The article looks at certain aspects of using automated information systems in the professional training of drivers at Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy, Ukraine. The importance of integrating the theoretical and practical components of learning and the linkage between learning outcomes and safety on the roads are emphasized. The modern educational-training equipment for training drivers (simulators) includes information program components that can be customized to suit students’ individual characteristics and priorities for consideration in real road-traffic conditions. Assessment of students' knowledge and skills with simulators is carried out by analyzing their errors on typical routes that simulate problematic traffic situations. The main types of errors correspond to the common causes of road-traffic accidents, in relation to which statistics according to regions and periods are available, which, while training, gives a possibility to quickly respond to changes in the structure of accidents in the recent years in view of their causes. The automated information system is configured by a teacher in the way of correction of penalty points for every type of error. Upon reaching the critical amount of such points, the student is directed to retake the course, which makes it possible to provide the proper level of mastering the material before starting classes in the conditions of a real road situation. In future, increasing the share of the training time on the stimulator, it will be possible to take into account the students’ individual features of assimilating the material. This can be realized by introducing increased coefficients for repetitive errors into the penalty function. For this purpose a linear model of the total penalty score is proposed in the paper, which takes into account the specific and general errors, moreover, in the latter the base price of the error is related to the share of accidents with severe consequences. The multiplier of the individual weight of the error allows increasing its value in case this type of mistake occurred earlier and the student did not heed it.

Changes in society, the complexity of professional tasks actualize the request to universities to train specialists who are ready for innovation. To develop the innovative potential of students, the modern educational process in universities should be focused not only on the professional training of students, but also on the development of personality. Innovative activities, solving creative tasks to create new products and technologies require active work of the intellect, motivation and will, and this stimulates the development and selfdevelopment of a person. An important factor in the development of innovative potential of students is the educational environment. The functioning of this environment should be based on a systematic analysis of the object, subject, processes, and conditions of innovative development. In addition, it is important to determine the criteria for the effectiveness of the innovation environment, as well as to implement the principle of ensuring the continuous development of students. For the development of innovative potential, it is necessary to use psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process. The main principle of psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process is to take into account the individual characteristics and capabilities of students, the development of their resources. Psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process should be aimed primarily at the actualization of personal competencies that determine innovative activity. For the development of innovative potential, students should participate in the choice of an individual educational trajectory, show educational initiatives and implement them in research activities.

The article outlines the relevance of the introduction of inclusive education in the system of education of Ukraine whose success depends on the organizational and pedagogical and corrective and developmental school conditions, flexibly oriented on the individual characteristics of each child and qualitative training of future teachers to professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education. Separate aspects of professional training of future teachers in institutions of higher pedagogical education in conditions of inclusive education are presented. In particular, attention is focused on the peculiarities of organizing the process of training future educators in professional activities in the inclusive environment of institutions of general secondary education, which are that the professionalization of students takes place in the form of penetration of external (the influence of the educational environment and the participants of the educational process) into the internal (assignment of values Inclusive education and acquisition of relevant competence), from the remote space (social meaning of inclusion) in the approximate (personal meaning and Inclusion experience). In accordance with the principle of continuity, the stages of organizing the process of preparation of future teachers to professional activity in conditions of inclusive education (motivational-value, theoretical and practical and simulation-reflexive) are determined and substantiated. Evaluating the efforts of scientists in the highlighted issues, we note that the organization of the process of professional pedagogical training of teachers to work in an inclusive educational environment requires the substantiation of the relevant pedagogical conditions, which is a prospect of further scientific search.

The article considers the didactic conditions of musical training of choreographers in higher education institutions of our state. In this work the structural didactic features of musical competence of choreographers are defined, such as: feature of professional activity planning; ways and methods of performing professional activities; communication techniques; organizational skills of choreographers; features of dance and motor motility. The article also states that the author considers an individual approach to take into account the ways of adapting the properties of studentsʼ nervous system to the requirements of professional activity as an effective method of musical training of choreographers in domestic higher education institutions. The article also deals with an individual approach, which takes into account the individual differences of students, the development of techniques, tools and methods of forming professional and musical skills of choreographers, due to the typological properties of the nervous system. At the heart of the individual approach considered in the study there is the idea of understanding a developing student as a person with a unique set of individual qualities. This involves the recognition of different, but equivalent in effectiveness methods of educational and creative activities that meet the objective requirements of the professional activity of the teacher and the individual characteristics of the future specialist. Also, in this paper, it is noted that in pedagogical science didactics is connected with the methods of teaching courses. The method of teaching folk dance is somewhat different from other choreographic disciplines due to the specifics of national dance. All textbooks, programs and methodical materials on folk choreography are authorʼs versions and naturally cannot be accepted by all experts identically. Keywords: musical training, music theory, choreographer, professional training, didactics, didactic bases of training, professional skill, systematic approach to musical training.

Background: Wound management is a serious global health problem. The objective of this study was to describe the characteristics of patients presenting with septic wounds in selected hospitals in Kajiado County, Kenya, and their association with selected factors. Methods: We purposively sampled 182 patients with septic wounds and collected data using questionnaires whose statistical relationship between various patients' characteristics, including the data collected Likert-scale design was assessed. Results: A majority (73.1%) of the patients presented with one wound. Most (54.4%) of the wounds were located on the lower limbs and mainly (23.1%) caused by road traffic accidents. The majority of the wounds had lasted for 1-2 weeks at the time of presentation, and the wound sizes were mainly >11 mm. We found a significant association (p<0.05) between number of wounds and age, marital status, and highest education level. The wound causes were significantly associated with gender, age, occupation, and sub-county of residence. Wound duration was significantly associated with understanding prescribed medication, adherence to dosage, water source, alcoholism, and cigarette smoking. Wound improvement was significantly associated with patients' understanding of the prescribed medication, adherence to dosage and water source, alcoholic status, and cigarette smoking. Conclusions: Individual patient, social and cultural factors were associated with septic wounds characteristics, suggesting that addressing them at the individual level using proper hygiene and cleanliness at home and workplaces is key. Policies to reduce traffic accidents, increase literacy, and promote healthcare access need to be promoted to reduce the wound sepsis burden.

Injuries due to traffic accidents were ranked eighth as health problem that caused deaths in several countries. Many traffic accidents occur in Africa and Southeast Asia with mortality rate of 26.6 and 20.7 deaths per 100,000 populations in 2016. East Java Province was ranked second as the location of traffic accidents on Java. Surabaya was ranked fifth as a contributor to the large number of road traffic accidents in East Java. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between parents’ authoritarian parenting and the experience of teenage traffic accidents while riding a motorcycle. This research is a cross sectional study and uses two stage random sampling method. From the sampling process, as many as 222 students were obtained as respondents. The instrument used in this study consists of personal data and the Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) to identify parenting style. Data analysis was carried out by logistic regression test with α= 5%. The data collection process was carried out during April-October 2017 in public and private high school in Surabaya. Logistic regression test results showed that there is no significant impact between parenting style and traffic accidents experienced by respondents (authoritarian p = 0.966; OR = 0.967, permissive p = 0.616; OR = 1.556). The conclusion of this study is that traffic accidents are not directly affected by parenting style, but it has role in forming individual characteristics, such as decision making and driving attitudes.

Spinal cord injury most commonly affects young men as a consequence of road traffic accidents, violence, and sports injuries; falls are a common cause in older patients. Appropriate management of the individual at the scene of an accident is vital to avoid unnecessary worsening of a spinal cord injury. Those who are unconscious should be assumed to have a cervical spine injury until proven otherwise, with (1) the head and neck held firmly (as far as possible) in a neutral position using (if available) a semi-rigid collar, and (2) transportation on a spinal board with a head immobilizer....

Today, a modern aviation specialist needs to have a high level of professional skills, psychophysiological reliability, general culture, skills to work in a team, skills to work with a modern amount of information, non-traditionally approach to solving various extreme situations, as well as to be able to organize professional activities on a prognostic basis. During the information explosion, accompanied by the latest technologies of priority in professional training of cadets, are tasked - to form skills of self-education, to instill the need for self-perfection, to teach the cadets of probable stylish thinking, quick perception of new ideas.Professional and personal development of the future aircraft in educational activities are the requirement of the present. The achievement of this goal is closely linked to the increase of the role of independence of cadets in educational activities. Independent educational activity is capable of determining the success of professional development of future aircrafts. It depends on the level of its development it depends on the formation of subjects of the cadet. Manifesting the independence of cadets in educational activities, their creative independent activity is a major factor in effective professional development. In this approach, the result of independent activity is not only educational tasks, but also formed subjects of the cadet, its ability to solve problem situations independently, reflect, self-motivate and self-regulate their own actions, and thus enrich individual experience in professional growth. To do this, it is necessary to provide relevant pedagogical conditions that will contribute to the independent training activities of future aircrafts. In our opinion, its effectiveness can be provided by adequate adaptation of the educational burden to the individual characteristics of cadets and the formation of an individual algorithm for independent educational activity. The overwhelming majority of modern researchers determine the independence of students in educational activity as quality, the property of the person, which it uses both tools to achieve a certain educational and cognitive goal, and which needs to be purposefully formed. Independence, thus, is the result of this activity. The ability of a person to identify independence in educational independence for its own self-development is an important argument, because through the autonomy of future aircrafts it is possible to intensify the mechanisms of professional self-development.

Intrusive recollections are very common immediately after traumatic events and are considered necessary aspects of emotional processing. However, if these intrusive recollections persist over a long time, they are linked to long-term psychiatric disorder, especially Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This paper discusses the need to investigate factors involved in the maintenance of intrusive traumatic recollections. It is suggested that the idiosyncratic meaning of the intrusive recollections predicts the distress caused by them, and the degree to which the individual engages in strategies to control the intrusions. These control strategies maintain the intrusive recollections by preventing a change in the meaning of the trauma and of the traumatic memories. It is further suggested that what is needed is a comprehensive assessment of the processes that prevent change in meaning, going beyond the assessment of avoidance. In particular, safety behaviours, dissociation and numbing, suppression of memories and thoughts about trauma, rumination, activation of other emotions such as anger and guilt and corresponding cognitions, and selective information processing (attentional and memory biases) may be involved in the maintenance of intrusive recollections. Preliminary data supporting these suggestions from studies of individuals involved in road traffic accidents and survivors of child sexual abuse are described.
