Sonata for French horn and piano by Belgian female composer Jane Vignery (1913–1974), which has not been studied before, is analyzed in the article. The main attention is focused on the role of the pianist-accompanist in the process of composing dramaturgy. Skillful manipulation of musical time is the key to the convincingly constructed dramaturgy of a piece of music. Time management is especially evident in the moments of dramatic knots. By the dramaturgical knot we mean the transition from the completion of one dramaturgical element to the beginning of the next. At the beginning of a piece of music (or part of it) it is the transition from inaction to action, from silence to music. In the proposed chamber sonata, the overwhelming majority of the dramaturgical nodes are entrusted with the part of the solo piano, which forms the hypothesis of the research theme : the successful construction of the dramaturgical profile of the sonata, and, as a result, reporting to the listener a quality product, that can cause an emotional response, depends largely on the pianist’s professional knowledge of time. Objectives. The aim of the article is an attempt to prove the leading role of the piano part in the process of constructing the dramatic relief of the proposed sonata. In connection with the tasks set, the issues of correlating between the concepts of "concertmaster" and "accompanist" are clarified. As a conclusion, we see the central orientation in the activity of the pianist-in-ensemble in the conductor’s work, which includes the coverage of the score of the work and the management of musical time - the most important component of dramatic art. Results. A dramaturgical analysis of the sonata for French horn and piano by Jane Vignery has been made. The strategically important sections of the musical form are discussed and described in detail. The first part of the sonata is represented by the sonata allegro. There is no introduction in the sonata, so the initial impulse with which the pianist will take the first chords is very important. The development of the transition leads to the first culmination wave, which is given entirely to the piano part. Since the second subject part is also performed by the solo piano soloist, the conversion from the transition to the second subject pianist is free to act. Pianist has the right to determine the pace and, consequently, the nature of the second subject party. The development, as well as the previous dramaturgical elements, begins solo in the piano part. The development is crowned by the central culmination of the first movement. And, again, its performance is entrusted to the solo piano. In the second part of the sonata the melodic line, which is set out in the horn part, is performed three times without any changes in the musical notation. Its emotional coloring entirely depends on the nature of the piano texture. It is on the pianist that the formation of the correct dramaturgical profile depends, the development of which moves from the personal-subjective to the extrapersonal-objective. The culminating waves, which precede the second and third realization of the theme, are set out in the solo piano part. It is they who represent the most important dramaturgical nodes of this part. The finale of the sonata begins with a short two-stroke introduction, where the piano must switch moods and set the soloist to the desired character in an instant. The episodes of the final part of the sonata changed before the listener as in the kaleidoscope. The pianist is responsible for the change of pace and, as a result, the mood in each of elements. Based on the numerous audio and video recordings of this sonata, as well as our own practical experience, we offer performing recommendations for the piano part. In addition to analytical work, the article includes biographical data on the little-known composer. Also literary sources, which address to the problem of concertmaster skills are considered and classified in the article. We focused on the significant limitation of the range of problems in this field. Conclusions. The accompanist’s mastery consists not so much in accompanying the soloist, creating a comfortable background for him, but above all in conductor’s work, including the coverage of the score and management of musical time – an essential component of drama. Taking into account the acuteness and urgency of the problem, I emphasize the importance and practical necessity of such a type of performing analysis as concertmaster analysis. It’s not always the case that the development of dramaturgy depends on the will of the soloist. Sonata for French horn and piano by J. Vignery is an illustrative example of a compositional form in which all the key dramaturgical nodes are concentrated in the part of the solo piano. Performed according to the laws of dramaturgical logic, this sonata is capable of producing a tremendous effect on the listener. Despite the fact that it is considered a French horn sonata and requires the highest professionalism from the soloist, the construction of the dramatic relief is entirely subordinated to the skills of the concertmaster.

The article discusses the basic provisions of the theory of the digital economy, synthesizing the practical experience of its formation in Russian society. The new content of commodity-money relations, the leading role of intangible assets in it, the objective nature of the monopoly of electronic money, which have lost a number of its specific functions, and the transformation of monetary institutions into multi-disciplinary financial concerns are substantiated. It is proved the need to exclude individuals from the sphere of taxation and its focus on the fiscal accounting of intellectual, digital property and capital, to turn the budget into a financial instrument of redistribution of gross public product in favor of non-working citizens. The concept of a two-tier economy is introduced, in which the class of intermediaries parasitizing on its achievements is gradually eliminated.

The article draws a parallel between P. Kulish’s and I. Franko’s disposition to the age-related ideological autorevision. It is argued that, experiencing evolution of the worldview and creative work, revising his own early radical social impulses caused by the ‘national radical stage’ (Franko’s definition) of liberation movement in Halychyna, mature Franko in 1896 – 1907 got closer to the views of P. Kulish, especially those of the late period of his life (1874 – 1897). Like the latter, Franko defended the right to worldview evolution and changing views. These typological coincidences consisted also in the movement from the center-left forces to the right-centered ones; the transition to the primacy of the national idea over the social one; the drastic national self-criticism and simultaneous emphasis on the nation-building and state-building; gradual reorientation from the idea of social revolutionary development of society to evolutionary progress and moderate “means and ways of acting and speaking” (as Franko called it); the warnings against admiring communist illusion, against ochlocracy; and, finally, in the focus on the leading role of the nationally conscious Ukrainian intellectuals in the liberation struggle. Ideological and formal parallels between Franko and Kulish were revealed not only in the letters and journalism, but also in Franko’s practice of grounding his works on the materials of the national, biblical and Christian history and mythology (i. e. literary historicism and mythologism, focused on the present, the future and the author’s personality; symbolic autobiography). From this point of view it is worth to compare:  “Pisnia Budushchyny” (“Song of Future”) – “Try Braty” (“Three Brothers”); “Pokhoron” (“Funeral”), “Ivan Vyshenskyi” – “Velyki Provody” (“Great Farewell Procession”), “Marusia Bohuslavka”, “Dramovana Trylohiia” (“Drama-like Trilogy”); “Moisei” (“Moses”) – “Mahomet i Khadyza” (“Muhammad and Hadiza”), “Duma-Perestoroha, Velmy na Potomni Chasy Potribna” (“Warning Refl ections that will be Needed in Future”); “Strashnyi Sud” (“The Last Judgement”) – “Kulish u Pekli” (“Kulish in Hell”); “Slavianska Oda” (“Slavic Ode”) – “Tsarski Slova” (“Royal Words”).

The article analyzes the place of psychological work in the system of means of corrective work with convicts sentenced to imprisonment, the role of the penal psychologist in the study of the criminological characteristics of the personality of the convicted offender. Psychological work, which has its own unique toolkit for determining the personal and social characteristics of an individual, in correctional institutions de facto plays a leading role in reducing recurrent behavior, addictions, clarifying, by psychological and pathopsychological methods, the true, deep, in particular unconscious, motives of a particular crime. However de jure by the existing legislative structure, which describes the main means of corrective influence on convicts, psychological work is actually not taken into account as such a means. It is also noted that giving convicts the right to refuse psychological work negatively affects the results of psychocorrectional influence on them. Especially undesirable are such refusals on the part of those who are negatively characterized, socially and pedagogically neglected, that is, convicts who are most in need of psychocorrection. The conclusion is made about the need to legislatively consolidate psychological work as an independent means of corrective action, the obligation of individual psychological work with convicts, psychotherapeutic work with convicts during the first year after their release.

Currently, Indonesia is entering difficult phases because the Indonesian nation is not only dealing with the storm of the Covid-19 pandemic but also natural disasters. This disaster brought a traumatic experience for the victims. Healing for victims can indeed be done with a psychological approach, but strengthening faith is no less important. Based on this, the focus of research studies is on the role of religious institutions, particularly the Church, in handling victims of natural disasters. The role of the Church is seen in catechesis. In catechesis, the Church teaches the values of the gospel and confirms the faith of the people that the suffering experienced is not a curse from God. During a pandemic, catechetical work can be done by utilizing virtual spaces such as social media content. Social media is a means of proclaiming the faith that is easily accessible by the people. This kind of catechetical and theological method was initiated by Kosuke Koyama. According to Koyama, the right catechesis model must start from the concrete problems of the people. Based on this, this research study uses the literature study method. Literary sources were researched and analyzed so that a catechetical model was found that was appropriate to the social context of the Indonesian people who were being hit by natural disasters.
