Mental Training in sports is about process accompaniment to success. I accompany athletes in both grassroots and competitive sports. People in the economic environment can also benefit from sports psychology interventions in a sustainable way. [3] “lt’s won in the head, but lost as well.” Mental Strength is needed to achieve its goals. The power source sits in each one of us. In mental sports coaching, I show how the potential of this source is being exploited and can be used, with a variety of interventions to achieve goals. I design an individual coachings so that the athletes can mobilize potentials in challenging situations and act in an effective way.

The 'four Cs' (concentration, confidence, control and commitment) are considered the key mental qualities required for success in competitive sports. The increased stress of competing can cause the body to react physically and mentally, producing negative thoughts and decreasing performance. This has led to an increase in the concept of sports psychology, with the development of psychological methods to allow the participant to overcome pre-competition anxieties to confer a positive advantage.

Por último se tratan aspectos relacionados con la salud laboral y las enfermedades profesionales.ABSTRACT: This article proposes to rethink some of the key issues of the recent debate about the teaching profession, through the analysis of three specific aspects: What is a profession? Although there is a general agreement about the need to improve the professional quality of teaching, there doesn't seen to be a way to achieve it. In order to understand the different points of view, there will also be an analysis of the notions of professionalism and professionalization, with an emphasis on the importance of formation as professional and personal development process. Contemporary assumptions about competition are analysed while the case for competitive sports building character is found to be inconclusive. Particular biblical principles that apply to competitive sport are presented before the issue of human personhood and competitive sports is discussed. In place of the secular view of competition, a more godly approach is advocated that does justice to the Christian view of persons while at the same time demonstrating the benefits of sports for personal development.

The future of mankind will depend on the ability of the individual to acquire Self-knowledge. The preservation of autonomy of the individual is supported by learning to fathom one's own unconscious and inner being, the undiscovered self. By consciously developing Self-knowledge the possibility originates for the individual to make his own conscious choices and to understand an other human being. It often takes a great deal of effort from an individual to consciously open up to his inner being. Gaining experiences related to intra-personal development and consciously reflecting on those experiences, is essential to keep the conscious intra-personal development process in motion. Education can lend a helping hand during this process, from the start of the school career of children, by making room in the curriculum for affective and experiential education. Theory disturbs the experiential orientation and the focus on emotions. Offer affective and experiential education to children from an early age, with plenty of personal room, and continuing this form of education until they leave school, supports young people to become more and more self-directing. The way in which this form of education is taken care for is crucial for its success.

In today’s era, shadow education is becoming an important form of education in the education system. The pursuit of shadow education among parents and the dependence of students on it heightens its value. However, with the continuous development of shadow education, its profit-seeking nature has begun to appear, and many educational problems are surfacing in the development process. This paper studies shadow education on the basis of Marx’s educational theories, such as the theory of all-round development and game theory. It analyzes the implications of shadow education which are not conducive to social or personal development, in order to continuously improve shadow education, provide better assistance for mainstream school education, and promote the comprehensive development of primary school students.

The article presents the results of an empirical study of psychodynamic predictors of social activity of the young generation. The basis of this study is a system-diachronic approach which allowed studying social activity in the development process and identifying mismatches between the requirements of the social environment and the possibilities to meet these requirements on the part of the individual. The findings suggest that the focus of social activity is not determined by individual psychodynamic features, but by their successful combination. The studied personality characteristics are considered by us as predictors of the physical, social and ideal needs of the individual, and the direction of social activity, as a way to satisfy them. It is proved that the direction of social activity depends on the general and private tasks of personal development and is a necessary condition for the socio-psychological adaptation of the individual.

Sports coaching is traditionally a male-dominated profession all over the world, though there is no explicit evidence that either gender outperforms the other in this profession. The current paper aimed to uncover the differences between female and male coaches regarding their pedagogical and professional beliefs. A total of 357 basketball coaches (30.8% women and 69.2% men) working in Hungary responded to an online questionnaire. A background analysis of the sample revealed that most of the coaches manage youth teams and that women coach younger age groups than men. Female coaches proved to be more educated than their male counterparts, both in general and on a professional level. The results showed that, regardless of gender, the coaches were well aware of their pedagogical functions. Significant differences were found in terms of relationships, personal development, motivation, and discipline; the women reported higher values in all cases. Female coaches were also more concerned about factors that help gain respect and appreciation. Based on the results, education, qualifications, and pedagogical and professional views of coaches do not justify the underrepresentation of women in sports coaching. Club managers, sports federation boards, and other decision makers should promote programs that are aimed at engaging more women in sports coaching.

Abstract Sports psychology has a great deal of potential for interpreting and interpreter training, as stress seems to be one of the major psychological factors influencing an interpreter’s professional behaviour. A competitive sports situation is similar to an interpreting assignment, as both are characterized by the need of the performers, the athlete or the interpreter to achieve. They cannot escape from the situation, and they need to achieve what they have undertaken to do. Their performance on the day depends on external and internal factors that they need to control efficiently. Stress is and has for some time been a widely-researched topic in interpreting studies, as it seems to be a fact of life for interpreters. Stress research in interpreting has, however, focused mainly on the external factors influencing an interpreter’s performance. This paper presents an outline of sports psychology and reviews the literature on the psychology of stress. It then presents research conducted on stress in the context of interpreting. Finally, it examines how we can help our students cope with stress and control the internal factors influencing their performance as interpreters.
