- This study analyses 37 questionnaires administered to the same number of auxiliaries of the Judge for the preliminary investigations with reference to the probatory incident on alleged minor victims of sexual abuse. The research wants to examine the real care and protection measures of the alleged victims during the period of time that goes from revelation to judicial hearing and to the moment of the same hearing. Besides, it aims to verify to what extent hearing is a hardship for the child and the eventual correlations between that and some variables about the procedures for the collection of witness, the need of protection and the setting features. The results show, even within the judicial course, a low, late or failed activation of the assistance, protection and care already provided by national rules and international conventions.Key words: auxiliary, probatory procedure, protected hearing, interview.Parole chiave: ausiliario, incidente probatorio, audizione protetta, intervista.

Changing gender roles and caretaking roles in the family have resulted in increased father involvement in the day-to-day care of their children. As a result, there is a need to better understand the nature of father–child relationships within the context of multiple circumstances. One specific example is the role of nonoffending fathers in the care of children after child sexual abuse disclosure. This article first reviews how the attachment theory has evolved to include fathers and then reviews the unique contribution of paternal attachment to the care of child victims of sexual abuse. Implications for practice include enhanced engagement and intervention strategies that incorporate fathers effectively in services, better utilizing fathers as allies in the care of their children.

Moral crime or moral harassment and sexual harassment are two forms of violation of morality which are not only a national legal problem of a country, but already a legal problem of all countries in the world or a global problem. The research method used by the author is a type of normative legal research with the legislation approach and concept approach. The goal to be achieved is to realize optimal legal protection for child victims of sexual abuse, which has many problems. The results showed that legal protection for child victims of sexual abuse was carried out by providing legal assistance and rehabilitation. The implementation of legal protection is still constrained by the substance of the law; legal structure, legal culture, facilities and infrastructure. A clear and comprehensive regulation on the protection of children which in essence aims to provide guarantees and protect their rights so that they can live, grow, develop and participate, optimally, and obtain protection from violence and discrimination. Keywords : Legal Protection, Children, Sexual Harassment

- The article focuses the strongly criticized use of psychometric tests in the evaluation of children sexual abuse. The use of inventories and projective techniques as Rorschach, thematic and design-based tests, is useful to assess the psychic consequences after the abuse and to plan a therapeutic intervention. But the reliability and the discriminant validity of the indicators derived from the tests are reduced when the aim of the assessment is to search for signs of an hypothesized abuse. Results of empirical studies regarding these issues are reported, suggesting that a proper use of psychometric tests in juridical settings requests interpretive caution.Key words: sexual abuse, assessment, psychometric tests, projective techniques.Parole chiave: abuso sessuale, assessment, test psicometrici, tecniche proiettive.
