The article attempts to discuss and evaluate the book The Passion of the Tristan Myth in Modern Literature, Philosophy, and Music by Artur Żywiołek, which was published in Cracow in 2021. The reviewer starts with the legend of Tristan and Isolde, which the book explores through modernity. According to the author of the article, the book about Tristan myth combines methodologies of such fields as literary studies, musicology, history, cultural studies and philosophy in a great way.
