The era of global competition in education is required to develop rapidly, actively and dynamically. We face the challenges needed fundamental changes in the world of education itself so that the human resources generated will become human resources that are able to adapt to the times. Realizing that, SD Negeri Cikampek Selatan I as primary school felt the need to implement a new computerized student enrollment system as part of the change that replaced the new student registration system (conventional), because the computerized system can accelerate and simplify the process and minimize the mistakes that there, for that the author designed the New Student Enrollment Application Program on State Elementary School Cikampek Selatan I-Karawang, so that the program is made in accordance with the needs of the new student registration system that already exist, the authors make the design of this program ranging from input documents containing the process of filling the form of prospective students, the process of entering student data, the process of entering the data Parents, the process of entering user data and output documents containing new student cards and student reports.

Abstract: New Student Admission is one process that exists in educational institutions such as schools that are useful for screening prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the school to become students. In general, the process of admitting new students is done through the stages of registration, selection tests and announcements of new student admissions. So far, Kosgoro Vocational School has registered new student participants in a manual and not computerized way, causing time constraints and more costs for prospective students. In developing this application using the waterfall method includes the stages of determining software requirements, program design and testing of applications that have been made, In terms of making this website using Codeigniter and PHP so that the web display is more attractive and more efficient in accepting new students and providing convenience to prospective students to be able to register online and administrative staff can use it and see the latest developments in new student registration. Information Technology is providing a lot of convenience that can be felt by human life. One example of the era of information technology is the birth of computers in the life of society .. Computers are now perceived to provide a lot of mamfaat that can not be separated from human life. In every company or institution, in its data processing has been applied by using computer. Therefore the computer can be made aspects of decision support is good and appropriate in taking a decision. Particularly related institutions ie colleges are the most important thing when they apply teaching and learning activities between lecturers and students. This is very important if the college wants to produce a good graduate and achievement, then the college should take the lead if you want to achieve it. Things that can be addressed is a new student admissions system kesetiap public and private universities in Indonesia. Why is that, with the existence of a computerized system it will provide convenience in determining the choice of majors to choose, because one of the most important factor is how the prospective students can determine the choice according to their interests and talents. So that in their teaching and learning activities will be optimal, there will be no complaints that cause the student has a mind to not continue his studies. Then it should be time the college to change the existing system by making an information system for the selection of majors for prospective students in accordance with the desired department. From this case then as a researcher wants to provide input by presenting a new innovation that is by building a system of election information majors for public and private universities in Indonesia.

The system of registration and enrollment process that is still using the manual method, the manual registration form hereinafter be recapitulated in the ledger by the committee PSB into the computer. To overcome this, they invented a new student enrollment applications to facilitate web-based committee in the data processing new admissions and delivery of information with analytical comparison of two methods of software development is the method of RUP and Prototype. Sumbawa Besar 2 Vocational High School is a school where the author conducts research. At this time, the new student registration system, in recording new prospective students still uses books or is conventional, so registration officers experience many problems. The solution to the problem that is happening at Sumbawa Besar 2 Vocational High School is the application of information technology, namely building an information system that can be useful to facilitate the committee and registrants in the New Student Registration process. This system was developed using the Personal Home Page (PHP) and MySql programming languages as a database. The method used in building this system is using the Waterfall method. With the existence of this webbased information system can increase information. Making the registration of new student registration data becomes more structured so that it makes it easier to select new prospective students

In the world of education, there is always an increase that must be made. The increase is not only in terms of science, but from various sides that support the education world. Every educational institution competes to do this to improve quality in providing education to their students. In this paper, the author takes a case study at Bimbel Cerdas Ceria Tangerang. The registration system at Bimbel Cerdas Ceria still uses a manual system. The system requires prospective students to come directly and do the registration process. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a new student registration web that is able to overcome the problem. The web application is made using the Waterfall method for the analysis stages. With the application of the web, prospective students do not need to come directly to register. Registration confirmation can use e-mail so that no one can confirm the registration. Payments also use ATM so parents don't need to come directly to just make payments.

Pondok Pesantren is one of the Islamic educational institutions that aim to form human beings who have noble character, so that created a human who has a balance between physical and spiritual. Some educational institutions offer various models of learning to balance the current development so that its existence is still recognized by the community. While boarding school in dealing with the development of the times, has a commitment to make new innovations by presenting the pattern of education that can give birth to a reliable Human Resources. Especially pesantren currently has a challenging enough weight in facing the era of "Demographic Bonus". Demographic bonus is a phenomenon in which the structure of the population greatly benefits the community from the side of development in various sectors, because the productive age is more than the non productive age. This means that the dependency burden will decrease with the ratio of 64 percent of the productive age population to bear only 34 percent of the nonproductive age population. With all kinds of scholarships and skills given to students, students are expected to compete in all fields, especially in the face of Indonesia gold in 2020 to 2035.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.

As the times and technology became more sophisticated, human needs and mobility also increased. One such technology is vehicle. It cannot be denied that motorized vehicles and cars have now become the most important parts of everyday life. Vehicle protection is very important to keep vehicles safe, especially in areas prone to theft. Protection of the vehicle itself is divided into two ways, namely by personal and insurance methods. The fact is that vehicle protection carried out by Desa Sayang residents is still very minimal, which is caused by a lack of knowledge and understanding of citizens about the importance of vehicle protection. Seen from only a few residents who have insurance services to protect their vehicles. Measuring the perceptions of residents of RW 03 Desa Sayang, Jatinangor Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency is divided into 2 things, namely knowledge (cognition) and behavior (konasi). Of the 97 informants interviewed, it was found that people's knowledge of insurance was not good. While their knowledge of vehicle protection in general is quite good. In addition, vehicle ownership also affects individual knowledge of insurance and vehicle protection. Unfortunately, protection of vehicles in the form of insurance is rarely done by residents because most are hampered in terms of costs and feel they do not need it. Therefore, a perception survey and vehicle protection socialization were made in Sayang Village, Jatinangor Sub-District, Sumedang Regency so that residents would be more aware of maintaining their vehicles.
