Proposing an expanded theoretical framework of innovation adoption linking to consumer innovativeness and creativity and their driving factors

This exploratory study attempts to explore the relationships between innovation adoption and its potentially direct and indirect determinants including global innovativeness, domain specific innovativeness, creativity, and the two sets of potential determinants of creativity, i.e. modern technology hobbies and environmental variables. A series of tests have been conducted in order to lend support to our results and arguments. By integrating all the key results, we propose an expanded theoretical framework of innovation adoption including variables that hitherto have been omitted in previous studies.

         The modern technology to finance investments, of leasing, and the wide attention in the industrialized countries due to their particular flexibility, as well as their low costs often thus making them an alternative to compete with other traditional financing methods. It is noted in this regard that developing countries, especially Arab ones for the most part what relatively late still in the application of this type of financing , companies are leasing is still very low compared with the industrialized countries due to traditional methods control of funding for financial institutions, and non-acceptance risk in new areas of funding, lack of professionalism in the financial and banking field and then dodging relatively active participation in economic development; this study examine the decision to leasing the Iraqi environment as a source of funding for projects to identify extent the desire of the Iraqi projects and their ability to exercise Activity leasing, as well as the desire of the Iraqi banks and their ability to finance the leasing projects, According hypotheses of the study using a model according to the measure " Likert " questionnaire, the first model to the Iraqi projects, as leasing , and was (50) projects , in the face of the second model to the branches of Iraqi banks, as leased, the (40) bank. The study concluded the following results:  The desire of the Iraqi projects, and their ability to exercise Activity leasing, as well as a statistically significant relationship between the knowledge of the project of leasing activity and flexible lease process, and pledges to the tenant project against for financing its assets on the one hand, and between the desire of the projects, and their ability to exercise leasing activity on the other.


This research paper is an exploratory study on the uses of hologram technology in educational theaters in Egyptian schools. Considering theater as one of the instructional methods adopted by the Egyptian Ministry of Education in the school curricula, and as an accredited school activity within a group of other educational activities. The introduction provides an overview of holographic technology and predicts its future in student learning. It further outlines educational activities that have become heavily dependent on technology in training and application, with the simplistic definition of 3D technology and 3D imaging explained. The literature review presents publications in hologram technology and related publications, explaining the different concepts of holographic, virtual, and augmented reality. The applicability of these concepts is elucidated, especially in theater activity as an educational tool in schools and educational institutions. Besides, the research focuses on the educational theater in Egypt, and the use of technology as a supportive means of achieving the goals of educational activities that may apply to exceptional capabilities and requirements. Modern technology using hologram may provide solutions to basic requirements for the stage, lighting arts, decoration, and theatrical illusions to achieve the goals of theatrical performances for educational purposes. The study used a sample size of 400 individuals represented as those responsible for performing theater activity in several schools in four different governorates in Egypt. The study results showed the impact of holographic technology in Egyptian school theaters and future challenges that may hinder the implementation of holographic technology in educational theatres, making references to previous studies on the topic. In its conclusions, the study addressed the funding gap and other challenges facing the implementation of hologram technology in educational theaters in Egypt

Abstract Although most research into grit – an individual difference that encompasses perseverance and passion for achieving long-term goals – has taken a domain-general perspective (e.g., Duckworth et al., 2007), emerging interest in a domain-specific approach to grit (e.g., Clark & Malecki, 2019) provides the groundwork for research into language learning grit. Expanding upon this nascent line of research (e.g., Teimouri, Plonsky, & Tabandeh, in press), this exploratory study supports a two-dimensional factor structure of language learning grit and, given the superior criterion validity of the perseverance of effort (PE) grit subscale comparable to foreign language anxiety with regard to second (L2) and third (L3) language achievement and self-rated proficiency among 153 Russian undergraduates, a reconceptualization of – and further research into – grit as a language-domain-specific construct in second language acquisition (SLA).

This article reports on an exploratory study of the causes and effects of conflict within the open source software project, Debian. Conflict arose when the project leader decided to introduce payment for select volunteers within an all-volunteer project to speed up the release of Debian. The study utilized the theoretical framework of Boltanski and Thévenot for understanding disputes. The results of the survey of Debian developers show that the conditions for conflict were complex and were driven by perception of misuse of authority, ideology, feeling of inequity, and satisfaction with pay for their regular job. The effects of the conflict were shown to be pervasive as it affected volunteer's citizenship behaviors and withdrawal from the project. Additionally, the conflict led some developers to reaffirm their beliefs about the value of paying volunteers. The conclusions of the study offer insight into the issues of incentivizing volunteer OSS developers.
