Innovation research has got a very significant value in modern research. Innovation has significantly altered the human life through research-and-development and production of technology, including the outcomes in the economy. Understanding the determinants of innovation is important because innovations establish companies' competitive advantages (Porter, 1992). In contemporary galvanized world, supremacy of new innovation strategies has taken over older strategies. There have been research on the relationship of these business strategies with innovation performance. Blue Ocean Strategy value innovates for the organization and customer. There has been a need to determine the model of BOS which supports innovation performance. But there was a great need of the empirical research on the impacts these strategies make on innovation performance in Malaysian manufacturing industries. As Malaysia is on slide on world innovation index from 31st to 37th in last five years, an alarm for academics, researchers, industry and government. This endeavor meets that objective. A research framework is tested and developed which support innovation performance. This is an empirical study so the hypothesis are formulated. It is a quantitative research study so data was collected from all over the Malaysian manufacturing organizations. PLS is used to predict the model. Results reveal that three of the five BOS constructs enhance innovation performance.

After introduction of the main constructs, a detailed literature review is presented. And a research framework is designed on the basis of the literature. AN updated model of innovation is proposed for BOS and innovation performance. This is an empirical study so the hypothesis are formulated. It is a quantitative research study so data was collected from all over the Malaysian manufacturing and services sector to have a detailed view of the industry. Appropriate different statistical tests are applied to display results considering the requirements of industry, academia and other stake holders. In the end results are presented, and the conclusion is provided for the benefits of Malaysian industries and government. Some insights in the future research area are also provided for the researchers

Expropriability is the ability of (potential) competitors to extract information about innovation and utilize it to their advantage in a manner that decreases the competitive advantages of the original innovator. It has an effect on the profit margins and, subsequently, on the strategic behavior of a firm in terms of innovation activities. In this study, the relationship of appropriability and expropriability is clarified, and empirical evidence from 299 companies is provided to increase understanding of the strategic protection of intellectual assets. The results indicate that industries differ in terms of expropriability and that innovation performance depends on the level of expropriability.

Despite the acknowledged importance of innovation for enterprises’ sustainable development, in comparison to technological innovation, research on market-based innovation is still in its nascent stage. It is unclear what factors will predict market-based innovation and how market-based innovation boosts innovation performance. Therefore, based on an adaptive marketing capabilities perspective and drawing on insights from the organizational ambidexterity literature, this study explored the relationships among enterprises’ marketing capabilities, market-based innovation and innovation performance. Data collected from 237 manufacturing enterprises in China were analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrapping methods. The results showed that: (1) Marketing capabilities and market-based innovation activities are both ambidextrous. Specifically, marketing capabilities include marketing exploration capabilities and marketing exploitation capabilities, and market-based innovation includes exploratory market-based innovation and exploitative market-based innovation. (2) Ambidextrous marketing capabilities can enhance innovation performance significantly, with ambidextrous market-based innovation playing a partial mediating role in this relationship. Specifically, marketing exploration capabilities affect innovation performance through the partial mediating role of exploratory market-based innovation, whereas marketing exploitation capabilities affect innovation performance through the partial mediating role of exploitative market-based innovation. (3) Exploratory market-based innovation negatively moderates the relationship between exploitative market-based innovation and innovation performance, and exploitative market-based innovation also exerts a negative moderating effect on the exploratory market-based innovation–innovation performance association. These findings complement and enrich the ambidextrous capability (innovation) theory, helping manufacturing enterprises to better understand and deploy ambidexterity, and hence to achieve sustainability.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

Only a few birds besides domestic pigeons and poultry can be described as domesticated. Therefore, keeping a pet bird can be challenging, and the human-avian relationship will have a major influence on the quality of this cohabitation. Studies that focus on characterizing the owner-bird relationship generally use adapted cat/dog scales which may not identify its specific features. Following a sociological approach, a concept of human-animal relationship was developed leading to three types of human-animal relationship (impersonal, personal, and close personal). This concept was used to develop a 21-item owner-bird-relationship scale (OBRS). This scale was applied to measure the relationship between pet bird owners (or keepers) (n = 1,444) and their birds in an online survey performed in Germany. Factor analysis revealed that the relationship between owner and bird consisted of four dimensions: the tendency of the owner to anthropomorphize the bird; the social support the bird provides for the owner; the empathy, attentiveness, and respect of the owner toward the bird; and the relationship of the bird toward the owner. More than one quarter of the German bird owners of this sample showed an impersonal, half a personal, and less than a quarter a close personal relationship to their bird. The relationship varied with the socio-demographic characteristics of the owners, such as gender, marital status, and education. This scale supports more comprehensive quantitative research into the human-bird relationship in the broad field of human-animal studies including the psychology and sociology of animals as well as animal welfare and veterinary medicine.

Purpose: The research aim to clarify the relationship of brand loyalty: attitudinal and behavioral loyalty with the Malaysian purchase intention on pirated clothing and footwear in order to gain better understanding in developing advance countermeasure.Design/ Methodology/ Approach: A quantitative research is used to obtain the first hand information. 380 sets of personally- administrated questionnaires were distributed in Malaysia -Penang’s Batu Ferringhi Night Market. A variety of statistical analysis techniques were used.Findings: The findings suggested brand loyalty: attitudinal and behavioral have a significant relationship with the purchase intention of counterfeit products. Under the two brand loyalty concepts, the behavioral loyalty had a greater negative association with the consumer intention on counterfeit.  Practical implications: The paper provided in dept knowledge about the consumers motivation on counterfeit products and the information of marketing intelligence strategy-branding which available for the marketers and genuine manufacturers in better eradicate the counterfeit activities.Research Limitations: The paper was primarily focus on the counterfeit clothing and footwear. Although the focus and sample size is adequate and accepted but the generalizability of study may be limited and cannot consider as representative collectively for the whole of Malaysia and other pirated products. Secondly, the quantitative research used had limited the further insight of other unknown variables or factors that do not included. 


Interpersonal employee conflicts exist in every organization, which relates to Organizational citizenship behaviours of employees. This study investigates the mediating role of interpersonal employee conflict between the relationship of servant leadership approach and academicians OCB. Variance based structure equation modeling is implementes as smar PLS is used to investigate the reltionship. A new framework is proposed as Interpersonal employee conflict mediates the relationship between servant leadership and academicians OCB. It is recommened to reduce the interpersonal employee conflict as these hampers the relationship between servant leadership dimensios ad academicians OCB.

This study aims to analyze the green CSR  of innovation performance  with firms approval variables  and public visibility   can support moderating the relationship of green CSR  and innovation. The research sample was 33 manufacturing companies. The results showed that the  green CSR has a positive and significant effect on innovation . Also, the company approval variable has been proven to moderate the direction of a positive relationship between green CSR and innovation . The results also prove that public visibility is proven to moderate the direction of the negative relationship between green CSR and performance. This study provide information that shows great concern for the environment; it will increase the company in making changes through innovation activities. Also, the higher the company's approval and public visibility, the company will get support from various stakeholders to run the firms. The level of company concern for CSR activities will be a misjudgment for investors.

Abstract- This study aims to determine the effect of brand popularity on brand loyalty, brand awareness, perceived quality and brand reputation among Etude House Indonesia users. Other objective of this study are to t he effect of brand loyalty, brand awareness, perceived quality and brand reputation on brand equity. The effect of brand equity on purchase intention To address the objectives of the study, a quantitative research design was implemented by distributing the questionaires to 360 Etude House Indonesia users and implementing the intruments that fulfilled the validity and reliability test requriements. The data were analyzed by SEM SmartPLS 3. The findings revealed that there was an effect of Brand popularity affects brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand reputation. Other results show that the counrry of brand origin affects brand loyalty, brand awareness and brand perceived quality. Also, Brand equity is determined by brand loyalty and brand reputation. While  Brand equity has a significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, brand equity also impacts on purchase intention. However, in this study the relationship of brand popularity to brand loyalty, the effect of country of brand origin on brand reputation, the effect of brand awareness on brand equity and the effect of perceived quality on brand equity is not supported in hypothesis testing. Purpose of the study: The objective of the study was to investigate the relationship of the dividend payout on a firm's performance under low growth opportunities from the manufacturing sector of Pakistan. Methodology: A sample of 251 firms out of 378 manufacturing firms listed at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), have been carefully chosen for the era of ten years from 2006 to 2015. The secondary data was obtained from the firm’s web financials and analysis of financial statements, published by the statistics department of the State Bank of Pakistan. For the persistence of investigation panel data (fixed effect) analyses were employed in this study. Main Findings: The fallouts of the analysis revealed that the dividend payout ratio has an insignificant relationship with the firm's performance in the low growth perspectives of the study. Applications of this study: The findings of the study are helpful for the financial managers of the firms facing low growth opportunities. Furthermore, the investors in capital markets can use the findings of this while investing. The originality of this study: The study focussed on the role of low growth opportunities while studying the nexus of dividend pay-out and the firm’s financial performance which inherits the novelty and originality of the study.
