Research activity in the area of HRM/HRD is increasing and still there is a lot of scope for research to study the practices and their impact. The researcher has made an effort to review the studies related to the topic chosen. The studies reveal that there are a number of studies at macro level and that to them are more foreign studies which have given the basic knowledge to proceed. There are also some Indian Studies related to the present topic. There are hardly any studies related to Petrochemicals and Fertilizer Industries at the Micro Level. In this background, the main objective of the study is to assess the levels of the utilization of human resources as well as to determine the functional status of the units. Keeping the above aspects under consideration, the study selected two large scale industrial units Viz., The very purpose of this research is to know the opinion of the Employees on interpersonal relations among them for better implementation of HR Practices in Petrochemical and Fertilizer industries the effect of the development in industrial organizations and the development of productivity culture in the employees. The study demands direct answer from the respondents, which without any ambiguity will determine the factors which contribute positively or negatively for assessing the functioning and the effect of the HRD among selected industries.

The article presents the results of a study to evaluate the effectiveness of antiaggregant therapy on the functional status of the kidneys in 115 patients with stage II and III chronic kidney disease on the basis of a comparative study of dipyridamole and allthrombosepin. Studies have shown that long-term administration of allthrombosepin to patients has led to improved renal function.

One of the situations in the treatment of disease is the delivery of efficacious medication of appropriate concentration to the site of action in a controlled and continual manner. Nanoparticle represents an important particulate carrier system, developed accordingly. Nanoparticles are solid colloidal particles ranging in size from 1 to 1000 nm and composed of macromolecular material. Nanoparticles could be polymeric or lipidic (SLNs). Industry estimates suggest that approximately 40% of lipophilic drug candidates fail due to solubility and formulation stability issues, prompting significant research activity in advanced lipophile delivery technologies. Solid lipid nanoparticle technology represents a promising new approach to lipophile drug delivery. Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) are important advancement in this area. The bioacceptable and biodegradable nature of SLNs makes them less toxic as compared to polymeric nanoparticles. Supplemented with small size which prolongs the circulation time in blood, feasible scale up for large scale production and absence of burst effect makes them interesting candidates for study. In this present review this new approach is discussed in terms of their preparation, advantages, characterization and special features.

In year 2020, a large-scale outbreak of pneumonia caused by new coronavirus has affected the development of many industries and enterprises in China. Under the strong leadership of the Chinese government, the development of the epidemic situation in China has been well controlled. The development of various industries also began to show a good situation, many large-scale sports competitions also need to be restored. In order to ensure the normal development of large-scale sports events, we need to consider the development of epidemic situation to determine the time of sports events. Based on the study of FPGA theory, this paper designs a specific scheme of programming and system debugging, which includes a variety of program operations. In order to better predict the situation of the epidemic situation, this paper also uses the basic knowledge of machine learning to establish a relevant model to evaluate the situation of large-scale sports events under the development of the epidemic situation, and provide feasible suggestions for the recovery of large-scale sports events under the epidemic situation.

Abstract The speaker will present the Innovative Partnership for Action Against Cancer (iPAAC) Joint Action (JA), which is aiming to develop innovative approaches to advances in cancer control and a Roadmap on Implementation and Sustainability of Cancer Control Actions, identifying areas of relevance to AMR. The issue of AMR is an important issue in view of cancer management. It pertains both to the control of one of the pathogens clearly identified as conducive to cancer - Helicobacter pylori as well as to the issues arising from the vulnerability of the cancer patients in the course of oncological treatment. In the previous JA on Cancer Joint Action on Cancer Control (CanCon), an expert consensus process led to the conclusion that population-based screening for Helicobacter pylori, followed by antibiotic treatment at large scale could trigger AMR, even if it could offset some morbidity due to stomach cancer. It is clear that further research activity is necessary to explore this issue since stomach cancer remains a public health challenge. This is important because of late stage detection, resulting in poor survival. The other important issue is the need to protect cancer patients in treatment and beyond by securing effective antibiotic treatment for infections arising from their condition and/or following their treatment.

Background: The approval of the first SARS-COV-2 vaccines for COVID-19 were accompanied by unprecedented efforts to provide vaccination to healthcare workers and first responders. More information about vaccine uptake in this group is needed to better refine and target educational messaging. Methods: HCA Healthcare used federal guidance and internal experience to create a systemwide mass vaccination strategy. A closed point-of-dispensing (POD) model was developed and implemented. The previously developed enterprise-wide emergency operations strategy was adapted and implemented, which allowed for rapid development of communications and operational processes. A tiering strategy based on recommendations from the National Academies was used in conjunction with human resources data to determine vaccine eligibility for the first phase of vaccination. A comprehensive data and reporting strategy was built to connect human resources and vaccine consent data for tracking vaccination rates across the system. Results: Vaccination of employed and affiliated colleagues began December 15, 2020, and was made available based on state-level release of tiers. Within the first 6 weeks, in total, 203,544 individuals were eligible for vaccine based on these criteria. Of these, 181,282 (89.1%) consented to and received vaccine, 19,788 (9.7%) declined, and 2,474 (1.2%) indicated that they had already been vaccinated. Of those eligible, the highest acceptance of vaccine was among the job codes of specialists and professionals (n = 7,914 total, 100% consent), providers (n = 23,335, 99.6%,), and physicians (n = 3,218, 98.4%). Vaccine was most likely to be declined among job codes of clerical and other administrative (n = 12,889 total, 80.1% consent), clinical specialists and professionals (n = 22,853, 81.0%,) and aides, orderlies and technicians (n = 17,803, 82.6%,). Registered nurses made up the largest eligible population (n = 56,793), and 89.5% of those eligible consented to receive vaccination. Average age among those who consented was slightly older (48.3 years) than those that declined (44.7 years), as was length of employment tenure (6.9 vs 5.0 years). Conclusion: A large-scale, closed POD, mass vaccination program was able to vaccinate nearly 200,000 healthcare workers for SARS-CoV-2 in 6 weeks. This program was implemented in acute-care sites across 20 different US states, and it was able to meet the various state-level requirements for management of processes, product, and required reporting. The development of a standardized strategy and custom, centralized monitoring and reporting facilitated insight into the characteristics of early vaccine adopters versus those who decline vaccination. These data can aid in the refining and targeting of educational materials and messaging about the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.Funding: NoDisclosures: None

This study analyzed three prediction models: ID model, GM (1,1) model and back-propagation neural network (BPNN) model. Firstly, the principles of the three models were introduced, and the prediction methods of the three models were analyzed. Then, taking enterprise A as an example, the demand for human resources was predicted, and the prediction results of the three models were compared. The results showed that the maximum and minimum errors were 240 people and 12 people respectively in the prediction results of the ID3 model and 64 people and 37 people respectively in the prediction results of the GM (1, 1) model; the errors of the BPNN model were smaller than ten people, and the minimum value of the BPNN model was three people, which was in good agreement with the actual value. The prediction of the human resource demand of enterprise A in the future five years with the BPNN model suggested that the demand for employees would growing rapidly. The results show that the BPNN model has better reliability and can be popularized and applied in practice.
