyz languages. This paper is devoted to the history of Wallachians a day knezats in the High Middle Ages. Wallachians mentioned far more often than in the Balkans and north of the Danube by the thirteenth century. Wallachian rebellious were subjects Romaios (Byzantinians), but this does not exclude the situational alliances with Romaios and Wallachian contingents participating in the campaigns of Byzantine army. Formation of political structures the Romanians in regions to the north of the Danube can be dated to the IX-XIII centuries. Making Wallachia as an independent state linked to the crisis in the Golden Horde and the expansion of Hungary to the east. Basarab just completed buissnes of Seneslav. Knezate of Gelou is nothing like Wallachian-Slavic cnezat in Transylvania. Regarding the migration of Wallachians in Muntenia, it was implemented as from the territory of Transylvania, as well as from the territory of the Balkan Peninsula. Canada has indicated that its management of fisheries is based on the "best-use" principle. This principle as an operational concept can be defined as the maximization of socioeconomic returns subject to both biological and economic constraints. This paper examined how this principle can become operational in a management sense by defining the similarities and differences in the approach to fisheries management by biologists and economists and by indicating how these roles can be combined for this management. Abstract Batak people speak a variety of closely related languages. The reason why the writers analyze Batak language is because the language is unique. The purpose is to find out the phonological similarities and differences between English and Batak Toba language also to conduct the premises of analyzing Batak Toba language to find out the existing and non-existing consonant and vowel sounds. The subject of the research is Netha AM Silalahi. The subject acts as the primary data source. Secondary data is gained from books and internet articles. Batak Toba language is unique. The writers found out that for words with two syllables, if the end of the first syllable is a consonant, and the beginning of the second syllable is a consonant, the sound of the last consonant in the first syllable will be dropped; first second syllable will get more pressure in its pronunciation. Key words: batak toba, pronunciation, phonological similarities, consonant and vowel sounds.

The article is devoted to the research of the context of the author’s view in the architectonics of antiwar novels of the mentioned authors. The signs of a real military type, which appeared in the time on the pages of the humanities in the aspect of rationalism and individualism, are found out. The essence of the “lost generation” is characterised in philosophical, historical and aesthetic aspects. It is proved that the artistic system of anti-war novels is characterized by the dominant way of introducing the author’s view of the story. Aspects such as the author’s attitude to war disasters, the epic tone of the story, the aesthetic concept of the artist, his sociological, historical and psychological views are analysed. The objective-historical point of view, according to which narration extended the boundaries of space, created the background of time, overcame the static of the narrative, deepened the principle of mimesis, is investigated. The peculiarities of the authors’ artistic systems and some of their creative principles, the subjective interpretation of the feelings of the characters have been found out. The skill of each artist in reproducing the inner world of the characters under the influence of the bloody events of the war is outlined. The key words of novels, which serve as generalized forms of imaginative consciousness, as well as their influences on the artistic and psychological nature of the works, are characterised. The functioning of the author’s language of anti-war novels and the peculiarity of oral and written and professional language are traced. The stable correlation of the analysed novels with the most actual problems of the socio-psychological atmosphere of a specific historical era is studied. The originality of the writers’ literary world is revealed, the originality of their thinking is emphasized and the dominant typological similarities and differences are characterised. In studying the structure of the analysed novels, the peculiarity of the conciseness of the collective portraits, in which all the emotional and psychological capacity of each component is reproduced, is traced. It is emphasised that the context of the author’s view also manifests itself through various extravagant elements (authorial indentations, descriptions of exteriors, titles, epigraphs, etc.), which along with the story aspect of the novels give them artistic completeness and integrity. In addition, the specifics of the author’s language of anti-war novels are studied.

The paper examines the use of discourse markers by Saudi English learners who struggle to master them when they write English essays. The hypothesis is, and based on previous studies of discourse markers by English learners, Saudi English learners overuse them. English essays are collected as a corpus for analysis and a concordance program is used to shed light on how frequently key words in contexts are used by learners. The study compares between Saudi learners and native speakers in their use of discourse markers and to investigate similarities and differences between the two groups. The results support previous studies as the analysis proves that Saudi learners overuse discourse markers. They have been used unnecessarily and redundantly. The preference of types of discourse markers has been investigated to show that learners use listing and resultive discourse markers mainly. The frequency count of the discourse markers in the collected corpus indicates their preference to vary specific types to avoid repetition and not to vary the semantic functions of discourse markers..
