We present a method for the teaching of Electronics, defined as the scientific discipline that studies the movement and behavior of electrons in semiconductor materials and in vacuum. Electronics can be considered as a science with a solid physical foundation. Within the field of Electronics there are different disciplines, some of them can be considered as pure science, and some others are more oriented to applications. Our methodology has been applied to the wide range of courses that develop the different approaches to Electronics, from the physics of semiconductors or the physics of microelectronic devices, generally taught at physics faculties, to microelectronic fabrication technology or microelectronic design, subjects that typically have a more application oriented character. To ensure an effective learning of these subjects, a teaching-learning model has been established. This model involves the criteria for developing the programs and defining objectives, as well as the development of a series of activities in which the methods, techniques, forms of presentation and didactic resources most useful to achieve the proposed objectives will be used, and an evaluation system that assesses the effectiveness of the educational process and detects its anomalies.

Abstract. In the opinion of many authors, assessment is a fundamental tool for teachers to achieve their purposes in the Teaching-Learning process, since it allows them to verify the progress of the process. In addition, evaluation allows teachers to establish a link with the fundamental actor of the educational process: "The Student".  The objectives of the study are: a- to analyze students' perception of the competencies acquired and whether it varies with the application of a formative and shared evaluation system in a physical education teacher training course (FIPEF) in a Chilean public university. b- to gain knowledge on the assessment of student body with such evaluation system. To do that, questionnaires were applied before and after using a system of formative and shared assessment (F&SA) in one subject of the Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) program at a Chilean public university. The study was carried out using a pre-post design with all the students enrolled in the course, a sample of 25 individuals (Age 23±1.9). The main results show a positive appreciation of the F&SA system, with very high means in the items that refer to the “advantages” of the system, while most of the possible "disadvantages" show low or very low ratings; only some of these characteristics (continuous assistance, prior understanding, continuity of the evaluation system, effort required, work that can be accumulated at the end, and disproportion of work / credits) are experienced as possible disadvantages by some students. In addition, the F&SA system seems to positively influence the perception of improvement in the competences "Transversal"; "general teachers" and "specific physical education teachers".

Schools allow to develop and extend the approaches and attitudes in the social, moral, ideological, and religious spheres. The realization of these matters is possible due to the fulfillment of three basic school functions, i.e. didactic, educational, and protective. No one should forget that human education starts already in the period of childhood. Initially, parents introduce the children to the indispensable problems and matters in their future lives. It takes place in the form of games. They satisfy their growing need of gaining the knowledge, by answering numerous questions. They develop the knowledge through practical activities to let them gain experience, that is, organize walks, educational games, and so forth. Then young people begin school education, which influences, to a large degree, their lives. Then, in the educational process, the subject of Biology appears, almost certainly already known thanks to the parents’ education. The scientific discipline called Biology is a very important element in the education of people, which is helpful in understanding their own personalities and the surrounding reality. The wide range of biological contents as well as the short reflection on the subject of gaining the knowledge in the range of Biology allows us to notice, that this discipline, similarly to other disciplines shapes the personality of young, growing up people. All things considered, however, it differs from disciplines such as history, or mathematics, because it is closely and directly related to the human being and functioning, as the basis of human life. Biology, more considerably and effectively, than different disciplines, makes the students sensible towards human needs as well as the needs of nature and its protection.

The efficiency of the educational process is dependent on rigorous pedagogical design, the choice and use of the most appropriate teaching-learning strategies and the application of a correct evaluation system. In this article we presented the epistem of the evaluation, demonstrating that this represents an essential moment in the teaching process, being an important factor in the proper functioning of the educational process. Evaluation is necessary at the beginning of the teaching activity, during it, but also at the end, as it allows to identify the difficulties encountered by the students in learning and to determine the level of preparation of the pupils in the discipline taught, compared to the expectations of the teacher and the requirements of the curriculum.

The article is devoted to control and feedback in foreign language teaching in a technogenic environment. The educational process is transformed in terms of the implementation and active use of digital technologies. ICT-rich environment provides new models of interaction between the teacher, students and digital tools. It also enriches the diversity of tasks and expands the range of possible forms of control and feedback. According to the authors, automated evaluation takes place both in out-of-classroom activities and directly in the classroom using Bring Your Own Device technology (BYOD). Automated control contributes to the intensity of the educational process. It provides all the participants with an opportunity to choose a convenient mode of work and get instant feedback, thereby allowing self-assessment and self-reflection of their own actions. When teaching foreign languages, special attention should be paid to chatbot technology. Chatbots imitate human actions and are able to perform standard repetitive tasks. The growing popularity of bots is explained by a wide range of usage spheres and the ability to integrate chatbots into social networks and mobile technologies. In the technogenic educational environment, ICT can be the basis for interaction, co-editing and peer assessment in collaborative projects. In this case, students receive feedback not only from the teacher, but also from other students, which increases the motivation for independent learning. Thus, automated control, self-assessment and peer assessment can both identify problem areas for each student and design an individual learning path, which increases the effectiveness of learning a foreign language.

Modern youth and the student community today play a key role in the development of social and social life. Due to the peculiarities of the university space, the student community is in constant interaction and communication, both in the framework of the educational process and events of various formats, and in social and everyday conditions. In the context of interactions, this social group, which is most at risk of spreading negative ideologies that threaten not only the personal security of everyone, but also peaceful coexistence in the conditions of a multinational society in Russia. In the absence of educational measures as a prevention, an unfavorable environment arises in which it is very easy to influence the thinking of young people, their involvement in nationalist movements, extremist activities, etc. Hence the concept of «youth extremism» appears, which is manifested in the views and behavior of young people based on the manifestation of aggression and non-acceptance of dissenters. The search for new technologies of psychological support that allow to form cultural tolerance, value orientations and prevent the spread of extremist ideologies becomes relevant. The authors consider a set of measures that contribute to the generalization, dissemination, as well as the introduction into the student environment of the best practices of spiritual and moral education, the development of interethnic and interreligious dialogue, and the prevention of negative ideologies. To implement these tasks, it is necessary to form a pool of specialists in the prevention of extremism in the student environment, hold seminars and meetings for vice-rectors of universities on security and educational work, as well as educational seminars for managers of student organizations. This will make it possible to form leadership student associations that broadcast the values of cultural tolerance to the youth environment.

A language cannot be a simple template of human activity; a language is the history and culture of the people, their long and thorny road to civilization. The informative nature of a discourse will be insignificant if we only take into consideration the visible data of the text. The single viable way to carry out research on the mentality and behavior of the representatives of different cultures is to dig into the implication and the conceptual framework of the discourse. The author’s idea might be interpreted according to the background knowledge of the reader. Such an approach turns the text into a conglomerate of sense messages that reveal the power of the language and its inextricable link to the history, culture and civilization of the nation whose language the students learn. This notional “intervention” is akin to a chain reaction and the language develops into a means of power over a human being. The conceptual approach to a foreign language material helps improve students’ cognitive and analytical skills, turns the educational process into a particular type of an innovative environment, leads to motivation increase in a foreign language instruction.

The existing legislation determines the education as "an integral and focused process of teaching and upbringing, which represents a socially important value and shall be implemented so as to meet the interests of the individual, the family, the society and the state". However, even in this part, the meaning of the notion ‘socially significant benefit is not specified and allows for a wide range of interpretation [2]. Yet the more inconcrete is the answer to the question – "who and how should determine the interests of the individual, the family and even the state?" The national doctrine of education in the Russian Federation, which determined the goals of teaching and upbringing, the ways to attain them by means of the state policy regulating the field of education, the target achievements of the development of the educational system for the period up to 2025, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 4, 2000 #751, was abrogated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2014 #245 [7]. The new doctrine has not been developed so far. The RAE Academician A.B. Khutorsky believes that the absence of the national doctrine of education presents a threat to national security and a violation of the right of citizens to quality education. Accordingly, the teacher has to solve the problem of achieving the harmony of interests of the individual, the family, the society and the government on their own, which, however, judging by the officially published results, is the task that exceeds the abilities of the participants of the educational process.  The particular concern about the results of the patriotic upbringing served as a basis for the legislative initiative of the RF President V. V. Putin, who introduced the project of an amendment to the Law of RF "About Education of the Russian Federation" to the State Duma in 2020, regarding the quality of patriotic upbringing [3]. Patriotism, considered by the President of RF V. V. Putin as the only possible idea to unite the nation is "THE FEELING OF LOVE OF THE MOTHERLAND" and the readiness for every sacrifice and heroic deed for the sake of the interests of your Motherland. However, the practicing educators experience shortfalls in efficient methodologies of patriotic upbringing, which should let them bring up citizens, loving their Motherland more than themselves. The article is dedicated to solution to this problem based on the Value-sense paradigm of upbringing educational dynasty of the Kurbatovs [15].

Interest in land-use changes (LUC) research has been growing rapidly in recent years. This topic has already become the subject of a separate scientific discipline – land use science (or land change science). In order to formulate relevant future policy and develop appropriate land-use management tools, it is crucial to know how the LUC шьзфсе the environment and society condition. For Ukraine, where the structure of land use and the system of land resources management have significantly changed during the years of post-socialist transformation of land relations, the study of the LUC on a modern methodological basis is especially actual. The paper, based on a critical analysis of publications in leading international journals over the last thirty years, identifies key directions of LUC studies and analyzes their methodological features. There is a significant increase of the number of works based on the results of meta-studies and the use of a wide range of methods for modeling the LUC processes, their causes and possible consequences. The great "synergistic potential" of integration of the selected directions is noted, which makes it possible to accelerate the development of the general theory of land use and increase its use efficiency in substantiation of management decisions in the sphere of land use and modernization of the mechanisms of state land, spatial and ecological policies with consideration of existing and potential globalizing challenges. In this context, the key role of the land use integrated planning methodology at regional and local levels is emphasized. This methodology would require close cooperation between government, business and the public in developing a common vision for the implementation of specific land use plans and projects based on the principles of subsidiarity, participativity and shared responsibility.
