The Embung Bengawan Project in Tarakan City has several jobs requiring heavy equipment including mechanical soil removal activities. Activity of mechanical soil movement is a series in work of loading and transportation equipment. In order to achieve optimal mechanical soil removal targets, it is necessary to know the performance of the machine during the mechanical soil removal process. The optimization of production is the way to obtain production that is in accordance with optimal conditions of mechanical devices. This paper discusses the optimization of dump truck queue time and the number of dump trucks. Performance calculation tool using the method of production capacity of the tool, and calculate the optimal queue using the Queue Model method. Calculation using queuing model method obtained by result of time required by 3 excavator unit and with combined amount of dump truck will give result of cost equal to Rp 48,097,711 / day, and dump truck waiting time in queue to 1 minute. Then the optimal time is obtained by operating 3 units of excavators with a cost difference of Rp 3,572,826 / day from the real condition of the field that operates 2 excavator units

Has done design tool is a tool of refined coconut oil coconut grater, squeezer coconut milk and coconut oil heating, with the aim to streamline the time of making coconut oil and coconut oil increase production capacity. The research method consists of several stages, among others; image creation tool, procurement of materials research, cutting the material - the material framework of tools and performance test tools. The parameters observed during the performance test tools is time grated coconut, coconut milk bleeder capacity, the capacity of the boiler and the heating time of coconut oil. The design tool consists of three parts, namely a tool shaved coconut, coconut milk wringer and coconut milk heating devices. Materials used for the framework of such tools include iron UNP 6 meters long, 7.5 cm wide, 4 mm thick, while the motor uses an electric motor 0.25 HP 1430 rpm and to dampen the rotation electric motor rotation used gearbox with a ratio of round 1 : 60. the results of the design ie the time required for coconut menyerut average of 297 seconds, coconut milk wringer capacity of 5 kg of processes and using gauze pads to filter coconut pulp, as well as the heating process takes ± 2 hours with a capacity of 80 kg , The benefits of coconut oil refined tools are stripping time or split brief coconut average - average 7 seconds and coconut shell can be used as craft materials, processes extortion coconut milk quickly so the production capacity increased and the stirring process coconut oil mechanically.ABSTRAKTelah dilakukan rancang bangun alat olahan minyak kelapa yaitu alat pemarut kelapa, pemeras santan kelapa dan pemanas minyak kelapa, dengan tujuan untuk mengefisiensikan waktu pembuatan minyak kelapa serta meningkatkan kapasitas produksi minyak kelapa. Metode penelitian terdiri dari beberapa tahapan antara lain; pembuatan gambar alat, pengadaan bahan-bahan penelitian, pemotongan bahan - bahan rangka alat dan uji unjuk kerja alat. Parameter yang diamati pada saat uji unjuk kerja alat adalah waktu parut kelapa, kapasitas pemeras santan kelapa, kapasitas tungku pemanas serta waktu pemanasan minyak kelapa. Rancangan alat terdiri dari tiga bagian yaitu alat penyerut kelapa, alat pemeras santan kelapa dan alat pemanas santan kelapa. Bahan yang dipergunakan untuk rangka alat tersebut  yaitu besi UNP panjang 6 meter, lebar 7,5 cm, tebal 4 mm, sedangkan untuk motor penggerak menggunakan motor listrik 0,25 HP 1430 rpm dan untuk meredam putaran putaran motor listrik dipergunakan gearbox  dengan perbandingan putaran 1 : 60. Hasil dari rancangan tersebut yaitu waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyerut kelapa rata-rata 297 detik, kapasitas alat pemeras santan kelapa 5 kg sekali proses dan menggunakan kain kassa untuk menyaring ampas kelapa, serta Proses pemanasan membutuhkan waktu ± 2 jam dengan kapasitas 80 kg. Adapun keunggulan alat olahan minyak kelapa ini adalah waktu pengupasan atau belah kelapa singkat rata – rata 7 detik dan tempurung kelapa dapat digunakan sebagai bahan kerajinan, proses pemerasan santan kelapa cepat sehingga kapasitas produksi meningkat dan proses pengadukan minyak kelapa secara mekanis. Kata kunci : penyerut, pemeras, pemanas,minyak kelapa,olahan minyak kelapa.

Procurement of government goods and services carried out through e-catalog applications can make government procurement of goods and services efficient, the time required is shorter, the administration process also becomes simple. The procurement of goods through the E-Catalog application at the Inspectorate of East Java Province still faces problems in the implementation process. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of research on the application of the principles of procurement of goods and services namely, Efficient, Procurement of goods through the e-catalog application can save the budget. Effective, the results of the procurement of goods carried out through the e-catalog application for all processes have been carried out with a fast time. Transparent, General Procurement Plan displayed on General Procurement Plan Information System contains all procurement information. Open, procurement of goods has been announced through General Procurement Plan Information System accessible to all the general public. Competing, Procurement of motorized land transportation equipment in the Inspectorate of East Java Province conducted through the e-catalog application, there is no competition between providers of goods and services. Fair, Procurement of motorized land transportation equipment is only provided by PT. ASTRA INTERNASIONAL, Tbk. –TSO as an official distributor of Toyota cars. Accountable, Procurement of goods and services in the Inspectorate of East Java Province is in accordance with regulations and results of procurement of goods can be accounted for.

Successful planning and production controls require active capacity planning, in order to be able to meet the established master production schedules. Lack of capacity will lead to production failures, delays in delivery to customers, and loss of confidence in the formal system resulting in a decreased corporate reputation. Overcapacity will result in low resource utilities, increased costs, product prices become competitive, decreased profits. Standard time is a measure of completion of a production process for one unit of product with justified clearance. The standard time required to process 40 Ton bunches of palm fruit sterilizer is 94.70 minute/unit, for thresher machine 73,31 minutes/unit, for screw press machine 96,48 Minutes / unit, and oil purification machine 147,13 minute/unit. Efficiency is the ability of the machine to produce a product. The efficiency of sterilizer machine is 88.00%, for thresher machine is 88.00%, for screw press machine is 88.80%, and oil purification machine is 74.00%. Machine utility is the percentage of machine usage in units of time. The sterilizer machine utility is 81,33%, for thresher machine is 87,35%, for screw press machine is 86,88%, and oil purification machine is 83,18%. Capacity is the rate of output per unit time indicating that the facility theoretically has the ability to produce it. The sterilizer machine capacity is 81.33 ton/hour, for thresher bumper machine is 45,08 ton/hour, for screw press machine is 119,09 ton/hour, and oil purification machine is 79,49 ton/hour. The average production capacity of machine taken for two years is 27.61 ton/hour with machine capacity optimization level of 51,88 ton/hour.Keywords : Production Planning and Control, Standard Time, Capacity (RCCP).

Physiological and psychological demands during training and competition generate fatigue and reduce an athlete’s sport-specific performance capacity. The magnitude of this decrement depends on several characteristics of the exercise stimulus (eg, type, duration, and intensity), as well as on individual characteristics (eg, fitness, profile, and fatigue resistance). As such, the time required to fully recover is proportional to the level of fatigue, and the consequences of exercise-induced fatigue are manifold. Whatever the purpose of the ensuing exercise session (ie, training or competition), it is crucial to understand the importance of optimizing the period between exercise bouts in order to speed up the regenerative processes and facilitate recovery or set the next stimulus at the optimal time point. This implies having a fairly precise understanding of the fatigue mechanisms that contribute to the performance decrement. Failing to respect an athlete’s recovery needs may lead to an excessive accumulation of fatigue and potentially “nonfunctional overreaching” or to maladaptive training. Although research in this area recently increased, considerations regarding the specific time frames for different physiological mechanisms in relation to exercise-induced fatigue are still missing. Furthermore, recommendations on the timing and dosing of recovery based on these time frames are limited. Therefore, the aim of this article is to describe time courses of recovery in relation to the exercise type and on different physiological levels. This summary supports coaches, athletes, and scientists in their decision-making process by considering the relationship of exercise type, physiology, and recovery.

SPBU Sempu Jurong provides 4 service facilities and two of them are service facilities for two-wheeled vehichles which have the most dominant queues compared to the entire queue of the existing system. The queue that occurs is due to the unbalance between the number of service facilities and the number of two-wheeled vehicle customers. This study aims to increase the level of service by knowing the number of service facilities and service time at optimal level at SPBU Sempu Jurong. In this study, the method used is the Multi Channel-Single Phase queuing model. The results of this research indicate that the addition of one facility line causes the service time required for SPBU Sempu Jurong for two-wheeled vehicle refueling services to be faster. Based on calculations using the Multi Channel-Single Phase model, it is obtained that the service time with 2 lines of service facilities is 0.291 minutes, while the optimal service time needed with 3 lines of facilities takes the longest of 0.027 minutes. This shows that it is optimal because the speed of time in service can be improved so that customer satisfaction of two-wheeled vehicles with services at SPBU Sempu Jurong Cikaran Utara can be achieved.

From the strains of lactic acid bacterium in the Laboratory of Microbiology, Ho Chi Minh City Universityof Education, 03 of those strains with activated probiotic have been chosen: Lactobacillus agillis (B), Lactobacillus salivarius (N4), Lactobacillus acidophilus (L2). These strains of bacteria have high lactic acid production capacity, strong antagonistic activity, and wide antibacterial spectrum. Specially, they have strongresistance to two bacterial strains causing digestive disorder in pigs such as E.coli and Samonella choleraesuis which resist the four important types of antibiosis including Neomycin (Ne), Nalidixid acid  (Ng), Kanamycin (Kn) and Gentamycin (Ge). The optimal conditions for their receiving biomass are: Tomato medium with temperature: 30 - 40oC; Initial pH: 5,5 -6,5; Yeast extract: 1,0 - 2,0%; Saccaroza: 1,0 - 2,0%; The optimal time for receiving biomass is from 24 - 36 hours. On this basis, the biomass of three lactic bacterial strains were studied and used to produce probiotic products for preventing and treating the digestive disorder in pigs.

The aim of this study was to determine an efficient whole-organ decellularisation protocol of a human-sized testis by perfusion through the testicular arteries. In the first step of this study, we determined the most efficient detergent agent, whereas the second phase delineated the optimal time required for the decellularisation process. Initially sheep testes were decellularised by one of three different detergent agents: sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS), Triton X-100 and trypsin-ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) solutions, each perfused for 6h. In the second phase, the selected detergent agent was applied for different time periods. A total number of 20 organs were processed during this investigation. The efficacy of the decellularisation process and the preservation of the extracellular matrix components and structure were evaluated by histopathological examinations, 4′,6′-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) staining, DNA quantification, hydroxyproline measurement, magnetic resonance imaging and scanning electron microscopy. Organ perfusion with 1% SDS solution for 6 to 8h demonstrated the most desirable outcomes regarding decellularisation and extracellular matrix preservation. The 3-[4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay was used to determine the toxicity of the scaffold and its potential for further application in tissue-engineering investigations. This investigation introduces an efficient method to produce a three-dimensional testicular bio-scaffold resembling the properties of the native organ that could be employed in tissue-engineering studies.

The purpose of this study is to improve theproduction process of brick craftsmen. Brick production processconsists of four stages: printing, drying, burning, and cooling. Ofthe four stages, which will be completed in this research is theprocess of printing bricks. The printing process still uses simpleequipment that is a rectangular wooden beam with a size of 20cm x 10 cm x 5 cm. The printing process includes: preparation ofraw materials by hoeing the soil, making the dough by tramplingto the shape of a paste, printing using a printing tool. For thismethod, for 4 people craftsmen can print bricks as much as 2,000pieces / day (8 hours work / day). The number of bricks is idealfor once combustion of 40,000 pieces. For reach that amount ittakes 20 days. The method applied in improving the productionprocess of brick craftsmen is the application of brick machine.The operation of the brick printing machine requires 4 personswith their respective functions: 1 person to insert the soil into theprinting machine, 1 person to cut the brick bar, 1 person to movethe bricks from the printing machine, 1 person to bring thebricks to the drying place. Based on the result of the test, it isconcluded that by using the brick machine, the dough making iseasier and shorter, the production capacity increased to 6,780bricks / day, the time required for the production of 40,000 piecesof bricks is 6 days.

Several researchers have reported graphene as an ideal reinforcement for composite materials due to its interesting properties [1]. The graphene-reinforced aluminium matrix composite material was obtaining by powder metallurgy. This study investigated the effect of aluminum powder morphology on compaction capacity and mechanical strength of composite material. Different milling times were used to determine the optimal time required in manufacturing. The proper compaction load was determined change its values and analyzing the effect of the different loads on the characteristics of the composite. Sintering parameters were established according to previous studies employed by other researchers. Finally, it is determined that with 0.5% wt graphene presents phenomena of grain refinement and higher electrical conductivity of the compound with respect to powder metallurgical aluminum.
