Both the Georgian-Abkhazian War of 1992-93 and the five-day War of 2008 led to the subsequent presence of the Russian Federation Armed Forces in Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Both de jure internationally unrecognized states without any Georgian governmental administration executive power over them present a major conflict seemingly frozen in time. „Status quo“ is represented on the Abkhazian and the South Ossetia side supported by their Russian patrons and by Georgia on the other side. The Russian Federation military presence prevents Georgia to execute any rights and functions over breakaway states under the Russian protectorate. The military power of the Russian Federation projected in Abkhazia, including aid provided by Russia since 2008 until 2019, is the topic of the following article. Russia is ensuring its dominance over both regions not only through its military presence but also by providing financial and material aid. Approximately 45% of the state budget of Abkhazia provided by Russia in 2019 excluding material support is self-explanatory to understand the strategic importance of both territories located in the Southern Caucasus. Abkhazia is located next to the Black Sea and both close to the Caspian Sea, considered by the Russian Federation the predominant sphere of its strategic interests in this region.

Most of the military conflicts in the last decades with participation of the Armed forces of our country took place in the mountain landscape, namely Afghanistan, counterterrorist operations in the Northern Caucasus, peacemaking missions in South Ossetia and Abkhazia. The warriors passed through «trouble spots» know that a war in mountains is not the same as a war in plain and it requires special preparation. It is necessary to take into consideration factors of climate and geography which influence medical provision in mountains as well as sanitary casualty’s formation and mode of evacuation and treatment. Based on literature data, the historical facts of warfare conduction in mountains were presented. Factors of climate and geography adversely affected the human health during warfare conduction in mountains. The analysis of the mountain training medical provision organization was carried out. Based on that some proposals for improvement of mountain training medical provision of military personnel of the Armies forces of the Russian Federation were formulated

Today, military politics have became a dominant factor in the aegis of the contemporary international and regional security, and this provision is also relevant in the Black Sea Region. The nature of military politics presupposes the existence of asymmetric threats, which is revealed in the implementation of functional politics by the states and implies the following components: power, chance, astonishment, armed forces, their doctrines, and armaments. The asymmetric military identification is vital to recognize at the regional level, with the example of the Black Sea Region and it’s involvement of so-called ‘Non-State Aggressive Actors’ (DAESH, Al-Qaeda, etc.). After the Russian annexation of Crimea, the Black Sea Region would be designated as a conflict zone and therefore NATO has reinforced it’s eastern security policy accordingly. The International Community witnessed that there are two regional hegemons: Russia and Turkey, pursuing their own geopolitical and economic interests in the Black Sea region and the region around the Caspian Sea (including one that sees regional power interests). This article reveals the problem of the role of the religious factor in the formation of the value orientations of the military personnel of the Russian army from its inception to the present state. In the article, the author reveals the significance of the Church in the formation of the value orientations of military personnel. The problem of religious situation in foreign armies is considered. The article presents data from sociological studies confirming the increase in the number of religious servicemen in the modern Armed Forces. The concept of “religious factor” is revealed. The author suggests considering the influence of the religious factor on the formation of value orientations through the functions of religion. The article provides examples of the influence of religion on the formation of value orientations of military personnel from the time of the Baptism of Russia to the present. Examples of writers of Russian classical literature about the influence of religion on the morale of troops are given. Examples of religious participation in major battles and wars of the past years are shown. The significance of the religious factor in uniting the people and the army is shown. The work of officials of the Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation in strengthening values among military personnel in modern conditions is demonstrated. The role of the Minister of defense of the Russian Federation, General of the army S.K. Shoigu in strengthening the faith of the Russian army is outlined. Issues related to the construction of the Main Temple of the Armed Forces and its impact on the public masses were discussed. In this study, the author aims to show the significant role of religion in the formation of value orientations in Russian military personnel. The analysis shows an increasing role of religion in the minds of military personnel in modern conditions.

The article is devoted to the analysis of judicial practice as the basis of law-making activity in the Russian Federation, on the basis of which it is possible to create a precedent. Case law in Russia is Advisory in nature and is not mandatory for law enforcement practice. Courts use the signs of case law in their decisions in the reasoned part. Signs of case law is a ruling of the constitutional court of the Russian Federation and regulations of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.

The objective of the study is to determine the status of a digital financial asset and the features of its taxation in the Russian Federation and progressive countries. Currently, there are three main taxation models that are used in this area: income tax, corporate income tax, and capital gains tax. The article explores the prospects for introducing the experience of foreign countries in the Russian Federation. The possible changes that may occur in tax regulation are analyzed. The experience of leading countries in the field of legal regulation of the use of digital financial assets and the taxation of cryptocurrency transactions is analyzed. Such an analysis will allow Russia to keep pace with countries with a leading economy and at the same time increase state budget revenue through taxation of cryptocurrency transactions. The study provides an analysis of the conceptual scenarios of digital income taxation and objects of taxation in the process of cryptocurrency creation. The study critically assesses possible options for applying international standards for tax accounting of digital assets. Groups of problematic issues that arise in the tax accounting of digital assets are developed. The prospect of further research is the development of tax accounting methods for each of the established entities for the creation and circulation of digital financial assets in accordance with accounting objects.
