Asteroid mining offers vital sources for improving human lives and provides opportunities for interplanetary missions and space travel. There are many professional commercial space companies that are only investing billions of dollars on asteroids mining, but prior to that, one condition for asteroid mining could be planetary stations to refuel the pioneers’ spacecraft or human colonies on alien planets; hence, one of the vital sources for these purposes is water. Water can be harvested to split oxygen for breathing and hydrogen for refueling spaceships’ propulsions, and Earth-to-space water payload transporting is extremely expensive; therefore, discovering extraterrestrial water in outer space is economically beneficial. This paper presents a Lunar CubeSat Injector to deliver four 3U CubeSats into Low Lunar Orbit to make a constellation to identify locations of water sources on the Moon by using a THz heterodyne-spectrometer. In sum, this project can help scientists to recognize more water resources for those who will colonize the Moon and for those planning to go beyond it.

Space travel has grown during the past 2 decades, and is expected to surge in the future with the establishment of an American Space Force, businesses specializing in commercial space travel, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s planned sustained presence on the moon. Accompanying this rise, treating physicians are bracing for a concomitant increase in space-related medical problems, including back pain. Back pain is highly prevalent in astronauts and space travelers, with most cases being transient and self-limiting (space adaptation back pain). Pathophysiologic changes that affect the spine occur during space travel and may be attributed to microgravity, rapid acceleration and deceleration, and increased radiation. These include a loss of spinal curvature, spinal muscle atrophy, a higher rate of disc herniation, decreased proteoglycan and collagen content in intervertebral discs, and a reduction in bone density that may predispose people to vertebral endplate fractures. In this article, the authors discuss epidemiology, pathophysiology, prevention, treatment, and future research.

It is a commonplace that Rome's greatest contribution to the modern world is its law. Whether this is strictly true or not, Roman law is certainly the basis of the law of Western Europe (with the exception of England and Scandinavia), of much of Africa including South Africa, Ethiopia and in general the former colonies of countries in continental Europe, of Quebec and Louisiana, of Japan and Ceylon and so on. Perhaps even more important for the future is that International law is very largely modelled, by analogy, on Roman law. Just think of the perfectly serious arguments of a few years ago as to whether outer space (including the moon and planets) were res nullius or res communes and whether they were, or were not, susceptible of acquisition by occupatio. This persistence of Roman law has had undesirable consequences. First, Roman law as an academic subject has got into the hands of lawyers whose love of technicalities has frightened off classical scholars who tend not to use the legal sources. Secondly, scholars of antiquity, since Roman law is left well alone, have also been reluctant to look at other ancient legal systems. So have lawyers since these other systems have no ‘practical” value. Thirdly, following upon these but worse still, the usefulness of Roman law for later ages, coupled with its enforced isolation from other systems of antiquity, has often led to an exaggerated respect for it, and to its being regarded as well-nigh perfect, immutable, fit for all people. Many in “the Age of Reason” were ready to regard Roman law as “the Law of Reason”.

Changes in the abundance and distribution of free water can negatively influence wildlife in arid regions. Free water is considered a limiting factor for mule deer (Odocoileus hemionus) in the Great Basin Desert. Consequently, a better understanding of differential use of water by individuals and the sexes could influence the conservation and management of mule deer and water resources in their habitats. We deployed remote cameras at all known water sources (13 wildlife water developments and 4 springs) on one mountain range in western Utah, USA, during summer from 2007 to 2011 to document frequency and timing of water use, number of water sources used by males and females, and to estimate population size from individually identified mule deer. Male and female mule deer used different water sources but visited that resource at similar frequencies. Individual mule deer used few water sources and exhibited high fidelity to that resource. Wildlife water developments were frequently used by both sexes. Our results highlight the differing use of water sources by sexes and individual mule deer. This information will help guide managers when siting and reprovisioning wildlife water developments meant to benefit mule deer and will contribute to the conservation and management of this species.

Newton's formula for gravity force gives greather force intensity for atraction of the Moon by the Sun than atraction by the Earth. However, central body in lunar (primary) orbit is the Earth. So appeared paradox which were ignored from competent specialist, because the most important problem, determination of lunar orbit, was inmediately solved sufficiently by mathematical ingeniosity - introducing the Sun as dominant body in the three body system by Delaunay, 1860. On this way the lunar orbit paradox were not canceled. Vujicic made a owerview of principles of mechanics in year 1998, in critical consideration. As an example for application of corrected procedure he was obtained gravity law in some different form, which gave possibility to cancel paradox of lunar orbit. The formula of Vujicic, with our small adaptation, content two type of acceleration - related to inertial mass and related to gravity mass. So appears carried information on the origin of the Moon, and paradox cancels.

Since the start of civilization and even further back, humankind has been dreaming of flying. Recently, this dream has come true and reached beyond that and sends astronauts to outer space. However, by achieving this milestone, we encountered new problems that were new to humanity. One of the biggest problems is having a sleeping disorder and disruption of the biological clock. It is essential because having a sleep disorder makes astronauts unable to function at 100% capacity, and in outer space, it is dangerous. Some treatments for sleep disorders include drug therapy, such as Dexedrine, temazepam, modafinil, bupropion, melatonin, zolpidem, dextroamphetamine, light treatment, or a trickling sleep/wake schedule, according to NASA's guidelines. This study aimed to review the treatments for sleep disorders and disruption of the biological clock aimed at astronauts during space flights. We presented the different treatments and discussed and oriented the next prospect of research on sleep in space. Therefore, there will be guidelines for astronauts during their flights. Since the beginning of space travel, there have been many papers regarding space and weightlessness on the adverse effects on health. Studies have described the effect of space travel and the environment of microgravity on health. A few studies include both the short- and long-term effects of microgravity on the biological clock. With this new dawn and sending new astronauts to International Space Station (ISS) with NASA and SpaceX commercial Falcon 9 rocket, which opened a new horizon for spaceflights, it is even more important to consider the adverse effects microgravity on health. Purpose: This review aims to specifically analyze the biological clock, sleep deficiency, and circadian disorders. As we acknowledge, there is a sleep deficiency associated with complex microgravity environs and space missions before and after launch. Material and methods: Two researchers searched a thorough and detailed search of the PubMed database with the keywords mentioned below. The search was performed in November 2020 without any time limitations. We only included human studies and articles in the English language. Results: A total of 148 articles were found, and after going through titles, 77 articles were chosen for checking abstracts. Finally, only 12 manuscripts were accepted for data extraction. Conclusion: It is essential for health care involved in space travel providers to help pre-emptively identify problems that may prevent severe consequences during a microgravity environment. Sleep and circadian factors are the fundamental issues of human fatigue, and aviation schedules significantly impact both. We should admire a computerized fatigue model for having a better approach to studying the impact of scheduling.
