In face of currently economic globalization and rapid development of knowledge, the competition in high-tech industry has developed from regionally to globally. The fierce competition has the technology and knowledge of high-tech industry no longer the exclusive advantages. A high-tech business has to constantly innovate and establish unique resources and pursue better business performance in the business activity to remain the competitive advantages. When drafting and executing innovation strategy, a high-tech business should first measure the internal/external environment and business objectives and consider the organizational resources to propose proper coping strategy. Aiming at employees of high-tech industry in Fujian Province, 380 copies of questionnaire are randomly distributed, and 241 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 63%. The retrieved questionnaire data are analyzed with statistics software. The results show notably positive correlations between 1.organizational resources and innovation strategy, 2.innovation strategy and innovation value, and 3.organizational resources and innovation value. According to the results, the proposed suggestions are expected to provide reference for high-tech businesses adjusting the organizational resources to match the innovation strategy so as to assist in the business management.

It is now entering the knowledge-based economic era globally. In the new era, the real dominant resources and decisive production factors are not capital, land, or labor, but knowledge. In such an era, knowledge workers play critical roles in the business activity. Employees with knowledge would become the human capital of a company. High-tech industry has got in the giant competition era. Under the global competition and the constant innovation of knowledge-based economy, it becomes a worth discussing issue for high-tech businesses maintaining or enhancing the firm competitiveness. Aiming at high-tech industry, the supervisors and employees of high-tech businesses in Shanghai are distributed 420 copies of questionnaire. Total 322 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 77%. The research results show significantly positive effects of 1.human capital on organizational innovation, 2.organizational innovation on organizational performance, and 3.human capital on organizational performance. According to the results, suggestions are proposed, expecting to help high-tech businesses, when encountering the challenge in the industrial environment, create more performance and benefits to achieve the sustained-yield management.

Currently the rapid growth of global economy has the competition among high-tech industries develop from regional to global, and the competition becomes fierce. In face of such fierce competition in global high-tech industry, it is realized that tangible assets could no longer be the differentiation basis, but intangible assets are regarded as the differentiation capital. An enterprise with sustainable innovation would dominate the world market and enhance the international competitiveness of domestic economy. When internal entrepreneurial culture is prevalent, an enterprise would naturally promote the innovation capability. Such a point of view also explains more popular of the innovative products or services of some enterprises than those with larger scales. Aiming at employees in high-tech industry in Guanxi Province, total 500 copies of questionnaire are randomly distributed, and 337 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 67%. The research results reveal significantly positive correlations between 1.entrepreneurial culture and sustainable innovation capability, 2.sustainable innovation capability and patent, and 3.entrepreneurial culture and patent. According to the results, suggestions are proposed, expecting to explain how a high-tech business outperforms in the changeable digital era and acquires the sustainable innovation capability and patent to grasp the opportunity.

The phenomenon and development of modern digital technologies put imprint on almost all life spheres, including sports. Over the past years, there have been a rapid development of a new sport and a new direction of the sports business, i. e., esports, which, unlike traditional sports, is causally relating to information and telecommunication technologies and intellectual property. The Regulations on esports adopted in 2020 by the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, expanded the concept of sport by officially recognizing esports as an independent sport. Today, esports is a fast-growing high-tech industry with an ever-growing global audience and a significant number of computer companies and stakeholders involved, which are usually in fierce competition with each other. Nevertheless, despite rapid transformation into the mainstream, this industry is faced with both traditional criminal law concerns and specific inherent to esports problems, which can hinder its potential growth. All the aforesaid suggests that the boundaries of sport are constantly expanding likewise the legal relations regulated in the digital era by criminal legislation, as well as the related law enforcement issues. At the same time, it must be acknowledged that the current legislation is imperfect, and the issues of countering illegal methods of influencing the results of computer sports competitions and electronic doping, fraud and corruption, as well as criminal protection of copyright and related rights, problems of the ratio of criminal and non-criminal in esports are understudied by experts.

The market competitiveness and sustainable operation of an enterprise are closely correlated with the support of high-tech core technologies in the enterprise. This study first discusses the basic knowledge of core competitiveness, introduces the components and evaluation methods of core competitiveness, and builds an evaluation index system for core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises. Then, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is fully discussed, during which the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of the AHP evaluation method are introduced. Finally, the Fujian Province of China is taken as an example, the relevant data are collected and processed, the impact of indicators are analyzed, and a high-tech industry core technological capability analysis indicator system is built based on the AHP method. Thus, the influence of the core technological capabilities of the high-tech industry on the sustainable competitive advantage of the enterprise is obtained. This study puts forward suggestions for maintaining the competitiveness of high-tech industries, thereby improving the competitive advantage of enterprises and achieving the sustainable management of enterprises. The result finds that if the high-tech industries continue to carry out innovation and scientific research, enterprises will maintain their competitive advantages. In summary, exploring the impact of the core technological capabilities of high-tech industries on the sustainable competitive advantages of enterprises is greatly significant for improving their competitiveness and industrial status, which enables them to be invincible in a complex environment.

Export trade can measure the economic level of a country, but it can only reflect the amount of exports, but not the quality of exported products and the technical content of exported products. Therefore, domestic and foreign scholars have begun to study the complexity of export technology. The development of big data technology makes it possible to analyze the export complexity using big data analysis technology. With the rapid development of high-tech industries represented by high-end manufacturing, there is more and more research on the export of high-tech industries. Based on the existing research results, this article first introduces the current export profile of high-tech products and explains the concept of export complexity. Then, the flow of big data analysis was sorted out. Finally, this paper theoretically analyzes the influence of industrial agglomeration on industrial export complexity, and uses big data analysis and regression verification. The results show that industrial agglomeration has a significant role in promoting the export complexity of China’s high-tech products.

Under the rapid industrialization, the country has become a major high-tech industry in Asia. Being an important industry in domestic strategic development, high-tech industry attracts a lot of manpower. During the depression after the financial crisis, organizations’ adoption of layoffs and unpaid leave to increase work or transfer positions induced employees’ worries. There was news about hi-tech millionaires dying young of overwork in past years. Working pressure therefore became the major problem emphasized by human resource managers. Stress management related issues have been discussed academically or practically in recent years. Aiming at high-tech employees of Hsinchu Science Park in Taiwan, 500 copies of questionnaire are distributed and 387 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 77%. The research results reveal 1.positive relations between working pressure and work exhaustion, 2.negative relations between work exhaustion and job satisfaction, and 3.negative relations between working pressureandjob satisfaction. According to the results, suggestions are proposed, expecting to assist high-tech industry in improving employees’working pressure to largely benefit employee health and industrial yield.
