Indonesia has enormous potential for zakat, but the results of collecting zakat are still far from the existing potential. OPZ has made various ways to increase the collection of zakat funds, one of which is by implementing online zakat payments. This study aims to analyze the resistance to using online zakat payment services. The research approach is quantitative with the help of smartPLS software. This study's variables consist of information variables, which are independent variables, while the dependent variable consists of traditional barrier variables, image barriers, usage barriers, value barriers, and risk barriers. Data in this study collected using a questionnaire. The sample of this study was 100 respondents from various regions in Indonesia. The results showed that the information has a significant and negative effect on the traditional barrier variables, image barrier, usage barrier, value barrier. This means that the greater / more information provided by OPZ, the barrier in using online zakat payment services are getting smaller / less. The information variable on the risk barrier shows insignificant and negative results.

Calls exist for research that ascertains not just how entrepreneurs act as project managers but also the evaluation of project success and the role information management plays in all this. Objectives: The aim of this study was to understand the views and experiences of entrepreneurs in how: (1) project management success is conceptualised, and (2) the role that information management played to this within a South African construction industry space.Method: The study adopts a qualitative research approach using semi-structured interviews to generate narratives and themes around how: (1) project management success is conceptualised, and (2) the role that information management played to this. A sample of 15 entrepreneurs working within the construction industry was used for this study. Results: Based on the analysis of the narratives of the 15 entrepreneurs, project success was conceptualised mainly along three themes. Firstly, project success was about keeping the customer happy. Secondly, project success in the construction industry meant meeting the set targets, especially those of a financial nature. Finally, project success was about channelling internal synergies to realise external gains. Further, the 15 entrepreneurs espoused one main sub-theme around the role of information management to this conceptualisation of project success. This posits the role of information management to be a currency in effective decision-making.Conclusion: The study concluded by focusing on the implications and recommendations based on the identified themes.

This study examines the role of dividend policy in mediating profitability and leverage on firm value. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to test the relationship between variables. This study uses data on annual report of go-public companies in 2014-2018 period. ROE and ROA are independent variables (X1), DER and DAR are independent variables (X2). While PER and PBV are the dependent variables and DPR and DY are intervening variables. This study resulted in profitability and leverage has positive and significant effect, but the dividend policy negative and no significant effect on firm value. Profitability has positive and significant effect, but leverage has a significant negative effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy has not been able to mediate between profitability and leverage on firm value.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Ummi method in introducing hijaiyyah letters at the 4-5 years age students in TKIT Nur Hikmah on pandemic disease Covid-19. This study used a descriptive qualitative research approach in order to obtain broad and in-depth information about purpose of the study. The data source in this study were the principal of TKIT Nur Hikmah Bekasi, coordinator of Ummi method, competition teacher and parents of TKIT Nur Hikmah. The data collection used observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the Ummi method in introducing the hijaiyyah letters in children on pandemic disease Covid-19 consisted of planning, implementation, evaluation and supervision. The use of the Ummi method provides a basic understanding of the hijaiyyah letters and the ease of distinguishing letters properly and correctly, both sequentially and randomly. The Ummi method on pandemic disease Covid-19 also has advantages, such as it is easy to understand and use, while the disadvantages are that it cannot be taught by uncertified Ummi method. In the Pandemic, the role of information technology and media becomes very important to connect between teachers and students. Teaching with the Ummi method will have a good impact on the child's future, because if the cultivation of Hijaiyyah learning is carried out early, where the letters are the letters used in the Al-Quran, it will have an impact on the behavior of children to have noble character.

Abstract. Establishing new social relationships is important for mastering developmental transitions in young adulthood. In a 2-year longitudinal study with four measurement occasions (T1: n = 245, T2: n = 96, T3: n = 103, T4: n = 85), we investigated the role of social motives in college students’ mastery of the transition of moving out of the parental home, using loneliness as an indicator of poor adjustment to the transition. Students with strong social approach motivation reported stable and low levels of loneliness. In contrast, students with strong social avoidance motivation reported high levels of loneliness. However, this effect dissipated relatively quickly as most of the young adults adapted to the transition over a period of several weeks. The present study also provides evidence for an interaction between social approach and social avoidance motives: Social approach motives buffered the negative effect on social well-being of social avoidance motives. These results illustrate the importance of social approach and social avoidance motives and their interplay during developmental transitions.
