The success of innovation activities of industrial enterprises to create product innovations depends on many factors. One of the main factors in this list is an objective assessment of their market prospects. This assessment can be carried out using the procedure of marketing testing, as it contains necessary methodological support and tools to determine the commercial prospects of product innovation at each stage of the innovation cycle. The effectiveness of marketing testing largely depends on how successfully organized this process in the enterprise, which actualizes the development of organizational and economic mechanism for managing marketing testing of market prospects for product innovations. This research is devoted to this question. The article presents the organizational and economic mechanism for managing marketing testing of market prospects of product innovations of industrial enterprises. The developed mechanism contains: subsystem of information support (internal and external information), target subsystem (tasks and purposes, criteria and principles of management of marketing testing), control subsystem (subjects which carry out management and functions which they carry out), the managed subsystem (divisions of the enterprise). Involved in marketing testing), providing a subsystem (methods and resources of management) and a subsystem of controlling the procedure of marketing testing of market prospects of product innovations. The mechanism also includes a subsystem of marketing testing, which consists of the author’s theoretical and methodological approaches to assessing the market prospects of product innovations at the stages of the innovation cycle of their development. It is based on the following approaches: theoretical and methodological approach to foresight research of future needs in product innovations; theoretical and methodological approach to the criterion base of evaluation and selection from a number of alternatives of innovative projects for the development of product innovations; theoretical and methodological approach to marketing testing and evaluation of market prospects of product innovations; theoretical and methodological approach to the diagnosis and strengthening of consumer capital of the enterprise; methodical approach, by which decisions are made on the readiness of product innovations to enter the market and complete the work on the procedure of marketing testing. The marketing testing mechanism contains the relationships between the subsystems (influence, coordination, and adjustment, feedback) to obtain an overall result. The result of the implementation of the proposed mechanism is tested for market success, developed product innovation, which is ready for commercialization, which is predicted to succeed, and the developer, thus, will receive all planned revenues and profits from its sale on the market. The conducted analysis is a future basis for the implementation of the developed organizational and economic testing mechanism in the practical activities of domestic innovative industrial enterprises.

Perspective directions in strategizing the Internet marketing policy for innovative development of tourism enterprises are formed. A methodological approach has been developed and proposed, which allows to effectively and on an institutional basis combine opposite strategic vectors of activating Internet marketing of innovation: external vector (when a company focuses on innovation, related to trends in market demand and external need for innovation) and internal vector (when the path of innovative development and activity is determined by internal potential and financial resource capacity). Thus, the peculiarity of the author's approach is in the identification of organizational-managerial, information-technological, integrated, financial-investment, marketing, immanent, infrastructural, cluster and interactive spatial-network directions of innovative development with clear signs of synergy. The applied significance of the research is to determine the strategic concept and design a structure of the organizational and economic mechanism for improving Internet marketing of tourism enterprises on an innovative basis, as well as to substantiate the provisions of the organizational and economic mechanism of tourism development on an innovative basis. The scientific novelty of the research results is that the developed tools of policy of formation and implementation of organizational and economic mechanism of Internet marketing for the tourism enterprise development on innovative principles based on new tools and concepts of system and complexity of their combination, traditional substantiation of a set of proposals for the organization and control of innovation, the introduction of a number of economic incentives and motives for its internal and external actors. Such innovative principles allowed to substantiate the essential-typological and applied characteristics of functional and structural elements of the organizational-economic mechanism: institutional-legal base, administrative-functional apparatus, information-analytical block, scientific-technical support, financial-investment support, market-interface superstructure, intellectual-personnel component and logistics.

Employee turnover is a certain form of the social and labor movement of personnel, caused by existence of an imbalance of interests of internal labor market subjects because of interaction of social and economic, social and psychological and other factors. Purpose. The aim of the article is to improve the methodological approach to the diagnosis of the processes of formation and sustainable development of a smart city, in particular, the formation of a logical and structural approach to this process. Methodology of research. The study uses generally accepted methods in economics: monographic, theoretical and comparative analysis – to reveal the conceptual foundations of the formation and sustainable development of a smart city; analysis and synthesis, system and structural, abstract and logical, statistical groupings – to improve methodological approaches to the diagnosis of the formation and ensure the sustainable development of a smart city. Findings. The analysis of theoretical sources of Ukrainian and foreign scientists concerning the definition and diagnosis of sustainable development of a smart city was conducted. It is established that there is no methodical approach to the diagnosis of sustainable development of a smart city, which is based on statistical observations of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine. The author’s methodical approach to diagnostics of the process of smart city development is proposed, which, in contrast to the existing ones, covers the consistent implementation of research stages at the macro, meso, and micro levels. The necessity of using a set of statistical data and mathematical methods in the process of developing directions for improving the efficiency of strategic management of sustainable development of a smart city is substantiated. Originality. The methodological approach to the diagnosis of sustainable development of a smart city has been improved, which, in contrast to the existing ones, covers the consistent implementation of research stages at the macro, meso, micro levels: strategic analysis and assessment of sustainable development of smart cities in Ukraine at the macro and meso levels; analysis of the effectiveness of the use of the existing potential for sustainable development of smart cities at the micro level; modelling, development of directions of increase of efficiency of use of available potential and formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of sustainable development of smart cities. Practical value. The application of the proposed methodology will contribute to the development of organizational and economic principles of building a mechanism for managing the development of a smart city. Key words: sustainable development, smart city, diagnostics, organizational and economic mechanism.

Innovators of in vitro meat (IVM) are convinced that this approach is the solution for problems related to current meat production and consumption, especially regarding animal welfare and environmental issues. However, the production conditions have yet to be fully clarified and there is still a lack of ethical discourses and critical debates on IVM. In consequence, discussion about the ethical justifiability and desirability of IVM remains hypothetical and we have to question those promises. This paper addresses the complex ethical aspects associated with IVM and the questions of whether, and under what conditions, the production of IVM represents an ethically justifiable solution for existing problems, especially in view of animal welfare, the environment, and society. There are particular hopes regarding the benefits that IVM could bring to animal welfare and the environment, but there are also strong doubts about their ethical benefits.

Abstract. TV news are essentially cultural phenomena. Previous research suggests that the often-overlooked formal and implicit characteristics of newscasts may be systematically related to culture-specific characteristics. Investigating these characteristics by means of a frame-by-frame content analysis is identified as a particularly promising methodological approach. To examine the relationship between culture and selected formal characteristics of newscasts, we present an explorative study that compares material from the USA, the Arab world, and Germany. Results indicate that there are many significant differences, some of which are in line with expectations derived from cultural specifics. Specifically, we argue that the number of persons presented as well as the context in which they are presented can be interpreted as indicators of Individualism/Collectivism. The conclusions underline the validity of the chosen methodological approach, but also demonstrate the need for more comprehensive and theory-driven category schemes.
