Indonesia is the second largest contributor of plastic waste in the ocean. The initiative of the central government through KLHK in reducing the generation of plastic waste is to launch a paid plastic bag policy. This policy is regulated by a circular issued by KLHK to local governments and business actors. The purpose of this study is to analyse the implementation of policies, analyse consumer behaviour and analyse the supporting and inhibiting factors in the paid plastic bag policy which is applied in the city of Semarang. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection uses primary and secondary data. The results showed that the paid plastic bag policy had the support of the local government, businesses and consumers. Various efforts have been made as a form of support to reduce waste generation in accordance with the objectives of this policy. Although consumers know and support this policy, it does not change consumer behaviour much. They still use plastic bags from retail when they finish shopping. Consumers have no objections to paying IDR 200. This policy does not bring many significant changes in consumer behaviour in using new plastic bags, despite the tendency of consumers to know the impact of plastic bag waste if it is not managed properly. Consumers still seem indifferent in considering plastic bag waste as an urgent waste priority. So that this policy is still less effective in changing consumer behaviour.

At present, plastic is a material that is needed by the community at large, where the impact is also very extraordinary after the plastic is used in everyday life which can cause serious problems if the management is not done properly. The problem of plastic waste does not only occur in the city of Semarang, but also in other cities, so that the Ministry of Environment and Forestry has implemented a paid plastic bag program in the short term. But this is only to deal with problems in the short term. In the long run, it will not solve the problem of "plastic waste", because the policy actually encourages people to buy plastic which, of course, will add a new burden for the community to buy it. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to utilize this plastic waste to be made into road pavement materials such as in the manufacture of Asphal Concrette Wearing Course, by making 5 mixed variations ranging from (2 to 10)% of the weight of the aggregate . This research was initiated through a survey process, material procurement, testing of stacking materials, making test specimens, testing specimens. The results of the research can show that the type of Thermosetting plastic waste has a significant influence on the Asphalt Concrete mixture AC-WC heat mixture, including: Density, Marshall Stability, Flow, VIM, VMA, MQ and the remaining Marshall Stability tend to show an increase, moderate VFA and VIMrefusal Density values tend to show a decrease. Thus the plastic waste from the Thermosetting type can be used as a partial replacement of the aggregate for the Asphalt Concrete mixture AC-WC heat mixture with a plastic waste content is limited to a maximum of 10% and at an optimum asphalt content of 5.55%. Thus this research is expected to be of benefit to the industry and the people of Semarang in relation to the use of plastic waste for road pavement.

From the late thirties to the mid-sixties of the twentieth century, Tel Aviv was the seat of dozens of Hasidic courts creating Hasidic precincts in the southern and central parts of the city. The article explores the reason for the Hasidic leaders’ choice to settle in the city with their followers and offers a glimpse of their courts. Hasidic communities distributed throughout the city filled the streets of Tel Aviv with a Hasidic atmosphere. Daily life brought different segments of the population into frequent contact, and generated a unique inter-sectoral mosaic, primarily around special calendar occasions. In the early sixties, the Haredi community in Bnei Brak began to expand and establish educational institutions for the Litvishe and Hasidic communities. As a result, Haredi and Hasidic families slowly moved away from Tel Aviv to Bnei Brak. This trend led, inter alia, to the transfer of several Hasidic courts to Bnei Brak and Jerusalem during the sixties and seventies. The article concludes with a discussion of the diverse reasons for the departure of the Hasidic courts from Tel Aviv and addresses the impact of various processes on Haredi society in the course of the second half of the twentieth century.

Urban community service is a service that must be done by the church. City context services require a contextual service approach, therefore the authors conducted a literature analysis to present an idea of the service of the city context. In serving the city context, the church must begin by equipping the congregation to witness, because the church has a role in a pluralistic society. Because of the complexity of services in the city, we need a counseling center that can help individuals who are vulnerable to mental-psychological disorders. Because poverty is a problem in the city, the church needs to be present by carrying out social actions in an effort to present God's love to others. Educational institutions also play an important role in alleviating poverty in cities, therefore educational institutions need to answer this need. The condition of the city community who keeps trying to interact and build friendships can be facilitated by creating sports groups.

The article focuses on the “impact” of the Erasmus+ program in Slovenia in the field of adult education. The “impacts” were studied at the institutional and systemic levels. The article is based on the assumption that the Erasmus+ program represents an example of the Europeanization of the education system (adult education), especially a (reversible) impact on educational institutions, public policies and common (European) values. We focus on the results of a survey questionnaire which encompassed 87 respondents (mostly managers of adult education institutions). The results (which represent opinions) on the effects of the Erasmus+ program on adult education in Slovenia have shown that these effects are clearly visible and are predominantly positive (e.g. in terms of professional development, organizational climate, quality, “European added value”). On the other hand, the majority of respondents were undecided on the compliance of the needs of adult education institutions with the national guidelines for adult education.
