The chapter summarizes the nature of capital and capitalism. The chapter also highlights concepts related to the role of the State in economic activity, and the nature of industrial policy. The initial concepts dealt with are that of capital as a fund, capital as structure and capital as capabilities. Capitalism necessitates socially organizing production. Assessing organizational and administrative contingencies is important for understanding capitalism. Institutions are the bedrock of capitalism. The broad roles of Government, in designing laws and regulations, building infrastructure and acting as entrepreneur, are discussed. The implementation of national industrial strategies facilitates growth. The nature of industrial strategies is highlighted. Industrial policy activities, as defined by the three facets of institutions, innovation and involvement, are discussed. With respect to India’s industrial strategy, independent India’s founders’ visions of a modern industrial society, grounded in a need to involve Government in institution building, are introduced.

Names of phytopathogenic fungi and oomycetes are essential to communicate knowledge about species and their biology, control, and quarantine as well as for trade and research purposes. Many plant pathogenic fungi are pleomorphic, meaning that they produce different asexual (anamorph) and sexual (teleomorph) morphs in their lifecycles. Because of this, more than one name has been applied to different morphs of the same species, which has confused users of names. The onset of DNA technologies makes it possible to connect different morphs of the same species, resulting in a move to a more natural classification system for fungi, in which a single name for a genus as well as species can now be used. The move to a single nomenclature, as well as the advent of molecular phylogeny and the introduction of polythetic taxonomic approaches has been the main driving force for the re-classification of fungi, including pathogens. Nonetheless, finding the correct name for species remains challenging, but there is a series of steps or considerations that could greatly simplify this process, as outlined here. In addition to various online databases and resources, a list of accurate names is herewith provided of the accepted names of the most common genera and species of phytopathogenic fungi.

This book will not only be beneficial to experts in the judicial system and lawyers, but also to all those interested in addressing the questions of whether and how disputed claims can be asserted. As a consequence, the judicial system and business are uncomfortable bedfellows. Calculable commercial activity requires not only a clear legal situation, but also its predictable implementation. Guaranteeing this is one of the essential tasks of the state judicial system. This study examines the role of the judicial system in economic activity. It reveals the tense relationship between fast and appropriate legal protection, analyses the tasks of the legislative and the judicature, and seeks ways of improving them, dealing in detail with alternative ways of resolving disputes and how they rival forms of state legal protection. Finally, in line with its focus on economics, it also examines the significance of the costs of seeking justice.

The presence of saponins and their aglycones (sapogenins) was surveyed in seeds of 33 species of Medicago (Fabaceae). The four major subsections of the largest taxonomic section of Medicago, section Spirocarpos, can generally be distinguished by presence and (or) absence of medicagenic acid and zanhic acid. The latter sapogenin was found only in three of the subsections of Spirocarpos and seems to reflect the phylogenetic recency of these groups within Medicago. The distribution of zanhic acid in combination with other considerations proved useful in establishing that Medicago granadensis seems to be the oldest species in subsection Intertextae. The saponin profile of Medicago hybrida, most recently assigned to section Medicago, strongly supports the placement of this species and its relative Medicago sufruticosa in a separate section. Hemolytic saponins proved to be much more common in those species of Medicago that retain their seeds permanently within the fruit compared with species that tend to scatter their seeds, possibly because the former can benefit more from the antiherbivorous and (or) allelopathic properties of the saponins. Key words: hemolytic saponins, chemotaxonomy, taxonomy, ecology, Medicago.

Currently indonesia often torn asunder with different kinds of events which is quite disturbing national stability start of the disintegration by separatist group and other’s.
