Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) or Sterilization Center Installation is a strategic service unit in preventing infection. And has the main function of preparing clean and sterile tools for the purposes of patient care at the hospital. The research method used descriptive qualitative and research design used case study. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, checklist and document review. The results show that 1) CSSD planning is well planned, 2) CSSD organizing has not been fully structured, 3) Implementation consists of receiving tools, packaging, labeling, sterilization, distribution, and storage, 4) supervision done every 6 months.

Case study is prominent in qualitative research literature, yet the methodologists do not have a full consensus on whether it is an approach, a method, a methodology, or a design. Perhaps this flexibility contributes to ambiguity for the burgeoning researcher. The works of prominent methodologists, namely Robert Yin, Sharan Merriam, and Robert Stake, are explored as an attempt to define case study and then explain how it can be utilized as a ‘road map' for engaging case study to investigate current practices in inclusivity and wellbeing. The author serves as a provocateur and explores the question: “How do you surface deep knowledge in your interview participants?” This chapter contributes knowledge to the field of research, specifically methodological information for the novice researcher considering using case study as a research method. Dually, this chapter brings into focus examples of case study method applied to explore inclusion and wellbeing.

We investigated the perceived quality of teleradiology services offered at a rural hospital in comparison with radiology provided by three other methods: circuit riding', an on-site radiologist, and a hybrid arrangement. The research design was a case study, with interviews of administrators, technologists and physicians at the rural hospital, followed by a structured survey of all staff physicians. Responses were analysed both qualitatively and quantitatively. Both interviews and the survey indicated that teleradiology was perceived to be as accurate as on-site film interpretation. All other aspects of the service- efficiency, reports, communications and the overall contribution to patient care-were judged to be poorer than on-site radiology. We conclude that the provision of acceptable teleradiology requires considerable attention to all aspects of the radiology service, with attention to differences in institutional culture and mission, and to communication.

His study aims to describe the implementation of the decorative reliefs of the Borobudur temple flora on the batik motifs of PGSD FKIP UAD students. The research method that will be used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and document review. Data analysis techniques that will be used in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study were the implementation of various relief batik motifs through the reliefs of the flora of the Borobudur temple on the work of PGSD UAD students. The motifs that appear in the decorative motifs made by students are geometric and non-gemetric batik motifs combined with flora reliefs in the form of frangipani trees, lotus trees, banana trees and lotus trees. Student works are in the form of 2-dimensional works with the identification of elements of straight, curved, zigzag and irregular lines, geometric expressions, organic expressions, multi-angled faces, and irregular shapes. and tertiary, playing dark and light, applying the principles of composition work. Keywords: Decorative Variety, Batik Motif, Relief

In the current situation, students consider a less exciting subject and less motivated to learn social studies. So that students tend to be less enthusiastic when participating in learning, especially in distance learning. This study aims to describe social studies learning innovations for students based on fun educational games for students. This research method is a qualitative method using case study techniques directly on students and literature students. The results of this study are; (1) social studies learning strategies based on fun educational games related to simple social studies materials, but packaged in interesting patterns for students so that they can increase students motivation and interest in learning, especially in social studies learning; (2) Increasing the optimization of students in understanding social studies materials with the concept of strengthening reflection in social studies learning, especially in the introduction of regions and cultures in Indonesia.

There is growing recognition that methods that elicit the perspectives of vulnerable and marginalized people are essential in understanding the needs and aspirations of this group and therefore necessary when developing impactful policies, services, and environments that support them. Creative elicitation methods, which privilege participant voice, can be useful for conducting research with such populations. This chapter explores how research informed by care ethics, appreciative inquiry, and communicative methodology can support participant self-determination through the achievement of autonomy, competence, and relatedness. By advancing deliberate, iterative, and care-full research design that emphasizes belonging, dignity, and justice, cultural probes provide practical potential and ethical utility as a research method. The effectiveness of this care-full cultural probe approach is demonstrated and examined through a case study of a co-design research project concerned with designing for health and well-being at home with and for older adults.

In his fourth edition of Case Study Research Design and Methods, Robert K. Yin continues to encourage the formation of better case study research. The text provides a technical yet practical guide to aid the committed researcher. It is an effort to promote rigor and to encourage the recognition of the limitations and awareness of the strengths of case study research. Throughout the text, Yin forthrightly addressed criticisms of the method and provided a solid defense of case study research and its breadth as a research method. An unexpected bonus of the text is found in the cross reference table that provides access to a wealth of classic and contemporary case study research.

Qualitative case study research can be a valuable tool for answering complex, real-world questions. This method is often misunderstood or neglected due to a lack of understanding by researchers and reviewers. This tutorial defines the characteristics of qualitative case study research and its application to a broader understanding of stuttering that cannot be defined through other methodologies. This article will describe ways that data can be collected and analyzed.
