In English, Technology development has a very important role in information management. Processing information related to large and fast inventory flows in a company certainly requires accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of information systems. This problem is experienced by the Sekolah Cinta Kasih in the activities of those who still use the manual recording system. The type of research used is descriptive research with a case study approach. By doing a series of system analysis, the author intends to design a computerized inventory information system. The system uses Microsoft Access 2010 which is capable of being operated in a Microsoft Windows XP operating system or a higher version of Windows.The computerized information system is expected to provide various facilities for the warehouse in processing database information and reports that are accurate, fast, and efficient. And minimize errors in inventory control. The new system design aims to prevent errors in the Accounting Information System Inventory by the Cinta Kasih School. Dalam Bahasa Indonesia, Perkembangan teknologi memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam manajemen informasi. Pengolahan informasi terkait dengan arus persediaan yang besar dan cepat dalam sebuah perusahaan tentunya membutuhkan akurasi, efisiensi, dan efektifitas sistem informasi. Permasalahan inilah yang dialami oleh Sekolah Cinta Kasih dalam aktivitas mereka yang masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dengan dilakukannya serangkaian analisa sistem, penulis bermaksud merancang suatu sistem informasi persediaan yang terkomputerisasi. Sistem tersebut menggunakan Microsoft Access 2010 yang mampu dioperasikan dalam sistem operasi Microsoft Windows XP atau versi Windows yang lebih tinggi. Sistem informasi terkomputerisasi tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan berbagai kemudahan bagi pihak gudang dalam mengolah informasi database dan laporan yang akurat, cepat, dan efisien. Serta meminimalkan kesalahan dalam pengendalian persediaan di Sekolah Cinta Kasih.

Abstract: To increase the competitiveness of a company requires information, including accounting information. With a good accounting information system, it is hoped that the results of physical process efficiency, data updates and accuracy will be achieved. The system design methodology in making the system goes through the stages (1) System Survey (2) System Analysis (3) System Design (4) System Development (5) Testing (6) System Implementation (7) System maintenance. However, with limited time and funds, the researcher completed the research to the system design stage in the form of standard operating procedures (SOP). As for the conclusion, it was found that the work was still inconsistent (same work but implemented in different ways), recording errors, process delays and poor quality.The system design model that has been prepared by the researcher for the Income Accounting Information System of PT Marci consists of the following procedures: (1) order receipt (2) contract agreement (3) work process (4) billing (5) recording. Keywords: System design, accounting information system, PT MARCI

PT. Eagle Indo Pharma merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang farmasi. Perusahaan berada di Jl. Raya Prabu Siliwangi Km 1,1 Desa Alam Jaya, Kec. Jatiuwung Tangerang. Mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat dan semakin canggih, PT. Eagle Indo Pharma memerlukan sistem penggajian yang dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam pemrosesan dan pengerjaannya. Perancangan proses yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), perancangan basis data dengan menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram  (ERD). Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0, basis data yang digunakan adalah pemrograman Microsoft Access 2007, dan Sistem Operasi Microsoft Windows XP. Perancangan sistem informasi yang baru diharapkan bisa menjadi fasilitas yang berguna bagi perusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan penggajian dengan lebih baik dan dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.

This research was conducted based on the problem of managing the borrowing and returning outpatient medical records at the Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung which aims to find solutions to these problems to support the effectiveness of medical record services. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and study approach. In making the software design the writer uses the waterfall method and the supporting applications used are Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2013. From the results of the research conducted, the authors found several problems in the management of borrowing and returning outpatient medical records, namely: (1). There were no medical records found on the storage shelf; (2). Recording of borrowing and returning medical records still uses a manual system; (3). The absence of reports on borrowing and returning medical records. The suggestions that can be given by the author, namely : (1). It is better if the borrowing of medical records is determined by the due date so that there are no more medical records that are late to be returned to the storage room; (2). An information system is needed on borrowing and returning medical records to support activities in the hospital, especially in making reports on borrowing and returning medical records. The result of this research is an information system for borrowing and returning medical record files at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung.

This research conducted at Kopsyah BMT Bakti Nurul Huda and applied a computerized system of funding and financing activities. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the accounting information system of funding and financing activities have been running, whether the system has been running well and how alternatives system is effectively applied in Kopsyah. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with qualitative data. Data analysis techniques consist of a literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The primary data were collected from interviews, notes, and documents related to accounting activities, while secondary data consist of organizational structure, job description, documents, forms, and accounting records. The analysis tool consists of system analysis and design system with DFD, ERD, normalization, database, and design input as well as output. The results show that Kopsyah has double positions on Baitulmaal between secretary with accounting and cashier or teller with the head of KUB, on Baitultamwil between the cashier or teller with accounting. Documents and the copies have been made, although there are some documents that do not have copies. Recording and data storage are analyzed with daily cash book, control card and Excel. The researcher proposes to separation positions by adding cashier or teller for Baitulmaal, one accounting, and one finance manager. The researcher also proposed to replace membership book from manual to printed form, eliminate the function of some documents in Baitulmaal, such as daily cash book, control card, and letter of application to become member, add documents and copies, such as receipt which consists of two sheets, deposit slip, withdrawal slip, slip of disbursement financing and slip of installment financing consists of three sheets and use computerized system and server as well as data storage with database. This study has two main objectives. The first aims to determine the application of the accounting information system procedures on the revenue cycle.  Second, to determine the factors that constrain revenue cycle in thecompany. Data analysis method use disdescriptive qualitative analysis with case study approach. The analysisis done by describing the circumstances objectsordescribe real researchto identify and analyze problems faced by the  Research object, and then be able to provide alternatives and suggestions of solving the problems faced. The analysisshowed that the accounting information system on there venue cycle LPP TVRI Sumsel Babel has someweaknesses, particularly in the sales procedure, billing to the customer receivables, and cashreceipts. The author provides recommendations that can be used to strengthen the control over these flaws.

Along with the development of technology, every line of business as well as a company that specializes in a construction project requires an information system that can support the company’s operations. The research objective is to analyze, identify the information needs, improve and design an accounting information system of construction materials purchases needed by the management of a contractor company to assist in decision making and address the issues contained in the running system. The research is carried out byimplementing data collection and information, analysis on the running system, analysis of research findings, identification of information needs, and identification of system requirements, as well as a structured design ofobject oriented analysis design (OOAD) and unified modeling language (UML). The result obtained is an improving application design that features document numbering, document filing, and reports. The newdesigned accounting information system of raw material purchases of the construction company can generate a report needed timely, completely and accurately, so that it can be used by the management in decision-making process.

This study aims to determine the cash sales accounting information system that is suitable for online store applications. Using qualitative methods with the object of research, namely the online stores. Sources of data obtained from several online stores. Data collection methods used are semi-structured interviews, observation, and document analysis. From the analysis and design of the buying and selling cycle information system in online business development, it was found that the development of information systems is a very important stage in the efficiency and effectiveness of the buying and selling cycle. By implementing a good and correct accounting information system design on an online store, it can facilitate the recording and minimize the occurrence of errors/loss of data. In addition, with a good information system design, the division of tasks between various sections becomes clear.
