The grandeur of the Malaccan Malay Sultanate was written in Sulalatus Salatin, a name that means the genealogy of the Sultans. This text has been acknowledged as a great work and was made the reference for scholars in various studies on the Malaccan Sultanate. Until this day the text is still being studied since there a great wealth of information that is yet to be explored. The objective of this paper is to identify and elaborate, by using the Takmilah Theory, morals of the leaders of the Malaccan Malay Sultanate written in Sulalatus Salatin. The qualitative method, which is the descriptive analysis method on a text that is based on the Takmilah Theory, will be used in this study. Sulalatus Salatin contains procedures in creating a leader; it is laden with knowledge on leadership and other related knowledge such as on administration. In addition, this text provides guidance by means of messages and also gives examples of specific values owned by a particular group of society. Hence the narrations in Sulalatus Salatin were written in an exquisite and outstanding manner. From the literary standpoint, Sulalatus Salatin was recognized as an encyclopedia of knowledge that documented experiences and aspirations of a nation, which are the Malays. The ambitions of the nation which were upheld were successfully realised by several reigning rulers of the Malaccan Malay Sultanate. The Malaccan Malay Sultanate has become an empire and the prominent centre of Islam for two decades.

Wakalah bil ujrah covenant implementation is an agreement covenant of an authority delegation to do something (delegating an affair) in which the implementation can be implemented in the field of wedding exertion by a wedding organizer. But generally, in the field implementation, the society has not been fully acknowledge and understanding how this implementation of an authority delegation in a wedding exertion accords with the the things which have been appointed by the syari’a economic law, and the legal consequences from the achieved wakalah agreement.The problems formulation of this thesis is how the form of the wakalah covenant implementation and also the system of the ujrah taking in the authority delegation of a wedding exertion by Shahira Wedding Organizer Surabaya and analyzing the implementation based on the syari’a economic law of the National Syari’a Board - Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI).This Study was conducted using online research instruments (online field research) with qualitative method. As for the data collecting techniques were done and achieved by online, observation, and the documentation data that are in correlate to the object of the study. The collected data, furthermore is arranged and analyzed using descriptive analysis method, it is describing how the akad wakalah bil ujrah implementation concept in obligating the authority the wedding exertion is done from the shahibbul hajat to Shahira Wedding Organizer Surabaya.The results of the research show that the wakalah bil ujrah covenant implementation in delegating the authority from the shahibbul hajat to Shahira Wedding Organizer Surabaya is done orally through the agreement in choosing the packages of Gumush, Altin, and Platin using simple statements (informal language) as the Surabaya’s people do. Furthermore it will be followed by some representation acts by the Shahira Wedding Organizer Surabaya. Dealing with the ujrah or the fee taking, it will be alocated and included into the price-list of the packages that automatically when it was on the first offer, the value of ujrah has been written and agreed. According to the perspective of the syari’a economic law, this wakalah bil ujrah practice done by the Shahira WO has fulfilled the well conformity in the implementation for the whole components between the both sides have been fulfilled in both of the pillars and the requirements that have been set by the Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 10/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 about wakalah.Keywords : Wakalah Bil Ujrah, Wedding Organizer and Syari’a Economic Law Perspective

This research intends to elaborate the effect of mass media abuses through Dellilo’s White Noise. Therefore, the researchers analyzed how the effect of mass media abuses influence the character through the novel. In analyzing this research, the researchers used genetic structuralism approach as the grand theory and concept of mass media as the supporting theory. Moreover, the writer used qualitative method and descriptive analysis method in analyzing the data. The result of this research is the writers finds there are three effect of mass media abuses such as (1) consumerism, (2) drug abuses, and (3) violence.

Mudharabah financing is a form of cooperation between two or more parties, in which the ownerof the capital (shahibul maal) entrusts a certain amount of capital to the manager (mudharib) to bemanaged with a profit-sharing agreement (profit sharing). This study aims to determine what risksarise in mudharabah financing and how risk mitigation is carried out by Bank Syariah Mandiri. Thisresearch is research using descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation,interviews with the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) method with 4 (four) sources and documentation.The method of data analysis was done by using the descriptive analysis method.. The results show thatthe risks that arise in mudharabah financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri are: First, the risk of financingcaused by the customer not being able to pay their obligations to the bank, and second, the legalrisk caused by the weakness of the agreement (agreement). As for the mitigation carried out by BankSyariah Mandiri in dealing with risks that arise in mudharabah financing, namely: First, by rigorouslyconducting 5C and 6A analysis. Second, by taking steps to save financing, including (1) intensivecollection, (2) giving warnings, (3) rescheduling, (4) reconditioning, (5) restructuring, (6) settlementthrough guarantee insurance, (7) Settlement through guarantees, (8) Settlement through Write Off,(9) Settlement through stipulation of fines / ta’wid. From risk mitigation carried out by Bank SyariahMandiri, it has been able to minimize the risks that occur in mudharabah financing.

ABSTRAKKawasan Kota Lama Semarang pada zaman dahulu merupakan sebuah benteng yang dibangun oleh Kolonial. Perkembangan masa kini beralih menjadi sebuah kawasan dengan beragam fungsi dan memiliki nilai arsitektural yang dikatakan sebagai kawasan cagar budaya. Koridor jalan Letjen Soeprapto merupakan salah satu koridor utama yang memiliki tatanan bangunan yang khas dengan kuantitas yang cukup banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rancangan koridor jalan Letjen Suprapto di Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang ditinjau dari potensi wisata edukasi arsitektur heritage. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Pengambilan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Metoda analisis digunakan dengan metode deskripsi. Hasil kesimpulan terlihat pemerintah kota Semarang telah melihat potensi wisata yang ada pada Kota Lama Semarang dengan menjadikan “world destination”. Koridor Jl. Letjen Soeprapto dirancang sebagai zona 1-culture sebagai pusat informasi kawasan Kota Lama. Pada koridor Jl. Letjen Soeprapto terdapat 39 bangunan dan 30 merupakan langgam heritage,5 bangunan merupakan high priority buiding. Hal tersebut menjadi potensi dalam wisata edukasi arsitektur heritage khususnya pada aspek visual lingkage, konsep kontras, ornamen langgam yang dapat menjadi wisata dan sumber edukasi arsitektur heritage.Kata kunci: citra visual, potensi wisata edukasi arsitektur, heritage ABSTRACTKota lama Semarang was once a defensive bastion built by the Colonials. Throughout the years, this area is consisted by buildings with various of functions and is categorized as a cultural and heritage conservation area as its esteemed architectural value. Jalan letjend soeprapto is the main corridor of Kota Lama Semarang and has its own distinctive mass-blocking arrangement with great quantities. This research is purposed to analyse the corridor design of Jl. letjen Soeprapto considered by the potential of heritage architecture educational excursions. This research uses qualitative method and case studies with data compilations of observations, documentations, and interviews, and uses descriptive analysis method. Eventually, the Semarang government has a vision to actualize Kota Lama Semarang as a world tourist destination and design the corridor of jalan letjend soeprapto as the zona 1 - cultural as the information center of Kota Lama Semarang. In the corridor Jl. letjen Soeprapto there were 39 buildings and 30 is a heritage style, the building is a high priority 5 buiding. The research was conducted at the Livestock Group ‘Berkah Etawa’ Domot Hamlet, Purwokerto Rural , District Srengat , Blitar . The study was conducted in the span of one month , which began on 2 March to 2 April 2013. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of goat farms in the herd and when it happens Blessing Etawa BEP ( Break Even Point) .The material in this study is a goat farmer group members by using descriptive qualitative method in the form of case studies . Methods of data collection by surveys , interviews with the questions and observation ( observation ) . Then the data were analyzed with descriptive analysis method . By maintaining 145 or 16 ST tail , in 1 year will cost Rp . 136 742 500 , -/year . revenues generated by Rp . 228.7 million . If the selling price of milk Rp . 20,000 , -/liter the breakeven point ( BEP ) production of 621.57 liters / year per member . While the break-even point ( BEP ) prices , if we sell at a price of Rp . 18288.51 / liter .Keywords : Goat Farm, BEP (Break Event Point).

The evaluation of curriculum is significant in terms of curriculum's working and being developed effectively. There are a lot of curriculum evaluation approaches. Recently, one of the most widely accepted paradigms in the field of curriculum evaluation is the opinion that the participants of curriculum are vital for curriculum evaluation. In this study, the views of teachers, who are among the important participants of the curriculum, related to the evaluation of present curriculum and how the evaluation should be carried out were analyzed. In this regard, the aim of this research is analyzing the curriculum evaluation at elementary level in relation with teachers' views. The research being a descriptive study regarding defining a case, is designed according to qualitative method. Accordingly, semi-structured interviews were conducted with determined 11 teachers using critical case sampling and snowball sampling methods. The data was analyzed with descriptive analysis method and presented being supported by direct quotations. As a result of research, it is observed that teachers find the curriculum evaluation activities in our country insufficient. In parallel with the results, the use of Participant-Oriented Evaluation Approach widely in elementary curricula is recommended.

The problem in this thesis is Devotion and commitment in a contradictory conditions in the relationship between Noah and Allie who have differences in social status. Until their relationship was opposed by Allie's mother, even so Allie remained devotion to choose Noahh. Devotion and commitment to the contradictory conditions between Noah and Allie also occur when they are old. Noah remained loyal to Allie when she suffered from Alzheimer's disease. The object of this study was The Notebook novel by Nicholas Sparks. This research uses Sigmund Freud's theory of personality psychology. The results of this study are the figures Noah and Alli have personality aspects that refer to Sigmund Freud's theory of id, ego, superego. The writer uses descriptive analysis method and qualitative method. The author carries out a systematic procedure with an understanding of the novel, figures Noah and Allie, and also structural theory. This research aims : (1) to analyze the importance of loyalty and commitment in contradictory conditions. (2) to describe the loyalty and commitment contained in the Novel The notebook. (3) to explain the loyalty and commitment shown by Noah and Allie after marriage. Based on the results of this analysis it can be concluded that the problem faced by the main character is his deep love and loyalty to his wife, Noah did everything for Allie, including writing to him for two years even though his letter was never responded by Allie. But when they met for the first time after being separated for quite a long time their love for each other was still there. Until they married and aged together and Allie contracted Alzheimer's disease, but Noah remained faithful with her.

This research is entitled An Analysis of Ten Symbol of Grandma's Death As Reflected In The Edward Albee Sandbox. Where in the short story the 85-year-old grandmother who had been left by her husband and after the death of her husband the grandmother fought alone to support her child `namely mommys. But the child that grandmother hoped didn't care about him. Mommy treats grandma very inhumanely. He put my grandmother under the kitchen and only had a thin blanket and used potluck utensils. Then mommy took grandma to a place and put her in a sandbox where I interpreted this as the last time for grandmother's care and that was very tragic, like waiting for grandmother to die so they could live in peace. They did not care about mommy until mommypun died. This research aims to : (1) To explain the reader understand the extrinsic elements of The Sandbox drama. (2) To explain the reader understand and be able to describe what symbols are used from the drama The Sandbox. (3) To analyze the absurd symbols of The Sandbox drama. This study uses the theory of Roland Barthes who put forward a sign or symbol and a little supporting theory from Saussasure. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and qualitative method, which is describing the collected data and then compiled it by analyzing a semiotic drama script which can be seen from its extrinsic elements that have absurd symbols. Based on the results of this analysis it can be said that in this analysis the writer found ten absurd symbols contained in the sandbox drama. From the results of this analysis there is also a picture of the theme raised for this drama is about the emptiness, emptiness, and loneliness of a person in which we as humans need love and affection from other humans.

This journal entitled al-Insya 'at -Ta alabiy fi Surati al-Mujadilah (Dirasah Tahliliyyah Tada wuliyyah). Writing this journal on the back of many found sentences, assuming that the sentence does not work as the original. But in other circumstances, some sentences have other functions that can be understood in context when the utterance is uttered. Therefore, the researcher is interested to study and examine the letter of al-Mujadilah by asking two questions formulation, firstly, how many verses are not conventionally interpreted in the letter of al-Muja> dilah ? Second, what verses that are not conventionally interpreted in surat al-Mujadilah? Third, what is the function of the verse that is not conventionally interpreted in surat al-Mujadilah? The purpose is to know how many numbers, sentences and sentence functions that contain speech acts in the letter al-Mujadilah. The theory that researchers use and proposed is a pragmatic theory that was promoted by Austin to act speech because only this theory that can dissect and describe the function or intention contained in the sentence that contains not functioned as it should. This research is a research library (library research) with materials or reference sources obtained from the library. The data analysis is done by qualitative method and presented with descriptive analysis method, so that can know the final result of research.
