A lot of ethnic tribes with diverse social practices, customs, and gatherings are available in the Philippines and one of the ethnic tribes is the Badjao who are recently enticed to move life from the sea to a real existence ashore. Considering the way that they are nomadic, they are dispersed in other cities and towns of Pangasinan. In this connection, the researchers became interested to conduct a study on the perception of the locals in the experienced inequality of the Badjao ethnic group as perceived by them. The study used a qualitative research design specifically a phenomenological approach. Consequently, the interview was aided by an interview guide which is semi structured in nature and the data gathered were analyzed using qualitative content analysis method. As a result, the perception of the participants in experienced inequality of the Badjao ethnic group is discrimination and lack of opportunities which were contributed by their appearance, language, and lifestyle. Moreover, it was concluded that the perception of the locals to the Badjaos are based on the observed traits such as on the physical aspects of discrimination and the way they interact with the locals which leads them to experience prejudice and lack of opportunities. However, in order to help the Badjaos in opposing inequality, the acceptance of the community should be developed in a way that it helps the ethnic group to survive and surpass the challenges in the place they migrated in

The concept of inclusive education is considered as a tendency for the development of educational system. The effective implementation of this concept is closely related to the expansion of the professio-nal functions of the teachers. Accordingly, the teachers need professional competence, which allows to respect the educational needs of each student. The phenomenological study, presented in the publication, analyses teachers' associations about inclusive education. In this context, associations are considered as a philosophical-psychological category, which includes a link between the ideas and concepts, recalling their nature and defining their value. The research data is analysed employing a qualitative content analysis method. The results of the study revealed two directions related to the assumptions about inclusive edu-cation: some of the participants link their associations with available or well-known definitions of inclusive education, while some express associations based in their experience.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the availability and usability of aids for dyslexia according to the experiences of people with dyslexia. This was a qualitative study in which people with dyslexia were asked to participate by filling out a qualitative survey. The analysis followed the principles of qualitative content analysis method. Participants (N=11) were 15-65-year-old Finnish people with diagnosed dyslexia who use aids for dyslexia regularly. The purpose of this study was to answer the following research questions: (1) How do the people with dyslexia describe the importance of the aids for dyslexia in their everyday life and learning?; (2) Which aids for dyslexia do the people with dyslexia consider the most usable and beneficial?; and (3) What challenges have the people with dyslexia faced when using aids for dyslexia? According to the findings, aids for dyslexia were considered irreplaceably important and supported everyday life in numerous ways. The participants reported that they used aids in many areas of life, such as in school, work, and leisure. The most usable aids were computers (especially word processing soft wares), tablets, and smart phones. Most of the participants had used one or more of them. The biggest challenges were the expensiveness of aids and difficulties in learning to use aids. As the knowledge about dyslexia and number of diagnoses increase, new studies on the possible aids and their developmental needs are required. Versatile aids can provide personal help and support the coping of people with dyslexia in many areas of life. Furthermore, the study showed that, based on the participants’ experiences, more attention should be paid on the product development of aids for dyslexia in the future.

Methods: The study employed descriptive-qualitative research design utilizing twenty participants selected through purposive and snowball or referral sampling techniques. A semi-structured interview guide was used for the data collection using Google form. Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis was utilized as the primary treatment of the transcribed data. Strict observance of ethical standards in conducting research was ensured. Results: The study found out several themes and subcategories from the thematic analysis conducted. These included (1) “pre-planning emotive expressions”; (2) “motivations of career shift”; (3) “support mechanisms to afford career shift”; (4) “barriers to career shift”; (5) “the interconnectedness of law and nursing”; and (6) “impacts of the career shift.” Conclusion: Generally, the career shift of the nurse-lawyers presented significant themes pertinent to their preparations, motivations, and barriers in becoming lawyers. Apparently, these are all primordial in the career transition of the nurse-lawyers. This study investigates the portrayal of women in contemporary Nollywood films, using Isoken (2017) and King of Boys (2018) as case studies. The objective was to highlight the various ways in which women in the films are portrayed to viewers and ascertain whether contemporary Nollywood movies are an improvement on the issues of gender stereotypes and sexism which are hitherto prevalent in the industry. Anchored on the cultivation theory, the study adopted the qualitative content analysis method. Findings showed that women in the studied films are negatively portrayed in various ways and that these portrayals are, at best, parallel to the stereotypical ways in which women were portrayed in previous Nollywood movies. Taking cognizance of the fact that both films are directed by women, the researcher recommends that Nollywood female directors should look beyond the lenses of financial gains and set a pace with regards to changing the narrative and portraying Nigerian women in a positive light.

S.) in different locations across Iran. The purposive sampling method was used to select 20 transplant recipients (n = 4 kidney transplantation; n = 10 heart transplantation; n = 4 liver transplantations; and n= 2 blood transfusion). Results: The constitutive pattern emerged from the data was ‘Psychological adaptation to transplanted organ’, with three themes (namely ‘Alien organ,’ ‘Ensure of being the patch of togetherness,’ and ‘Durability of new organ in body’) and several sub-themes. Conclusions: According to the organ recipients' experiences, it takes time for the recipients to accept another person's organ as their own.
