This research conducted in Blimbing traditional  market, Lowokwaru districts, Malang City, which aims to determine the potential of Blimbing traditional market in Lowokwaru districts from the point of view of (1) Employment, (2) Communities income, (3)Capital market education. The type of the research belong to the descriptive study sampling taken technique ProporsionalRandom Sampling, with a sample of 50people. The sample is peope there, merchants livingaround the Blimbing market, collecting data through observation and direct observation from the field by distributing questionnaires.This research resulted in several conclussions : (1) The potential market for employment in traditional Blimbing market Lowokwaru districts  working as merchant in general, (2) The potential market for the average income of the people in Blimbing traditional market Lowokwaru districts more than Rp.3000.000, (3) The education place of capital market to the people living in Blimbing area, Lowokwaru districts, Malang City.

This research conducted in kenagarian Simabur Pariangan districs Tanah Datar regency, which aims to determine the potential of tradisional market Simabur for people in villages Simabur Pariangan districs Tanah Datar regency both interms of jobs, household incomes and land lease. The type of the research belong to the descriptive study sampling taken technique Proporsional Random Sampling, with a sample of 73 people. The sample is peope there, merchants located around the Simabur market, collecting data though observation and direct observation from the field to the questionnaire. This research resulted in several conclussions : (1) The potential market for employment in the village community in Simabur Pariangan districs Tanah Datar regency to work, on a general merchant, (2) The potential market for the income of the people in the Simabur village Pariangan districs Tanah Datar regency the average income of market than Rp.2.000.000, (3) Potential market for land lease communities in Simabur village Pariangan districs Tanah Datar regency the everage lease for every day is Rp.3000-6000. Aksara swara termasuk di dalam klasifikasi bunyi bahasa, yakni bunyi vokal. Aksara swara adalah suatu sistem lambang grafis atau lambang bunyi (aksara) yang digunakan untuk menuliskan bahasa Jawa. Jumlah aksara Jawa ada 6, yaitu a – i – u – e [e, æ] – o – e [ǝ]. Penulisan dengan Aksara swara telah berhasil mendokumentasikan dan mengabadikan ajaran konsepsi tentang Tuhan bernuansa rasa kejawen melalui naskah Serat Kridhasastra karya Mas Ngabei Mangunwijaya yang berisi salah satunya adalah teks Aksara Swara.Tulisan ini berusaha menyajikan suatu gagasan yang berhubungan dengan ajaran konsepsi tentang Tuhan. Gagasan mengangkat kembali ajaran konsepsi tentang Tuhan itu disajikan melalui kajian deskriptif terhadap teks berjudul Aksara Swara.Pengkajian teks berjudul Aksara Swara karya Mas Ngabei Mangunwijaya diharapkan dapat memahami makna teks bagi masyarakat pada zamannya, yakni pada masa lampau sebagai sejarah, dan pada masa kini sebagai pemertahanan eksistensi ajaran atau piwulang, dalam hal ini konsepsi tentang Tuhan serta pada masa yang akan datang sebagai dokumentasi dan pelestarian mengenai ajaran konsepsi tentang Tuhan terdiri atas (1) Tuhan sebagai  Af’al atau Pencipta alam semesta, (2) Keberadaan Tuhan, (3) Tuhan sebagai Sumber Kehidupan makhluk, (4) Kekuasaan Tuhan, dan (5) Sirrullah yang tersimpan dalam teks tersebut. Selanjutnya, pada masa kini dan masa nanti makna teks tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengungkap dan melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya Jawa sebagai pembentukan akhlak dan kepribadian manusia secara religius.Kata kunci: konsepsi tentang Tuhan, Aksara Swara AbstractAksara Swara included in the classification of the sounds of language, which sounds vokal. Vowel script is a graphic emblem or symbol system sound (characters) used to write Java script language. There are 6 vowel script, namely a - i - u - e [e, æ ] - o - e [ǝ] . The process of writting of vowel script successfully documented and perpetuate the theory construct about God in Javanese point of view through manuscript Serat Kridhasastra by Mas Ngabei Mangunwijaya containing one of which is a text Aksara Swara.This paper tries to present an idea that relates with the theory construct about God. The idea reappoint the theory construct about God was presented through a descriptive study of the text entitled Aksara Swara.Assessment of the text titled Aksara Swara by Mas Ngabei Mangunwijaya expected to understand the meaning of the text for the people of his time, which in the past as history, and today as the retention of the existence of the doctrine or piwulang, in this case the conception of Tuhan and in the future as the documentation and preservation of the theory construct about God of the above (1) God as the creator of the universe Af'al or, (2) existence of God, (3) God as being the source of life, (4) Power of God, and (5) Sirrullah stored in the text. Furthermore, in the present and future meaning of the text later can be used to uncover and preserve the cultural values of Java as the formation of human character and personality religiously.Keywords: the theory construct about God, Aksara Swara

Abstract: Research entitled The Success of "Yuk Nabung Saham" Program by Indonesia   Stock   Exchange   in   Increasing   the   Sales   of   Capital  Market Instruments In Indonesia is a descriptive study aimed at knowing what exactly is the program Yuk Nabung Saham and how much investment people invest in Indonesia capital market in 2016 with the program Yuk Nabung Saham. Yuk Nabung Saham was launched on 12 November 2016 by the Vice-President of the Republic of Indonesia Mr. Muhammad Jusuf Kalla. Yuk Nabung Saham there is a campaign that invites the people of Indonesia to invest in the capital market through share saving. Currently there are 37 securities companies that have been working with the Indonesia Stock Exchange to join the Yuk Nabung Saham program. Data obtained from Indonesia's Financial Services Authority in 2013 and then compared with data in 2016. From these data recorded the increase in literacy and financial inclusion that initially 3.79% to 4.40% and0.11% to 1.25%. In addition, there is also an increase in the number of activeinvestors of Indonesian society in the Indonesian capital market which was originally 12.88% to 16.29%.

Abstract: The Cibaduyut area is one of the largest industrial sectors of leather shoes and shopping tourism in the city of Bandung. The creative sector of leather shoes industry, Cibaduyut is also a supporting sector for Bandung's economy. However, if viewed from the point of view of City Architecture, the Cibaduyut area is not only a tourist area for shopping for leather shoes, but also can be a supporting sector for the progress of Cibaduyut and Bandung City communities. Because the Cibadunyut area has characteristics or characteristics that can support the progress of the Cibaduyut community and the city of Bandung. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a qualitative approach that aims to provide an overview of the facts and phenomena that occur in the field. The function of the environment is built in the cibaduyut area as a regional identity. Cibaduyut has a character, which arises from the habits of the people themselves and develops, and becomes a characteristic of the Cibaduyut likungan area. The entire Cibaduyut area sells leather shoes based on Home industry, to improve the quality of its economy.Keywords: Identity, Built Environment Function in Cibaduyut Area.Abstrak: Kawasan cibaduyut merupakan salah satu sektor industri pengrajin sepatu kulit dan wisata belanja terbesar di kota Bandung. Sektor industri kreatif sepatu kulit, Cibaduyut juga menjadi sektor pendukung pendapatan perekonomian kota bandung. Namun jika dilihat dari sudut pandang Arsitektur Kota, kawasan Cibaduyut bukan hanya sebagai kawasan wisata belanja sepatu kulit saja, namun juga bisa menjadi sektor pendukung kemajuan masyarakat Cibaduyut dan Kota Bandung. Di karenakan Kawasan Cibadunyut mepunyai krakteristik atau ciri khas yang dapat mendukung kemajuan masyarakat Cibaduyut dan Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai fakta dan fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Fungsi lingkungan terbangun di kawasan cibaduyut sebagai identitas kawasan. Cibaduyut mempunyai karakter, yang timbul dari kebiasaan masyarakatnya itu sendiri dan berkembang, dan menjadi suatuh ciri khas kawasan likungan Cibaduyut. Kawasan Cibaduyut hampir keseluruhan masyarakatnya menjual sepatu kulit yang berbasis Home industry, untuk meningkatkan kualitas perokonomiannya.  Kata Kunci: Identitas, Fungsi Lingkungan Terbangun Di Kawasan Cibaduyut.

lmost all estimates of the figure of Alexander Solzhenitsyn are not related to literary criticism. Most studies evaluate his role, intentions and results. His figure is assessed in the context of the fate of the country, public perception and attitude to the country, which is Motherland for some, and mental and political enemy for the others. And for this purpose it is not even important who is right from the historical and political point of view. The point is who and how perceived the USSR and the entire Soviet project. Solzhenitsyn is seen as the enemy of the USSR and the Soviet project by those who popularized and helped him, and also according to his self-evaluation. Therefore, for those who identify themselves with the Soviet Union, its heritage and the entire Soviet project Solzhenitsyn represents the enemy and bearer of evil. For those who are hostile to the Soviet Union and the Soviet project, Solzhenitsyn is an ally in their struggle and bearer of good. Which of these parties is right is the issue of history and morality. 66% of Russian citizens support the first point of view, and the second point of view is supported by 25% of the population. Nowadays 88 % of Russian citizens know who Solzhenitsyn was. 31% consider him to be moral authority for them. 8% of the people believe that Solzhenitsyn presented true facts in his books.

In the article the author studies the formation process of Russian intelligentsia analyzing its «birth marks», such as nihilism, estrangement from native soil, West orientation, infatuation with radical political ideas, Russophobia. The author examines the causes of political radicalization of Russian intelligentsia that grew swiftly at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries and played an important role in the Russian revolution of 1917.

This research explains the mysticism of mappadendang tradition in Allamungeng Patue Village, Bone Regency, which is believed by the local community as a form of shielding from danger and can resist reinforcemen such as Covid-19 outbreak. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative method and an ethnographic approach. This research was carried out with the aim of identifying the mystical space in mappadendang tradition which was held in Allamungeng Patue Village. After conducting the tracing process, the researcher found that mappadendang tradition which was held in Allamungeng Patue Village, Bone Regency in July 2020 was not a tradition of harvest celebration as generally in several villages in Bone Regency, especially Bugis tribe, but mappadendang was held as a form of shielding from all distress including Covid-19 outbreak. This trust was obtained after one of the immigrants who now resides in the village dreamed of meeting an invisible figure (tau panrita) who ordered a party to be held that would bring all the village people because remembering that in the village during Covid-19 happened to almost all the existing areas in Indonesia, the people of Allamungeng Patue Village were spared from the outbreak. Spontaneously, the people of Allamungeng Patue Village worked together to immediately carry out the mappadendang tradition as a form of interpretation of the message carried by the figure.

This article exposes how STEM-based learning is applied in science class to give students meaningful learning experience in the topic of Pascal Law. This study is motivated by the demand of 21st century skill which expect people to have 4C skills; critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. In this study, STEM-based learning is conducted at a private secondary school located in Bandung with 28 students of grade 8 as the subjects. Students are provided a problem related to the application of Pascal Law namely hydraulic bridge. They are challenged to design their own hydraulic bridge which can be lifted with maximum angle but in minimum time. A descriptive study is taken where all the data is obtained through direct observation and students’ interview. Based on cognitive test, there is difference on pre-test and post-test score that resulting in the number of gain. Based on direct observation, none of students just sitting on their seat without activities and all are on collaboration to reach their goal. Students’ interview indicates they enjoy learning process as it is their first experience accomplishing a project and it makes them more understand the concept through the real application. Overall of the study, STEM-based learning through hydraulic bridge project stimulates students to be able to think critically, to be creative, to collaborate, and to communicate.

The article discusses the problems of evolution and the formation of the ideology of an enlightened monarchy in Russia. In this regard, the philosophical and political ideas of Catherine the Great, as well as their theoretical and ideological premises, are analyzed. It is noted that the philosophy of education in Russia was closely connected with the concepts of Voltaire, Didro, Montesquieu, Beccaria, Bentham, their views on natural law and human freedom, humanism and the rule of law. These concepts in the philosophy of Catherine received a specific interpretation, due to the sociocultural conditions of Russia. This was manifested in the famous work of Catherine the Great “The Nakaz”, which recognized Montesquieu's argument in favor of the autocracy, but at the same time, his point of view on the separation of powers was rejected. The specificity of the doctrine of enlightened monarchy lies in the combination of liberal and conservative values, which form eclectic forms. This was the dialectic of the supreme power, the difference between the enlightened monarchy and the ideology of absolutism. The article also notes that education in Russia is associated with fundamental socio-political reforms, processes of secularization of culture. At this time, the natural and human sciences are developing. The changes positively influenced the development of medicine, beautification of towns and public education. Also considered are the views on the autocracy of the opposition nobility intelligentsia: A. N. Radishchev and noted that his criticism of the autocracy was determined by an alternative cultural policy, proceeding from the protection of the interests of the people. The doctrine of enlightened monarchy is characterized by internal worldview inconsistency and political inconsistency, which did not allow solving the pressing social problems of the establishment of legal state, democratization of society and the abolition of serfdom.

This research is a quantitative descriptive study by collecting various sources from journals and current case studies about COVID 19 outbreak. The technique of collecting data uses quotations and related news. The results in this study are COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has a pretty bad impact on the capital market, where the occurrence of this pandemic has affected many investors in making investment actions that are very influential on the Stock Market.
