The Business world is growing rapidly today with many companies competing to generate a huge profit yet leaving their social responsibility behind. Accordingly, a few companies engage in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) in order to increase the company’s image to society’s impression. This research aims to figure out whether there is a significant correlation of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programme in the form of “Sido Muncul Mudik Lebaran Gratis” to the image of PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk. The first theories employed were CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) theory and Corporate Image Theory. The research method used was Pearson’s Correlation research method by using the quantitative analysis, in which questionnaires were spread to 100 herbalist traders in Pondok Gede area, East Jakarta. The scale in use was Semantic Differential with 10% error rate.The research result shows that there is no correlation of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programme in the form of “Sido Muncul Mudik Lebaran Gratis” to the image of PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk. This research is to find out the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) towards corporate image and its implication on customer satisfaction of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero). The research method is using survey. The population is taken from customer of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) and with its sample of 100 customers taken by quota sampling. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics of path analysis. The result of the research shows that corporate social responsibility has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with indication of path coefficient = 0.45 and tct = 5.40> ttable (2,364). The conclusion of the research is corporate social responsibility influences customer satisfaction with the mediation of corporate image, hopefully customer satisfaction can be improved through improvement of CSR andcorporate image.

AbstractGreen concern is making a profound impact on building green competitive advantage (GCA) across the globe. Apparel sector of Bangladesh is at crossroads regarding sustainability of firms. Green initiatives are thus required for ensuring the survival of apparel sector. The current study attempts to examine the interplay among environmental corporate social responsibility (ECSR) dimensions, green corporate image (GCI), and green competitive advantage of firms. To address the research topic, structural equation modeling approach has been adopted. Based on prior research findings, five hypotheses have been devised and finally evaluated by collecting data from 53 apparel firms enlisted with Dhaka Stock Exchange, Bangladesh. The study findings reveal that the ECSR dimensions have critical role to play over building GCI and GCA at the firm level. The study attempted to integrate ECSR, GCI, and GCA and contributes to the holistic understanding of the green anxieties of the business world. Understanding the critical role of ECSR, this study calls for proactive managerial actions regarding organizational sustainability.

<em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility and corporate image on customer loyalty in the company PT ABC President Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative research and explains each variable used. The population and sample in this study are customers who incidentally were taken when shopping for 100 respondents. The results of the research analysis say that corporate social responsibility and corporate image simultaneously have a positive effect on customer loyalty.</em>

Recent years have witnessed various changes in the business world regarding technology and ecological degradation, which has seen corporate social responsibility (CSR) increasingly used as a competitive tool in all industries. It has become especially popular in the fiercely competitive service retailing industry where implementation of CSR practices has grown in line with the industry's importance to the economy. Accordingly, this research was undertaken to study the mediating effect of safety and health of food of fast-food restaurants in Hong Kong between corporate social responsibility and image and reputation of corporate. Quantitative method was used and empirical evidence was gathered using a self-administered questionnaire survey of randomly selected customers leaving randomly selected fast-food restaurants in Hong Kong. The 350 completed questionnaires were statistically analyzed, verified for validity and reliability. The analyzed results reveal safety and health of food acts as a significant mediating role in the relationships between corporate social responsibility and corporate image. Management of retailing industry is encouraged to pay high level of attention and their investment into the safety and health of the foods they provided which is significantly important to customers and their own reputation.

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. As professional sport teams’ involvement with corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities are prevalent and expected by the public, there has been more attention on the factors that can influence consumers’ reactions to CSR activities. This study investigated the influence of two factors—corporate image and organization choice of communication vehicle—on individuals’ responses, perceived motive, and change of attitude to a professional team sports organization’s CSR activities. A total of 225 usable surveys were collected from a university located in the southern region of the United States for data analyses. The study showed that corporate image had a main effect on perceived motives, Munfavorable = 5.07, Mfavorable = 5.60, F(1, 216) = 6.38, p < .05, , and attitudes, Munfavorable = 4.64, Mfavorable = 5.49; F(1, 216) = 18.34, p < .05, , toward the team due to CSR activities, while there was no main effect for the professional team sports organization’s chosen communication vehicle, F(2, 217) = 1.09, p > .05, for their CSR activities. The importance of building good corporate image and communicating CSR activities to the fan base are also discussed.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the responsibility of a company to commit to running a business ethically, morally, and contributing to economic development and improving people's lives. Gemawang Village, Jambu Regency, Ambawara, is one of the locations for CSR recipients. This location is the object of this research. This study aims to analyze the role of CSR in enhancing community development, as well as to find out the obstacles faced by companies in increasing community development through CSR. This research method uses qualitative methods, where there are several key informants as sources of information. The indicators used in this study are the level of effectiveness, level of suitability, level of participation, level of empowerment, and level of sustainability. Based on the results of research in Gemawang Village, Jambu District, it can be concluded that CSR assistance provided by the company can improve community development and living standards.
