The significance of green rural tourism for sustainable development is widely recognized. In addition, a number of researches attempt to explain the green choice among tourists. Hereby, different theoretical approaches are used. The dynamic approach to the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is implemented in this study. The approach considers that the influence of different elements of TPB (attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control) on intention to visit green rural hotels is tested in the context of different phases in behavior change of the respondents (pre-decision, pre-action, action). According to the authors’ knowledge, this is the first implementation of the dynamic approach to the TPB in understanding green rural choice. During data analysis, multigroup structural equation modelling (SEM) was used. The results indicate that the existence and the strength of the influences of the elements of TPB are different in different phases of behavior change. Managerial implications for the studied market (Serbia) are also provided within the paper.

This paper reports on the outcomes of verification of Perugini and Bagozzi’s model of goal-directed behavior, according to which determinants of bicycle commuting include one’s intention to behave this way, perceived behavioral control and frequency of past behavior, and the individual’s intention is, in turn, influenced by attitudes, perceived social approval and emotions associated with this behavior. The model was tested on a sample of 814 subjects living in several regions of Russia (av- erage age 31 years, 70.6% males) using a survey. The scales of social psychological determinants were translated and adapted from the surveys used in previous studies. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling confirmed the initial hypotheses only partially. It was proved that positive attitudes, perceived social ap- proval, expected positive emotions and frequency of past behavior result in greater desire to commute by bicycle; and that this desire and frequency of past behavior positively affect the subjects’ intention, whereas perceived behavioral control (i.e. perceived difficulties with behaving this way) affects their intention negatively. In contrast to our expectations negative emotions and perceived behavioral control don’t seem to predict desire to commute by bicycle. The paper puts forward and ex- plores some new hypotheses on possible reasons for the absence of such correlations in the Russian context.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the attitude toward the behavior (ATB) of using the tray set green product to the intention of using the tray-set green product, to analyze the relationship between the subjective norms (SN) to the intention of using the tray-set green product, to analyze the relationship between the perceived behavioral control (PBC) to the intention of using the tray-set green product, to analyze the consumers’ attitudes toward the preferences of the desired attributes of the tray-set green product and to formulate the managerial implications which can be applied by PT Garuda Indonesia.  The data collection was conducted in July – August 2012. Data was collected from 200 respondents who had used the services of PT Garuda Indonesia. Descriptive, Konjoint, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the relationship between ATB, SN and PBC to the interest of using tray-set green product. The result of the study indicated that the attitude Toward Behavior, Subjective norms, perceive behavioral control had significant value to the interest. The attributive preferences desired from the tray-set green product are stronger materials, eco-friendly packaging and interesting shapes. The result of this study recommended that to improve the marketing mix strategies to enhance the passengers’ interest in using tray-set green product.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh pembinaan pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan usaha yang dimediasi oleh sikap pada pertumbuhan usaha, norma subyektif, perceived behavior control/PBC pengusaha pada UKM di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ekplanatori ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menghasilkan temuan yang bersifat konklusif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 180 pengusaha yang ditetapkan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah survey dengan instrumen kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pembinaan pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap pada pertumbuhan usaha, norma subyektif dan PBC pengusaha (2) Norma subyektif dan PBC pengusaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha UKM. (3) Sikap pada pertumbuhan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha. (4) Norma subyektif dan PBC terbukti memediasi pengaruh pembinaan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha. (5) Sikap pada pertumbuhan usaha tidak terbukti memediasi pengaruh pembinaan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha pada UKM. Perlu program pembinaan yang tepat secara berkelanjutan untuk membentuk sikap dan perilaku positif pengusaha dalam mengembangkan usaha. Kata kunci: pembinaan, sikap pada pertumbuhan usaha, norma subyektif, perceived behavior control dan pertumbuhan usaha Abstract The purpose of this study was to test the effect of government guidance on business growth of SMEs mediated by entrepreneur’s attitude toward business growth, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control / PBC to SMEs in the Province of Bali. This explanatory research uses a quantitative approach to generate conclusive findings. The total sample of 180 entrepreneurs who are determined based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are survey by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results showed that: (1) Guidance government have significant and positive effect on the entrepreneur’s attitude toward business growth, subjective norm and PBC (2) Entrepreneur’s subjective norm and PBC have positive and significant impact on the growth of SMEs (3) The entrepreneur’s attitude toward business growth does not significantly affect on business growth of SMEs. (4) The subjective norm and PBC proved to mediate the effect of govermen guidance on business growth (5) The entrepreneur’s attitude toward business growth is not proven to mediate the effect of govermen guidance on business growth in SMEs. Need proper and continuing coaching program to form positive attitudes and behavior of entrepreneur,s in developing businesses. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on restricted mobility, as well as a devastating economic development in various sectors, have change renewed interest in the future of tourism, especially in Hospitality Industry. This study sought to examine the Theory of Planned Behavior in the context of hotel staycation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Paired t-tests and the structural equation modelling were applied to assess the 246 responses of Z generations in Indonesia for the first and second quarters of 2021. The finding showed that attitude, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norms affect the hotel staycation intention during a pandemic for Z generations. Perceived behavioral control plays the most significant part.  Several findings are provided on how the generation perceives traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic and how to encourage them to resume traveling after the travel restriction is lifted. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed. The viewpoint proffered in this study provides scopes of the hospitality industry in terms of hotel staycation programs to maintain a resilient economic strategy during the pandemic.

This research aims to investigate what factors that influence the intention of student of Diploma III in accounting to joining tax certification program. This research uses three constructs of the Theory of Planned Behavior namely the Attitudes Toward Behavior, the Subjective Norms and the Perceived Behavioral Control as a theoretical framework. Data was obtained through direct questionaires from 204 students of Akademi Akuntansi YKPN (AA YKPN) Yogyakarta. Data  was analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS 2.0 software. The results of this research indicate that three constructs of TPB have significant influence on the student’s intention to joining tax certification program.Keywords: partial least square, tax certification program, attitude toward behaviour, subjective norm, perceive behavior control

Surveys and polls in the Philippines reveal that there is wide support for President Duterte’s Drug War. This study investigates why Filipinos support President Duterte’s Drug War Strategy. This paper advances the Theory of Planned Behavior by testing the extent to which Attitude, Subjective Norm, and Perceived Behavioral Control affect the intention of a young Filipino to support the Drug War strategy. A self-reported questionnaire survey was conducted to 197 Filipinos enrolled in four universities in Cebu City, Philippines. Linear Regression analysis and Structural Equation Modelling were employed in analyzing the gathered data with the aid of SPSS and Smart PLS. The results of the study reveal that Attitude and Perceived Behavioral Control are the main factors behind the youth’s support to President Duterte’s Drug War. This implies that strategic intervention in transforming people’s attitudes and facilitating the ease in showing support to the activities linked to the drug war are key foci to sustain if not increase, people’s support to the drug war policy.

Green residence is the future of urban development, it is also an attempt to implement the green business model in the residential business field. The key to the success of a green business model is that a wide range of customers can accept its green value proposition and react to it through their purchase decisions. This study aims to develop a theory of a planned behavior (TPB) research model to predict individuals’ intention to purchase green residence. This study took steel structure residence as an example, which was widely recognized as one emerging type of green residence. The samples were selected in Baotou city of Inner Mongolia, P.R. China. Data analysis was performed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) with data obtained from a survey of 208 respondents using SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0. The results found that the individuals’ intention to purchase green residence was significantly affected by attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control. Moreover, the empirical evidence showed that these influences differed between different gender groups. Specifically, women responders had a stronger effect on the path attitude impact on purchase intention than men. These findings can provide implications for practicing the green business model of real estate enterprise.

AbstractGrounded in Interpersonal Acceptance-Rejection Theory (IPARTheory), this exploratory study investigated the associations among perceived intimate partner rejection, intimate partner control, psychological maladjustment, and marital adjustment. Perceived behavioral control in intimate partner relationships has been under-researched within the context of IPARTheory. Although the role of behavioral control in child/adolescent-parent relationships has been well-established, insufficient exploration of the phenomenon in marriage relationships calls for new empirical findings. The conveniently selected sample consisted of 624 (360 female, 264 male) married individuals living in big cities of Turkey. Intimate Partner Acceptance-Rejection/Control Questionnaire, Personality Assessment Questionnaire, Dyadic Adjustment Scale, and Demographic Form were utilized to gather data. Structural Equation Modeling was utilized as the primary analysis to test the proposed sequential mediational model of the study. The results indicated that intimate partner behavioral control was significantly and indirectly associated with marital adjustment through the mediating effects of intimate partner rejection and psychological maladjustment. Moreover, intimate partner rejection had direct effects on psychological maladjustment and marital adjustment. The indirect effect of intimate partner rejection on marital adjustment via the mediation of psychological maladjustment was found to be significant. Lastly, the sequential mediation by intimate partner rejection and psychological maladjustment in the relationship between intimate partner control and marital adjustment was also significant. This study adds to the existing literature on IPARTheory by showing that perceived intimate partner behavioral control is quite negatively related to marital adjustment. Results underscore how perceived behavioral control by a spouse triggers rejection and diminishes the psychological adjustment of the controlled partner.

Abstract Introduction The physicians are responsible for prescribing medicine rationally. Physician's awareness of prescribing guidelines can lead to the selection of the most effective, appropriate and effective measures to the improved prescription. This study aim is to determine the factors influencing drug prescribing behaviour in family physicians. Methods This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2016 on a case study including 150 family physicians from Shiraz City who were selected by systematic random sampling method. A questionnaire related to the behaviour of prescribing physicians was used based on the theory of planned behaviour to collect data. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts' opinion and its reliability was confirmed by calculating the Cronbach's alpha. The data were analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM) by SPSS and Smart PLS software. Results It was specified that 39.3% of Shiraz family physicians have prescribed medicines for their most patients (61-70%) during the last month. Furthermore, 60% of physicians have prescribed for about 20% of their patients without any examination. In addition, 63% of doctors have repeated prescription for about 20% of patients with chronic disease. Based on the obtained results of the Research Structural Equation Model, none of the four considered variables explains changes in physicians' behaviour regarding prescribing. Although, “mental and perceived behavioural control” explain 30.2% of the changes in the intention of prescribing medication of family physicians in Shiraz. Conclusions The family physicians' behaviour in prescribing medicine shows the impact of factors such as the patient's request, as well as the role of the patients and colleagues pressure for prescribing medicine as a quality criterion for their practice. norms of mental and perceived behavioural control are effective in explaining the purpose of prescribing. Key messages Policymakers should implement policies to develop physicians’ behavior and logical prescription by education, financial incentives; consequently. Mental and perceived behavioral control are effective in explaining the purpose of prescribing.

AbstractTo research the influencing factors of college students' blood donation behavior intention and propose intervention strategies to improve the repeated blood donation rate of college students. Questionnaire survey was used to research and analyze the influencing factors of behavior intention. Amos 21.0 software was used to establish structural equation modeling and perform confirmatory factor analysis. SPSS 20.0 was used for statistic. The model was proved with highly adaptability, with χ2/df = 2.956 < 3. Factors influencing college students' intention of repeat blood donation behavior can be summarized into four: attitude, external motivation, advice-taking, and perceived behavioral control. Among them, attitude and perceived behavioral control have a great direct impact on behavioral intention, while the external motivation and recommendation acceptance have an indirect impact by influencing the other two factors. In view of those evaluation items with high path coefficient in each factor, we can develop recruitment strategies to influence college students’ repeated blood donation behavior and provide scientific suggestions for improving their repeated blood donation rate.
