In this study, the relationship between the creativity levels of music pre-service teachers and their teacher model preferences that support creativity were investigated. The research was conducted with correlation model, which is one of the quantitative research methods. A total of 110 fourth grade students studying in the Department of Music in three different universities in the 2017-2018 academic year participated to the study. In the study, ‘Kaufman Creativity Areas Scale Turkish Form (KCAS-TF)’ and ‘Teacher Index Supporting Creativity (TISC)’ were used as data collection tools. It has been determined that there are positive correlations between the scores of the music pre-service teachers obtained from the KCAS-TF and the CFTIS scales, but the presence of this relationship in some subcomponents could not be confirmed. In the study, it was observed that the candidates who willingly chose the department of music teaching had higher scores from the evaluation sub-dimension of the (TISC). According to the results of the (KCAS-TF), it was concluded that the scores of the teacher candidates who do not want to teach after graduation from the artistic performance and creativity sub-dimension were lower than those who wanted to teach music.

The aim of this research is to determine the anxiety levels of teacher candidates regarding Facebook usage in education and analyse it according to various variables. In the research, descriptive survey model was used which is one of the quantitative research methods. The population of the research includes 184 teacher candidates who are receiving education in the Department of Computer and Instructional Technologies Education of Siirt University Faculty of Education in 2017-2018 academic year. Since the population is accessible, no attempt has been made for sampling. Facebook Usage Anxiety in Education (FUAE) scale was used as data collection inventory in the study. According to results obtained in the research; it was seen that the anxiety levels of teacher candidates were high while using Facebook, Facebook usage anxiety had no significant difference with respect to class and age independent variables; however, there was a meaningful difference with respect to gender independent variable.

The aim of this study was to compare the relationship between physical education and sports high school students' positive thinking skill levels and attitudes of learning in terms of gender and years of doing sports. The study is a descriptive method, one of the quantitative research methods. The study group consisted of 280 (age: 20.98 ± 1.390) university students from School of Physical Education and Sports in Ordu university. As a result, it was concluded that the students' positive thinking skills were at a high level, and the nature of learning, anxiety, expectation, and openness to learning sub-dimensions of the attitude tolearning scale were at high levels. It was concluded that there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between the nature of learning, Expectation, and openness to learning, and positive thinking skill from sub-dimensions of the attitude to learning scale, but there is a negatively significant relationship between anxiety and positive thinking skills

Instagram is one of the most popular social media for the public. One difference between Instagram and other social media, is that instamam is more likely to be used to find information and share information with users than to interact directly with fellow users. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the motives and active user satisfaction in using Instagram social media and find out the relationship between the motives and satisfaction of Instagram social media usage. This study uses use and gratification theory which assumes that individuals have certain goals in using media. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The data collection tool is the questionnaire has been validated. The research sample was 70 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The statistic test that the researchers used was the Partial Correlation Test (Pearson Product Moment). Data is processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate users want to get information and knowledge that is happening at the present time. Information satisfaction becomes the most obtained by Instagram social media users. Overall Instagram social media has given satisfaction to users and there is a significant relationship between motives and satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat self confidence mahasiswa, hubungan pemahaman konsep geometri dan self confidence mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran Mikro. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran Mikro terdapat 8 keterampilan dasar mengajar, salah satunya adalah keterampilan menjelaskan dimana mahasiswa harus dapat mengorganisasikan konsep geometri transformasi dalam tata urutan yang terencana secara sistematis, sehingga mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Perlu adanya self confidence dalam menyampaikan materi khususnya pemahaman konsep geometri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh hubungan yang linier antara pemahaman konsep geometri transformasi dan self confidence mahasiswa calon guru matematika pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran Mikro. Tingkat keeratan hubungan kedua variabel berdasarkan koefisien korelasi berada pada kategori kuat yaitu 0,700. Hubungan kedua variabel tersebut menunjukkan arah positif artinya, peningkatan pemahaman konsep geometri transformasi berbanding lurus dengan self confidence mahasiswa calon guru matematika. Kata kunci: pemahaman konsep geometri, self confidence, pembelajaran mikro.   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the level of self-confidence of students and relationship between understanding the concept of geometry and self-confidence of students in the Micro Learning subject. This research is quantitative research. In the Micro Learning subject there are 8 basic teaching skills, one of them is the skill to explain where students must be able to organize the geometry concept of transformation in a systematic order planned so that it is easily understood by students. Self confidence is needed in delivering the material, especially understanding the concept of geometry. At a significance level of 5% a linear relationship was found between the understanding of the geometry concept of transformation and the self confidence of mathematics teacher candidates in the Micro Learning subject. The relationship between the two variables based on the correlation coefficient is in the strong category, 0.700. The relationship between these two variables shows a positive relation, it means that as the understanding of geometric concept gets better, the self confidence of mathematics teacher candidates get higher. <p>This study aims to determine the students’ achievement in answering modified lawson classroom test of scientific reasoning (MLCTSR) questions in overall science teaching and by every aspect of scientific reasoning abilities. There are six aspects related to the scientific reasoning abilities that were measured; they are conservatorial reasoning, proportional reasoning, controlling variables, combinatorial reasoning, probabilistic reasoning, correlational reasoning. The research is also conducted to see the development of scientific reasoning by using levels of inquiry models. The students reasoning ability was measured using the Modified Lawson Classroom Test of Scientific Reasoning (MLCTSR). MLCTSR is a test developed based on the test of scientific reasoning of Lawson’s Classroom Test of Scientific Reasoning (LCTSR) in 2000 which amounted to 12 multiple-choice questions. The research method chosen in this study is descriptive quantitative research methods. The research design used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study is the entire junior high students class VII the academic year 2014/2015 in one junior high school in Bandung. The samples in this study are one of class VII, which is class VII C. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The results showed that there is an increase in quantitative scientific reasoning although its value is not big.</p>

There are important responsibilities expected from primary school students. The most important of these are the learning of reading, writing and arithmetic. There is a “psychological readiness” aspect besides reading, writing and arithmetic in order to be ready for the school. In this study, among the first-grade students, those who were academically ready were compared with those who were psychologically ready. In this research, screening model is used from quantitative research methods. Screening surveys allow the answers of questions such as “what, where, when, how often, at what level, how” (Wellington, 2006). The population of the research was composed of the children who started to the first class of primary schools in the provincial center of Ankara and the provincial center of Agri in the 2016-2017 academic year. The sample group of the study consisted of 327 students. 80 girls and 75 male students out of 322 students are chosen from the schools in the provincial center of Ankara, and 87 girls and 80 boys are chosen from the schools in provincial center of Agri. While the number of literate students at the basic level is 95 before the school starts, only 46 students are able to link shoe laces. While a total of 255 students knew all the main colors before the school started, only 31 students knew their home address. In addition, 90 students were found to have problems complied with the school rules. 39 students are shy in the classroom.

The objectives of this research were to explicate the influence mechanism between MSMEs and MSMEs&rsquo; clusters; to explicate the generation mechanism of cluster residual value, and to determine whether there is a significant effect of structural hole on allocating the residual value of MSMEs&rsquo; cluster. The research was designed as quantitative research and used survey questionnaires to collect data from 475 entrepreneurs or senior managers of MSMEs. After passing the validity (KMO) and reliability (Cronbach&rsquo;s Alpha) tests, the correlations between independent and dependent variables have been examined by Pearson Correlation. Then One-Way ANOVA was employed for further specifying the causal direction of correlation between variables. The findings of this research showed that there are positive correlations between cluster&rsquo;s value and growth of MSMEs; between structural hole and allocation of cluster&rsquo;s residual value; between structural hole and growth of cluster. In addition, structural hole as a moderating variable effect on the relationship between cluster&rsquo;s value and growth of MSMEs significantly.

This study aims to look at the correlation between Critical Discourse Analysis and Free Essays of Class IV MIN 2 Sleman Yogyakarta students. This research uses quantitative research methods. The researcher distributed questionnaires to all grade 4 students because the papulation class did not reach 100 students, so the researchers chose all students to be sampled in this study. Therefore, the population in this study is also a research sample to collect quantitative data. The result of simple correlation analysis obtained the correlation between Critical Discourse Analysis with Free Essay Writing Skills is 0.295. This shows that there is a fairly strong relationship between Critical Discourse Analysis with Essay Writing Skills. While the direction of the relationship is positive because the value of r is positive, it means that the higher the Critical Discourse Analysis, the more the students write essay writing skills.

Research purposes This study aims to determine the effect of go-pay promotion on the decisions of users of online transportation applications within the scope of the University of Pamulang. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were students of the 7th semester of the Pamulang University management study program. The sample in this study were 200 respondents in the population. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. Partially Go-pay promotion variable (x) has a tcount of 11.966 > ttable 1.65259 with a significant value of 0.00, it can be concluded that Go-pay promotion has a positive and significant effect on user decisions. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination (R square) shows the number 0.420 which means that the relationship between Go-pay promotion and user decision is 42%, while the remaining 58% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Go-pay users' decisions to use online transportation at Pamulang University. This means that the higher and more varied the promotions offered by the company, the greater the chance for users to decide to use online transportation services, especially at Pamulang University. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi Go-pay terhadap keputusan pengguna aplikasi transportasi online di ruang lingkup Universitas Pamulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/mahasiswi semester 7 prodi manajemen Universitas Pamulang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 responden yang terdapat dalam populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Secara parsial promosi Go-pay (x) memiliki thitung sebesar 11,966y > ttabel 1,65259 dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 maka dapat disimpulkan promosi Go-pay berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R square) menunjukkan angka 0,420 artinya hubungan promosi Go-pay dengan keputusan pengguna sebesar 42%, sedangkan sisanya 58% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna Go-pay dalam menggunakan trasnportasi online di Universitas Pamulang. Artinya semakin tinggi dan semakin bervariasi promosi yang ditawarkan oleh pihak perusahaan, maka semakin besar peluang pengguna memutuskan untuk menggunakan jasa transportasi online khususnya di Universitas Pamulang. The developments in science and technology have led to changes in the expectations of countries from the future and the individuals. In the 21st century, focusing on innovative approaches in the education system has become compulsory to raise individuals who question, find rapid and effective solutions to problems and who could think scientifically. One of these approaches is Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) training. The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between STEM and STEM sub-dimensions. The study group consists of 204 teacher candidates from different departments of the Faculty of Education of Sakarya University during the academic year 2018/2019. To collect data, the attitude scale for STEM and the sub-dimensions of STEM were used in the study. One-way ANOVA was used in this correlation for parametric tests. According to the results of the study, there is a positive and significant relationship between STEM and all STEM sub-dimensions based on the data collected from teacher candidates.
