Digital payment a way to make payment that is made through digital modes. In digital payments the payer and payee or both can use the digital modes to send and receive money. It is also called electronic payment. There is no need for have hard cash for every transaction involved in the digital transactions. All the transactions are done only through online payments. It is convenient way to make payments. The objectives of the studies are: To identify the customer preference towards Digital payment and to measure the customer level of satisfaction about Digital payment services. This study is based on both primary data and secondary data which is collected from the consumers to find out awareness and satisfaction about digital payments. There are 100 respondents were taken for this study y using convenience sampling method. This study was conducted only in Pollachi taluk. The following statistical tools were used to analyze the data: Percentage analysis and Fried man rank test. Some of the findings of the studies are: majority 67% of the respondents are female, majority 69% of the respondents age group between 20-35 years, majority 70% of the respondents are unmarried. The consumers are satisfied with the following methods of digital payments. The first rank given to RTGS and followed by Phone pay, Paytm app, NEFT, RTGS, Net banking, Debit card, Digital wallet, Rupay card, Paypal, and Credit card. It is concluded that most of the respondents are having more awareness about digital payments and also satisfied with the online payment. The growth of users of Smartphone and internet penetration in such area also facilitated the adoption of digital payment.

The Analysis Influence of Knowledge Taxation, Socialization, Service, Tax Sanctions and Education Level of Taxpayer Awareness Paying PBB P2. SkripsiStarta One (S1) Accounting Departement STIE Widya Wiwaha Yogyakarta 2018. The purpose of this research is to know influence of Knowledge Taxation,Socialization, Service, Tax Sanctions and Education Level of Taxpayer Awareness Paying PBB P2 with using multiple linear regression and dummy’s variable. The sample in this research includes 120 respondences who are in the District of Prambanan, village Bokoharjo, Madurejo, Sambirejo, Sumberharjo, Wukirharjo, Gayamharjo. The sampling method is convenience sampling. The collected of data to use primary data with questionnaire technique and secondary data that is data taken from DPPKAD (Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aset Daerah). The results of the research to drawn that the partial, knowledge taxation has a positive relationship and significantly influence the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2, and Services have a positive relationship and significant effect on the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2. By mutual independentvariables affect the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2 as a dependent variable.

This research aimed to find out the influence of different demographic characteristics of beef cattle farmers on adoption of concentrate and UMMB (Urea Mineral Molasses Block) technology. The method employed was a descriptive quantitative with survey technique conducted on beef cattle farmers. The sample was selected using convenience sampling method, with 65 beef cattle farmers as the sample. The primary data was obtained from questionnaire and interview with 65 beef cattle farmers. The secondary data was obtained from Karanganyar Regency’s Central Statistic Agency. The data analysis employed included descriptive analysis, validity, reliability, and Oneway ANOVA tests. The results showed that the different demographic characteristics of beef cattle farmers (age, education, main job, job duration, breeding business status and cattle number owned) influence the adoption of concentrate and UMMB technology. The conclusion of research was that the demographic characteristics of beef cattle farmers showed different effects on the adoption of concentrate and UMMB technology.

Present Tourism Strategy focuses on increasing tourism related employment in Sri Lanka. It is difficult to attract entry level employees to tourism industry given many reasons. This study aims identifying barriers for potential employment for people in rural areas and it will facilitate human resource builders in tourism industry. As a rural area with pool of job seekers, Kotmale was selected for this study. The sample size has been determined by using stratified sampling method and convenience sampling method was used to select respondents. Primary data collected through a pre-tested structured questionnaire and secondary data were used for the study. Mixed methodology was employed to analyze data. The results revealed social considerations, recruitment process, skills development, progression pathways, cultural barriers and lack of infrastructure facilities are significant barriers for tourism employment in rural areas. It is recommended to address the above to make tourism employment attractive for rural job seekers.

This study aims to describe the perception of consumers towards the implementation of the principle of 5C in loans of business credit (KUR) by Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tombatu Unit. Customer perception is the process of customers in selecting; managing and interpreting information received and furthermore will response to that information. 5C Principle are Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition, and Collateral. This study was conducted from March to June 2016. The implementation of research at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Tombatu Unit Southeast Minahasa Regency. The data used is primary data that interviewing the relevant customer and other customers using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained by dochmenting the data written by the BRI Tombatu Unit. The sampling method was convenience sampling method, where researchers have the freedom to choose any consumer who met as a sample. The number of respondents in this study was 75 respondents, namely the debtor / BRI customers Tombatu Unit. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and Likert scale to describe the perception of consumers towards the implementation of the principle of 5C in lending business credit (KUR) by Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The research results showed that the perception of consumers towards the implementation of the principle of 5C is good with a good interpretation that is 77.68% and that means customers lonsider application of the 5C principle to all customers is good, because then the loan funds can be returned, and on one side of the BRI as lender / credit will be able to advance its business and other side, BRI customers can apply for a loan back to a time in the future.

A field survey was conducted during 2016 to estimate the profitability of normal season and off-season muskmelon cultivation in district Sialkot, Pakistan. The primary data was collected from forty farmers with convenience sampling method. Economic parameters like net return and BCR were employed. Off-season muskmelon cultivation was found economically feasible due to additions of yield (17%), gross income (122%), profit (161%) and market price (90%) in comparison to normal season crop. Therefore, it is recommended to cultivate the off-season muskmelon (BCR 3.26) to obtain more profit and fulfill the customer demand in less supply period instead of normal season cultivation (BCR 2.44).

Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. Tax Revenue is one of the most important sources of revenue for making the state expenditure budget (APBN). As a revenue dominant source for APBN derived from tax sector. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of tax sanctions and tax service quality on individual tax compliance.   This study focus on individual entrepreneurs tax payer those registered at the Primary Tax Office Tigaraksa (KPP Pratama Tigaraksa) especially in Gading Serpong Tangerang. Samples were selected by convenience sampling method, the data used in this study is primary data.  The results show indicate (1) tax sanction has significantly affect to individual tax compliance, (2) tax service quality has significantly affect to individual tax compliance, (3) tax sanction and tax service quality have significantly affect to  individual tax compliance. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai products in the people of Kediri City and Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains and proves the relationship and influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used a sample of 110 respondents and distributed questionnaires in the City and District of Kediri with the help of Google Forms. Sampling used non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live in the City and District of Kediri, aged 17 years and over, and have purchased Slai O'lai products more than 2 (two) times. The data used are primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai sandwich biscuits. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang menjelaskan dan membuktikan hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 responden dan menyebarkan kuesioner di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri dengan bantuan Google Forms. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang biskuit sandwich merek Slai O’lai. ABSTRACT This study aims To find out the constraints faced by extension workers in providing agricultural extension in Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and To know the response of farmers to the implementation of agricultural extension in the Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was carried out in Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in March to May 2017. The research method used is qualitative methods. While the sampling method used is simple random Purposive sampling will 28 samples of palm oil farmer. So the sample studied from members of the population as a whole that is as much as 28 oil palm farmers. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation methods. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Method of processing and analysis of data used is using descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. The results showed that agricultural extension facilities used extension workers are motorcycles, aids and props. Infrastructure that is not yet supported is not yet all extension workers get a service house near the location of counseling, Distance taken by agricultural extension workers in carrying out their duties is about 3 km for the location of the activities of the farmer's house and about 5 km for the location of agricultural gardens. Farmer's response to the organik fertilizer extension activiti b using cattle manure for oil palm plantation with total score or 47,50 which means getting high score.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi penyuluh dalam memberikan penyuluhan pertanian di Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir dan Untuk mengetahui tanggapan petani terhadap pelaksanaan penyuluhan pertanian di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir pada bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Mei 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah acak sederhana Purposive sampling dengan anggota populasi sebanyak 28. Maka sampel yang diteliti dari anggota populasi secara keseluruhan yaitu sebanyak 28 petani kelapa sawit. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode analisis diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sarana penyuluhan pertanian yang digunakan penyuluh adalah sepeda motor, alat bantu dan alat peraga. Prasarana yang yang belum mendukung adalah belum semua penyuluh mendapatkan rumah dinas di dekat lokasi penyuluhan, Jarak yang ditempuh penyuluh pertanian dalam melaksanakan tugasnya adalah sekitar 3 km untuk kelokasi kegiatan dari rumah petani dan sekitar 5 km untuk lokasi kebun pertanian. Tanggapan petani terhadap kegitan penyuluhan pertanian pupuk organik dengan menggunakan kotoran ternak untuk tanaman kelapa sawit dengan jumlah keseluruhan skornya 47.5 yang artinya memperoleh nilai tinggi.
