Tamils are considering female deities as unique. Tamils are worshipping female deities for long periods. This article is explaining about mother goddesses, Kotravai deity and Kaaliamman temple which located in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. This article would explain briefly about the history and characteristic of mother goddesses, Kortavai deity and Sentul Kaaliamman temple. This research is a fieldwork and used library research method and observation method as research methods. This paper gives a wide explain about the mother goddesses, Kotravai deity and Sentul Kaaliamman.

AbstractPurpose of this study was to describe the meaning of ezer kenegdo and to know position and role of women in the family. The research method used is qualitative research methods (library research). The term of “ ezer kenegdo” refer to a helper but her position withoutsuperiority and inferiority. “The patner model” between men and women is uderstood in relation to one another as the same function, where differences are complementary and mutually beneficial in all walks of life and human endeavors.Keywords: Ezer Kenegdo; Women; Family.AbstrakTujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengertian ezer kenegdo dan mengetahui kedudukan dan peran perempuan dalam keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif library research. Ungkapan “ezer kenegdo” menunjuk pada seorang penolong namun kedudukannya adalah setara tanpa ada superioritas dan inferioritas. “Model kepatneran” antara laki-laki dan perempuan dipahami dengan hubungan satu dengan yang lain sebagai fungsi yang sama, yang mana perbedaan adalah saling melengkapi dan saling menguntungkan dalam semua lapisan kehidupan dan usaha manusia.Kata Kunci: Ezer Kenegdo, Prerempuan, Keluarga.

Abstract    This research was conducted at the Central Market of Majene City, West Sulawesi. Majene Central Market, located in Kec. Banggae as the capital of Majene Regency is a market that is often visited by various groups because it provides a variety of necessities of life so that there are various problems in the transportation system both infrastructure and infrastructure. The aim of purpose research is to (1) Knowing the characteristics of parking, (2) Explaining about management of parking (3) providing alternative input about retribution management of parking The aim of this research method used is a field survey by updating the types of vehicles that enter and exit the parking area. Retrieval of data used in this study uses 2 (two) methods, namely: 1). Field research methods, namely direct observation of locations to see physical conditions; 2) Library Research Methods. Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive way by giving a description of the location through the assessment of variables including the analysis of parking characteristics and the arrangement of parking spaces that can provide a sense of security and comfort. Data were analyzed by calculating the number of parking needs that must be provided of characterictic of parking, parking space equipped with parking capacity, parking volume, accumulation of parking, duration of parking , level of parking use, and parking index. The result of the research obtained from the required parking space of 427 parking lots for transport vehicles. Parking maintenance needs to be done by the government to pay attention to parking spaces in the Central Market of Majene City and is expected to be a strategic planning in the regulation and retribution of parking arrangements in the central market of Majene City and management of parking   Keywords; characteristic of parking, management of parking, retribution of parking     Abstrak   Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pasar Sentral Kota Majene, Sulawesi Barat. Pasar Sentral Majene yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Banggae merupakan, pasar yang sering dikunjungi oleh berbagai kalangan karena menyediakan berbagai macam kebutuhan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengetahui karakteristik parkir, (2) Menjelaskan tentang pengelolaan parkir (3) memberikan masukan alternatif tentang penataan ruang parkir serta pengelolaan retribusi parkir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey lapangan dengan mencatat jenis kendaraan yang keluar masuk dalam area parkir. Pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 2 (dua) metode yaitu : 1). Metode penelitian lapangan (Field Research Method) yaitu pengamatan langsung pada lokasi untuk melihat kondisi fisik; 2) Metode Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research Method). Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif dengan memberikan gambaran terhadap lokasi melalui identifikasi terhadap variabel-variabel antara lain analisis karakteristik parkir dan penataan ruang parkir yang dapat memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman.. Data dianalisis dengan menghitung besarnya jumlah kebutuhan parkir yang harus disediakan lahan parkir yang meliputi kapasitas parkir, volume parkir, akumulasi parkir, durasi parkir, tingkat penggunaan parkir, dan indeks parkir. Hasil penelitian diperoleh tempat parkir yang dibutuhkan sebesar 1.171 tempat parkir untuk kendaraan transportasi. Pemeliharaan parkir perlu dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk memperhatikan ruang parkir di Pasar Sentral Kota Majene dan diharapkan menjadi perencanaan strategis dalam pengaturan dan retribusi pengaturan parkir di pasar pusat Kota Majene dan pengelolaan parkir Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan karakteristik parkir di Pasar Sentral Majene yang meliputi volume, akumulasi dan kapasitas parkir diperoleh bahwa: 1). Volume parkir jam puncak pembeli/pengunjung terjadi pada jam 10:00 sampai 14:00; 2). Akumulasi parkir puncak tertinggi terjadi pada hari minggu pukul 11.00-15.00 oleh pembeli/ pengunjung dengan akumulasi; 3) Kapasitas parkir tertinggi pada jam 10:00 sampai jam 14:00. Bentuk yang cocok untuk kegiatan parkir di pasar sentral Majene adalah bentuk parkir 90⁰ dan bentuk parkir sudut dengan kemiringan 45⁰. Demikian juga untuk konsep pola parkir dan penataannya dapat dibedakan atas : 1) parkir untuk pengunjung harus mudah dicapai dan dekat dengan jalan sebagai akses utama; 2). Parkir pengelola harus dipisahkan dengan parkir pengunjung; 3) parkir hendaknya dapat dipisahkan berdasarkan jenis kendaraan. The purpose of this research discusses political intervention in legislation in Indonesia to examine the problems that occur in the process of making laws. Based on the problems examined by the author, the research method used is a normative research method. Normative legal research methods or library research methods are methods or methods used in legal research conducted by examining existing library materials. Law intervention results in the form of ratification of the agenda of the intervention, and the Articles then become the basis for activities that are detrimental to the people at large and are contrary to ideology, religion for the Indonesian people. Thus, the intervention of the Law harms the nation extensively.

Legal discussion about music in Islam is a forbidden matter. Although there are opinions that allow, but this opinion is weak with the arguments of the Qur'an, the traditions and ijmak of the scholars of the Salaf in their forbidden. The beatbox in Islamic nasheed is in the form of rhythmic sounds such as drum beats, musical instruments, or imitations of other sounds, especially turntables, through human speech instruments such as the mouth, tongue and lips that accompany Islamic nashid as the sounds musical instrument replacement. The purpose of this study was to determine the beatbox law in Islamic nasyid. The research method applies qualitative studies with library research methods and descriptive analysis and uses a normative approach. The results showed that the legal consequences of beatbox art were indeed discussed by the scholars, but the strongest opinion was that it was not allowed. The sounds that come from the human body and the sound resembles the sound of a musical instrument, so the law is haram, both playing it and hearing it. As for Islamic nasheed which does not contain forbidden cases, then the law may.

Method of Discussion and Instructional Media has a very big role in shaping an entire process This is nothing else because through the Method of Discussion and Instructional Media can gain knowledge and through knowledge also humans will be able to do good. The main problem in this study is the extent to which the Effects of Discussion Methods and Instructional Media on Student Achievement in PKN Subjects in Class X of SMA Muhammadiyah Pangandaran. While the method that the author uses in this study is the field research method (field research) in order to find out students' reading interest which is supported by library research methods in order to have a strong theoretical foundation. Therefore, the data collection tools used were in the form of questionnaires, observation sheets and interview guide sheets. This study aims to determine the intellectual education of Ali bin Abi Thalib. The research method uses data collection techniques in the form of studying and collecting data through reading materials sourced from primary books and secondary books related to the themes discussed. This type of research is qualitative with library research, namely collecting data or scientific papers from the library, and analyzing it with content analysis. The results of his research are that the purpose of education is to humanize humans and deliver them to true happiness (al-sa'adah al-abadiyah). The curriculum used is an educational curriculum that is not much different from the curriculum of the Prophet Muhammad. The educational method used is sima'ah, which is a method that emphasizes the listening dimension, siyahah, which is an observation method based on wandering experience and siyadah, is a method of instilling authority in the realm of leadership.

This paper aims to examine and understand the form of political mobilization and also the reason of the XTC Indonesia Community Organization in supporting the spouses of candidates Ridwan Kamil and Uu Ruzhanul Ulum in the West Java Governor Election in 2018. This research method uses qualitative approach, data and information obtained through observation method, interview and library method (Library Research). The results of the study concluded that, political mobilization carried out by XTC Indonesia is a gathering of members / cadres who are carried out through a command to be collected, and involved in democratic parties through political participation by mobilizing its members to support the spouse of Ridwan Kamil - Uu Ruzhanul Ulum in the West Java Governor Election Year 2018.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Permendagri No 2 tahun 2016 tentang Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Denpasar. Selanjutnya penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana proses dalam penerapan Permendagri No 2 tahun 2016 tentang Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) di Kecamatan Denpasar Barat. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dengan cara pengumpulan data bermacam-macam material dan referensi lain yang berkaitan dengan berkembang pada situasi sosial yang diteliti. Metode observasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui sesuatu dari sebuah fenomena yang didasari pada pengetahuan dan gagasan yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi-informasi terkait dengan suatu fenomena yang diteliti baik yang sudah atau sedang terjadi. Menganalisis data dengan cara menarikan kesimpulan dari hasil Wawancara atau interview yang nanti dapat digunakan untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Sesuai dengan rumusan masalah, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meneliti bagaimana penerapan kebijakan dan proses penerapan Permendagri No 2 tahun 2016 tentang Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Denpasar                                                                                                                                                          Kata kunci: Implementasi Kebijakan, Kartu Identitas Anak, Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Denpasar   Abstract This study aims to determine how the application of Permendagri No. 2 of 2016 concerning Child Identity Cards (KIA) in the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Denpasar. The method of collecting data used in this research is a library research method. It is done by collecting various kinds of material data and other references which is related to the analyzed development of social situation. The observation method is carried out to find out the phenomenon based on knowledge and ideas that aim to obtain informations related to a phenomenon that is being investigated either already or is happening. The method of analyzing data is done by drawing conclusions from the results of the interview. In accordance with the research problem, the purpose of this study is to examine how the application of the policies and the process of applying Permendagri No. 2 of 2016 concerning Child Identity Cards (KIA) in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar. The negative stigma lately is often carried by Muslims. This often occurs in acts of violence and intolerance carried out by radical Islamic community organizations. They are provoked by their leaders through lectures and da'wah. For this reason, the influence and example of nationalist and tasamuf religious leaders are needed. Abah Anom was the leader of the Qadiriyyah Wa Naqsyabandiyyah Islamic Boarding School, the Suryalaya Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya, West Java. One of the cleric who can be a role model in the syiar of Islam and the life of the nation and state. Apart from being a nationalist cleric, he also highly respects the local wisdom. Through this paper, it is hoped that it will inspire the younger generation of Islam to practice religion without forgetting local wisdom. Another thing is the need to foster nationalism and accept the differences that exist in society. The research method uses library research methods where the library sources are taken from books and journals / proceedings. Through his example and also his works can be learned about the role of nationalism and creativity in his broadcast. His view of local wisdom, especially Sundanese culture, is precisely to strengthen the Qodiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah Tarekat. Abah Anom's role model is needed for the young generation of Islam today, in this global era and the fading of their nationalistic values.      Keywords: Abah Anom, nasionalism, tasamuhAbstrakStigma negatif akhir-akhir ini kerap disandang oleh umat Islam. Hal ini dikarenakan sering terjadi aksi kekerasan dan intoleran yang dilakukan oleh kelompok ormas Islam radikal. Mereka terprovokasi oleh pemimpinnya melalui ceramah dan dakwah. Untuk itu pengaruh dan teladan seorang pemimpin keagamaan yang nasionalis dan tasamuf sangat diperlukan. Abah Anom merupakan pemimpin Pesantren Tarekat Qadiriyyah wa Naqsyabandiyyah yakni Pesantren Suryalaya di Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. Salah satu ulama yang dapat menjadi panutan dalam syiar Islam maupun kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Selain seorang ulama yang nasionalis, beliau juga sangat menghormati kearifan lokal dimana pesantren ini berada. Melalui tulisan ini diharapkan dapat menginspirasi generasi muda Islam untuk dapat mengamalkan ajaran agama tanpa melupakan kearifan lokal setempat. Selain itu juga perlunya memupuk rasa kebangsaan dan menerima perbedaan yang ada di masyarakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dimana sumber pustaka diambil dari buku-buku, jurnal, prosiding, majalah dan koran. Melalui teladan kehidupannya dan juga karya-karyanya bisa dipelajari tentang peran nasionalisme dan kreativitas dalam syiarnya. Pandangannya terhadap kearifan lokal khususnya budaya Sunda justru untuk memperkokoh Tarekat Qodiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah. Suri teladan Abah Anom perlu ditiru oleh generasi muda Islam saat ini, di tengah arus global dan lunturnya nilai-nilai nasionalismenya yang mereka alami.      Keywords: Abah Anom, nasionalisme, tasamuh

Abstract. This study aims to find out the function of the sun in the perspective of science and the Qur'an. The research method used is qualitative research methods with the type of library research (Library Research). The results of this study are, scientific theories explain the function of the sun in accordance with what is explained in the verses of the Qur'an. Science explains that the sun as the largest source of light energy for the earth can produce its own energy. This is explained in the Qur'an that the sun is described as siraj and dhiya 'which means sunlight comes from itself, and as the center of the solar system with the sun's gravitational force not static but also moving, this is in the Koran explained in (QS Yasin verse 38; QS Noah verse 16), besides that science and the Koran also equally explain that the sun as a process of photosynthesis (QS At-Takwir verse 18; QS Thaha verse 53) and the sun can be used as a time calculation (QS Al-An'am verse 96).
