The paper briefly presents the dynamic synthesis of mechanisms with superior couplings, force, and speed distribution, efficiency, loss coefficient, dynamic coefficient or motion transmission function, determination of variable angular input speed from the crank or cam based on solving the equation Lagrange, the determination of the dynamic variation of the follower (adept) based on the integration of Newton’s equation, and the dynamic analysis of several models taken into account. In the end, the original relations for calculating the efficiency of a gear are presented.

In the paper, it is proposed to cover by a mobile moving facility the shipyard open site, in Klaipeda, Lithuania (the EU). The facility of 40 m span consists of transversal frames, which are arranged by the step of 6.0 m, and a system of braces. Two types of steel frames have been considered: trussed and continuous. The actions are specified according to the design codes (Eurocode 3) and climatological data. In dynamic analysis, the longitudinal direction is defined for an inertia action, simulating braking. For calculating, a special algorithm of three stages has been prepared. At the first stage, three calculation schemes of one transversal frame were created. For the proposed schemes of the mobile moving facility, the calculation of only a transversal frame is effective in the preliminary determination of the cross-sectional areas and of the total structural weight. At the second stage, the frames were joined by braces. A preliminary comparison of the calculation results of the models was carried out after the first and second stages of the analysis. At the third stage, the dynamic analysis was performed and the influence of the dynamic impact was estimated. Finally, we compared the calculation results of three different FEM models and chose the most appropriate one. To sum up the investigations, conclusions and recommendations are presented.

The method of calculating the level of equity of internet services of several cities or provinces in a country is a statistical measure showing how far the internet service speed distribution being measured is to have similarities with the reference distribution of all elements equal to one, where the determination of the level of equity is done by calculating the Index Haryadi from the relationship between internet service speed distribution as measured by reference distribution. In this case, an equalization index equal to one represents a perfect similarity between the elements of the distribution as measured by the pairs of elements of the reference distribution. Let R be the reference distribution = {0.7 Mbps; 0.8 Mbps; 0.9 Mbps; 1 Mbps; 1.1 Mbps; 1.2 Mbps; 1.3 Mbps; 1.4 Mbps} and Y is the measured internet rate = = 1.05 Mbps; 1.2 Mbps; 1.35 Mbps; 2 Mbps; 1.65 Mbps; 1.8 Mbps; 1.95 Mbps; 2.1 Mbps}, then Y has an Internet service equalization index equal to one, through the Y = 1.5R relationship function because all elements of Y are equal to 1.5 times of the pairing elements of R.

In this paper the authors present shortly an original method to make the dynamic synthesis of a mechanism with rotary cam and rotated tappet with roll, used with priority at the distribution mechanisms from the heat engines with internal combustion. This type of distribution can improve the changes of gases, and may decrease significantly the level of vibration, noises, and emissions. As long as we produce electricity and heat by burning fossil fuels is pointless to try to replace all thermal engines with electric motors, as loss of energy and pollution will be even larger. However, it is well to continuously improve the thermal engines, to reduce thus fuel consumption. At the heat engine with internal combustion a great loss of power is realized and by the distribution mechanism, reason for that we must try to improve the functionality of this mechanism. The dynamic synthesis of this type of distribution mechanism can be made shortly, by the Cartesian coordinates, but to determine these coordinates we need and some trigonometric parameters of the mechanism. Dynamics and forces of this distribution mechanism are presented as well. One introduce the dynamic coefficient D.

Abstract This work presents a new method for kinetostatic analysis and dynamic analysis of complex planar mechanisms, i.e. the ordered single-opened-chains method. This method makes use of the ordered single-opened chains (in short, SOC,) along with the properties of SOC, and the network constraints relationship between SOC,. By this method, any planar complex mechanism can be automatically decomposed into a series of the ordered single-opened chains and the optimal structural decomposition route (s) can be automatically selected for dynamic analysis, the paper present the dynamic equation which can be used to solve both the kinetostatic problem and the general dynamic problem. The main advantage of the proposed approach is the possibility to reduce the number of equations to be solved simultaneously to the minimum, and its high automation as well. The other advantage is the simplification of the determination of the coefficients in the equations, and thus it maybe result in a much less time-consuming algorthem. The proposed approach is illustrated with three examples. The presented method can be easily extended to the dynamic analysis of spatial mechanisms.

The article highlights the issues related to the study of physical and mechanical characteristics of bulk materials, namely internal friction coefficients in static and dynamic modes. An innovative device of the carousel type for determining the frictional characteristics of bulk materials is described, which allows to implement the tasks of practical determination of dynamic coefficients of internal friction. Presented the program, methodology and results of research on the practical study of the internal friction coefficient of typical bulk products of agricultural production in the range of linear velocities of displacement of layers from 0 to 2.79 m/s, the reliability of which is not lower than 0.878.
