The purpose of th is study was to test empirically the influence of Intellectual Capital and Corporate Sociall Responsibility Disclosure to the performance of companies in Indonesia. Intellectual capital is measured using Pulic method (VAIC) and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure measured by using CSDI (CSR Index). Company performance is proxied with company profitability that is measured by Return on Assets. Data used in this study is secondary data, consist of annual reports, financial reports, and sustainability reports. The sample used in this study was chosen by using purposive sampling method with the aim to get the sample according to the criteria. The sample in this study amounted to 76, which consisted of 19 manufacturing companies of the basic and chemiccal industry sectors during the period 2013 to 2016. The results showed that intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility disclosure positively affect the financial performance of the company

<p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK">ABSTRACT</p><p>This study is aimed to investigate the relationship of corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, and corporate governance on value relevance. The sample employed in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the IDX using secondary data from financial statements and annual reports from 2014 to 2016. The sample was selected by using a purposive sampling method with the number of samples amounted to 159 firm-year. The results of this study suggest that corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital disclosure are not associated with value relevance. Meanwhile, corporate governance is positively associated with value relevance.</p><p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><em>ABSTRAK</em><em></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, modal intelektual, dan tata kelola perusahaan terhadap relevansi nilai. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI berupa data sekunder dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan dari 2014 hingga 2016. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 159 firm-year. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan pengungkapan modal intelektual tidak berpengaruh terhadap relevansi nilai. Sementara itu, tata kelola perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap relevansi nilai.</em></p>

The company's activities which were initially only measured by prioritizing profits have now begun to shift to calculating social and environmental problems in their financial statements. The company is asked to be responsible for the environment and social through a non-financial report that is the report of Corporate social responsibility (CSR). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of CSR disclosure on company performance and management earnings on company performance. This research is quantitative with secondary data and uses eviews to test the influence between variables. The research sample is 34 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that present financial reports and sustainability reports. The results showed that CSR disclosure had no effect on company performance and earnings management had a positive effect on company performance. It can be concluded that CSR disclosed by the company has not been able to improve company performance. CSR disclosure disclosed by the company will not always benefit the company, the high cost of CSR will have an impact on increasing company spending. Companies tend to use earning management patterns to improve their performance Keywords: CSR disclosure; Earning Management; Company Performance

Tax Aggressiveness is action taken to minimize the expenses of the taxpayer receives tax payable. The more efficient the tax expenses of State revenues from taxes will also decrease. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Profitability and Leverage on Tax Aggressiveness in manufacture firms that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year 2013 – 2015. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year of 2013 – 2015, with a total sample of 29 manufacture firms for a total observation in this study a total of 87 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data, in the form of a financial report and annual reports that downloaded via the official Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website. Data were analyzed using pooled data regression that processed using Eviews version 8.0 software. Hypothesis testing using t-statistic test. The results obtained are profitability variable which proxied by return on asset (ROA) had a significant impact on tax aggressiveness. While corporate social responsibility disclosure variable which proxied by corporate social responsibility index (CSRI) and leverage variable had no significant effect on tax aggressiveness.

 This study aims to determine how much influence Intellectual Capital, Company Size, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Ownership Structure have on the Company's Financial Performance in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 . This study uses secondary data. The method used in this research is pane l data regression analysis . This study used 34 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2015 to 2019 which were used as samples. The sample technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample using certain criteria. Data processing is done with tools Eviews. From this research, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between Intellectual Capital and Financial Performance . (2) There is a positive and significant influence between Company Size on Financial Performance . (3) There is a negative and significant influence between Corporate Social Responsibility on Financial Performance . (4) There is a negative and significant influence between Ownership Structure on Financial Performance . (5) There is a positive and significant influence between Intellectual Capital , Company Size, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Ownership Structure simultaneously on financial performance.

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence on the analysis of factors influencing The disclosure of Corporate social responsibility in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Factors used include Size, Profitability, Leverage, and age of the company. Measurement of the corporate social responsibility disclosure Using the Global REPORTING Initiative (GRI). There are 79 items to detect the level of disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The population of this research is all the financial data of manufacturing companies listed on IDX period 2014-2018. The sample determination method used in this study is the purposive sampling method. The samples used in this research are all manufacturing companies that publish annual and financial reports during the observation period. Total sample used in this study as much as 40 companies. The data used is secondary data from IDX. The analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression analyses.The results of this study showed that the company size affects the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, while profitability, leverage, and the company's age do not affect the disclosure ofcorporate social responsibility.

<p><em>The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of leverage, profitability,, industry type and foreign ownership to Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. The method of this  research is a hypothesis testing which explaining the phenomenon of the relationship between variables. Data used in this study come from annual reports and financial reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2016-2018. Analysis of the hypothesis used in this study using linear regression.</em> <em>The difference between this research and previous research is adding foreign ownership variable because foreign ownership are parties that are considered to be concerned about the wide disclosure of corporate social responsibility.</em> <em>This study shown that the results of leverage, industry type and foreign ownership have positive influences to Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, while profitability does not has a significant effect to Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure</em></p>

This research is aimed to analyze Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure toward the Firm Value.Dependent variable in this research was Firm Value related party tobins’q. Independent variables in thisresearch Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, This research used secondary data analysis of financialstatements or annual reports of exclude financial company and bank at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 -2016. By using purposive sampling method, the total amount of samples obtained in this research were 201from 67 companies. This research used data panel regression analysis method. The results of the analysis inthis research showed that Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure didn’t effect toward the firm value

The purpose of this research is to test whether there is influence of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure and leverage on tax aggressiveness. The theories used in this research are Stakeholder Theory and Debt Covenant Hypothesis from Positive Accounting Theory. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population in this research is all main and manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2016. The total of companies selected as samples are 75 companies with the period research for three years, so the total of samples in this research are 225 samples that have been selected using purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual reports of main and manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2016. Data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression. The results of this research showed that Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure has no influence on tax aggressiveness while leverage has negative and significant influence on tax aggressiveness.

This study aims to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on corporate performance in Indonesia and examine the role of intellectual capital as a moderating variable that can increase the influence of CSR on company performance. Hierarchical regression analysis is used to test the effect of CSR on performance and test intellectual capital as a moderating variable that can increase the influence of CSR on corporate performance. This study uses 147 samples of observation data from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the year 2013-2015. The results showed that CSR has an effect on company performance as measured by Return on Asset (ROA). The higher CSR disclosures made by the company then can improve the company's performance (ROA). The results of this study also show that intellectual capital as a moderation variable is proven empirically able to increase the influence of CSR on company performance. These results indicate that the improvement of intellectual capital of the company including human capital, relational capital, and structural capital can increase the influence of CSR on company performance (ROA).
