HEALTH-PROMOTING ACTIVITIES OF TEACHERS IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE OF EDUCATION

Currently, the main goal of the participants of educational institutions is the formation of a fully developed, healthy personality. One of the effective ways to achieve this goal is to ensure the quality of education, ensuring the effectiveness, transparency and efficiency of the educational process, as the main factor determining the future of each person and the country as a whole. It is established that the guarantee of the quality of education largely depends on the participants of the educational process of the training and student, as well as the creation of a health-saving learning environment with the maximum exclusion of factors that adversely affect the health, performance and life expectancy of persons involved in the process of training and education. To a large extent, the quality of education is promoted by the health-preserving competence of the trainees,who are called to formulate the attitude to health as the greatest life value for the trainees, to develop a philosophy of health for each student, as well as to cultivate the need to lead a healthy life-style at all stages of the training system and in everyday life.

Based on the analysis of educational and regulatory documents, the main pedagogical principles of the State Service for Education Quality of Ukraine (SSEQU) are summarized: a) basic pedagogical principles of SSEQU’s activity, which are defined by the legislator as basic principles of state educational policy (people orientedness; primacy of the law; ensuring the quality of education and equal access to education; humanism; democracy; unity of teaching, upbringing and development, etc.); b) principles that determine the legal sphere of the SSEQU’s activity (institutional separation of control functions and functions ensuring the activities of educational institutions; transparency and publicity of management decisions; responsibility and accountability of education authorities and educational institutions to society; public administration; public partnership etc); c) pedagogical principles that guide and structurally organize SSEQU’s activities (universal design and reasonable adaptation; scientific nature of education; diversity of education; integrity and continuity of education; integration with the labor market; freedom of choosing the types, forms and pace of education, educational program, educational institution; academic integrity; academic freedom, etc. Empirical data analysis based on the educational process participants’ views on the factors, which comprise educational quality, revealed that the interviewees valued most the level of qualification, experience, knowledge and skills of their teachers, educational and methodological support, the use of new technologies and innovations in teaching for achieving quality education. Interaction and cooperation between education stakeholders was identified as important by teachers and students, and less important – by parents. Interviews with students - prospective educational experts revealed that they valued the sequence of communication skills, knowledge and skills of expert activity, experience and knowledge of pedagogical activities. An insufficient level of legal awareness of Russian citizens is a serious problem of ensuring law and order and forms a general destructive background for the development of corruption. Important factors influencing the formation of anti-corruption justice are the quality level of upbringing and training in educational institutions, the consolidation and development of the principles of legal awareness among students, the change in the quality of education and training of educational institutions, including the consolidation and development of the principles of anti-corruption legal awareness among students, and traditions of respect to the law as the predominant model of social behavior, as well as overcoming legal nihilism. It is at school age that active legal socialization occurs. The main burden in the formation of value attitudes towards anti-corruption behavior should be taken by school legal education. The purpose of the study was to study the laws of the educational process on the formation of anti-corruption legal awareness among students, the development of value orientations on the inadmissibility of corruption in the future.

Este artículo propone una reorganización de la institucionalidad educativa, en Ecuador, en función de conseguir una articulación de los servicios educativos que permita mejorar la cobertura y calidad de la educación sin necesidad de nuevas inversiones. Esta propuesta confronta el paradigma de que cada unidad educativa debe contar con todos los recursos en su interior para llevar a cabo el proceso educativo. Desarrolla aspectos de gestión para implementar la articulación propuesta. Concluye que, con una visión de articulación y redes educativas se supera el falso dilema entre unidades educativas grandes y pequeñas. AbstractThis article proposes a reorganization of educational institutions in Ecuador, in order to achieve an articulation of educational services that allows improving the coverage and quality of education without the need for new investments. This proposal confronts the paradigm that each educational unit must have all the resources within it to carry out the educational process. It develops management aspects to implement the proposed articulation. It concludes that, with a vision of articulation and educational networks, the false dilemma between large and small educational units can be overcome.

The article is a generalization and analysis of some of the results of the monitoring of the satisfaction of graduates of the Russian State Social University, conducted in 2020. The results of similar monitoring carried out in other higher educational institutions are also considered. The article pays great attention to the relationship of various factors of graduates' satisfaction, corresponding to the prospects for improving the educational process based on the results of monitoring studies. The article may be of interest both for researchers of the educational process in universities and for a wide range of specialists in the field of university pedagogy.

In recent years, a frequently discussed problem is the guideline of training on the educational result and the formation of students' competence. These factors form the prerequisite for improving the quality of education. Higher educational institutions of the republic pay special attention to the question of the formation of students' competence. In order to build students' competence, the educational process should be based on a competency- based approach. The article explores the issue of the formation and development of the problem of competence in education. The development of the problem is divided into three stages. The role and significance of the competency-based approach in training is revealed, the point of view of scientists on competence is analyzed.

The current situation in secondary education is characterized by the development of various educational institutions, which differ not only in educational programs and curriculum, but also in the conditions for training and educating, which make up the educational environment of modern educational institutions. The importance of studying the processes of forming the educational environment in a modern school is relevant, since the quality of education and upbringing of modern students who spend most of their time in the educational environment of schools will depend on its organization. Studying the problems of organizing the educational environment is also important in the sense that it is the qualitative approach to this process that will determine in the future if it is possible for students to receive high-quality educational services. The influence of the educational environment on the modern student is determined today, first of all, by the students' perception of the educational process, their involvement in the process of its creation and improvement. The effectiveness of the educational environment may also depend on how the student perceives it. So, the educational environment can be an effective means of developing the potential of the student, but if it is an integrated space for the interaction of children and adults (parents, teachers).

The big problem that is still faced by national education until now is the issue of quality, effectiveness and efficiency of education. It has become a common understanding that the issue of educators is far more important than the problems of curriculum and other educational components. With the following important aspects educational institutions can play a role in improving the quality of their educators, including: (1) salaries and welfare standards that are appropriate for their lives, (2) qualification standards, (3) competency standards and efforts to improve them, (4) certification system for educators and educators and professional transfers that do not meet competency standards, (4) honest and transparent selection / recruitment, (5) career development standards, (6) preparation of prospective educators and education personnel in line with competency standards, and more emphasizing practice and with strong theory, (7) education and training system in professional training and education institutions and (8) empowering professional development organizations.

The author emphasizes that ongoing global changes in society, new directions of sociocultural development have led to the necessity of making changes in requirements of the quality of education on every level. It is noted that these new requirements imply not only pupils’ subject knowledge development but also their metasubject and personal competence formation. Educational institutions faced difficulties while establishing educational process in accordance with the introduced state directions. The author comes to the conclusion that in search of the solution, educational institutions started to form networks and communities that let integrate both resources and abilities to succeed in fulfilling of the tasks given by the government. The concept of a “service state” is considered; principles of service activities of educational institutions are defined; client focus of educational institutions is reviewed; the main provisions of the network interaction of educational institutions are presented; regulatory acts, projects in which the network interaction in the field of education is fixed are analyzed; an independent assessment of the quality of education is given; educational institutions that occupy leading places in the opinion of service consumers about network interaction, taking into account the focus on the need of direct service consumers are considered. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis, comparison, interviewing. The result of the study was a network interaction project taking into account the focus on service by the Humanitarian Lyceum in Tomsk and Tomsk State University.

The purpose of the article is to reveal the problem of using information technology in educational institutions. Based on the analysis of the regulatory framework, scientific and methodological literature on the research topic, the specificity of the implementation of information technologies in the study of individual subjects was determined. Particular attention in the article is paid to the consideration of the influence of computerization on the quality of education, examples of the use of information technologies in education are revealed. The article describes the three main components of information technology as a complex of hardware, software and a system of organizational and methodological support; the description of analog and digital information technologies is presented. The authors list the most common multifunctional office applications and IT tools; the advantages of using IT in the educational process are highlighted. The authors come to the conclusion that the use of information technologies in education makes it possible to diversify a wide range of forms and methods of teaching, which are one of the modern ways to improve the educational process.
