PT XYZ menghasilkan produk berbahan nonmetal yaitu produk Flap Comp Luggage. Dalam memilih pemasok bahan baku Flap Comp Luggage salah satunya karpet, sering mengalami keterlambatan dan tidak dapat diproses. Selain itu PT XYZ hanya memilih pemasok dari segi harga tanpa mempertimbangkan kriteria-kriteria yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. Salah satu cara dalam memilih pemasok bahan baku yang baik yaitu menggunakan metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP). Pemasok yang bekerja sama dengan PT XYZ adalah PT HERCULON, PT MULTI WARNA, DAN PT MEIWA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh PT MEIWA merupakan pemasok yang memiliki bobot paling tinggi yakni 49,32% Berdasarkan kriteria bobot paling besar hingga terkecil adalah kriteria pengiriman dengan persentase bobot sebesar 32,72%, kriteria pelayanan dengan persentase bobot sebesar 27,69%, kriteria harga dengan persentase bobot sebesar 21,78%, dan kriteria kualitas dengan persentase bobot sebesar 17,81%.   PT XYZ is a company that manufactures non-metal products, namely Flap Comp Luggage products. In choosing Flap Comp Baggage raw material suppliers, one of them is carpet, often delayed and cannot be processed. In addition, PT XYZ only selects suppliers in terms of price without considering the criteria desired by the company. One way to choose a good supplier of raw materials is to use the Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) method. Suppliers working with PT XYZ are PT HERCULON, PT MULTI WARNA, AND PT MEIWA. Based on the results of research obtained by PT. MEIWA is a supplier that has the highest weight of 49,32%. Based on the highest to maximum weighting criteria, the shipping criteria have a maximum weight of 32,72%, service criteria weighing 27,69%, price criteria with a weighting percentage of 21,78%, and quality criteria with a weighting percentage of 17,81%.

Nowadays, tempe household industry entrepreneurs must choose the right factory location. Location is very influential for develop of a company, besides it can minimize problems in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of priority criteria in selecting factory locations. The results of the calculation of priority criteria, it is hoped that entrepreneurs will find it easier to determine a suitable location to build a tempe factory. This research was conducted in Karanganyar Regency. The method used to determine the priority criteria for selecting the tempe factory location is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. After through the process of obtaining data and analyzing calculations using Microsoft Excel, the percentage result of the criteria are geological and climatic conditions (34.67%), availability of labor (26.94%), market and marketing distance (14.93%), transportation facilities (11.36%), supporting facilities and utilities (7.08%) and distance to the location of raw material suppliers (5.02%). This criterion combines several aspects based on the level of importance, so that the results of the order in selecting the location of the tempe factory will be more objective

M-Merchandise is a business launched by the Mulawarman University Business Management Agency. The problem for these merchandise products is that in determining suppliers it has not been done well, there is no particular method of determining suppliers. So M-Merchandise needs to do supplier selection to get the best supplierr. In making a decision, determining suppliers is applied to the AHP and TOPSIS methods. The AHP method is used to determine the most influential criteria with a paired comparison matrix, then the weight values ​​are used as input to the TOPSIS method to rank suppliers. From the results of the AHP calculation, M-Merchandise have obtained the quality criteria with the highest weight of 0.300. This shows that quality is a major factor in supplier selection. Furthermore, other criteria applied are price with a weight of 0.221, shipping 0.040, technical capability 0.165, a communication system 0.095, and a packaging ability 0.179. From the results of the TOPSIS calculation, the PK supplier is the best supplier to choose with a value of 0.617

The Bridgestone company is a company engaged in the plantation sector, currently it has employees of 230 staff/employees, every employee is entitled to an official residence, This requires the company to conduct a decision analysis to determine the official residence for each employee who will apply for the official housing facility. to reduce the level of lack of transparency and accuracy of data that can cause turmoil and gaps for each employee. Then an analysis of the results of decision support for obtaining a company official residence was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (Ahp) and Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (Topsis). The final results of the AHP method trial evaluation result in accurate data where there are 5 employees who are truly in the very feasible category to get an official residence. Whereas in the AHP method there are differences in the results found, where it is found that the number of employees is 1 person who should be in the feasible category but belongs to the very feasible category, so that the number generated from the TOPSIS method is 6 people. With these 2 methods, it can produce an accuracy value of around 60% by entering all the specified criteria.

PT Urchindize has more than 35 anchovy suppliers, although the company has many suppliers, it still often encounters obstacles. The obstacle felt by the company is that the supplier has not been able to meet a number of standard criteria owned by the company. The company has not yet implemented the proper selection and assessment method for suppliers. Based on this, the company must select suppliers to get suppliers who are truly able to meet company needs consistently and with quality. Based on the results of data processing using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, obtained the most influential criteria in supplier selection in the following order of priority: price criteria, delivery criteria, quality criteria, supplier relationship criteria, service criteria and responsibility. While the right supplier in the selection of suppliers for PT. Urchindize namely Mr. Ali Yudin became the main priority with a weight of 0.181, second was Mr. Akhsan with a weight of 0.159, third was Mr. Sugiyanto with a weight of 0.141, fourth was Mr. Junaidi with a weight of 0.118, the fifth was Mr. Masdawi with a weight of 0.102, the sixth was is Mrs. Mustarikah with a weight of 0.081, seventh is Mr. Sofyan and Mr. Idris with a weight of 0.073, eighth is Mr. Yusman with a weight of 0.044, the last priority is Mr. Abdul Rokhman with a weight of 0.037.

The abundant potential of fishery products in Aceh has encouraged ship growth to increase. Ship growth continued to increase by 8% over the past 5 years. So as to support the availability of a seaworthy and reliable fishing fleet, the availability and suitability of shipyards are needed at strategic locations. This study aims to determine the strategic location of shipyards for vessels size ≤ 10 GT, ≥ 10-20 GT, ≥ 30 GT in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. Data were collected by interview method and using a questionnaire. The data were accumulated, weighted, and analyzed by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using Expert Choice 11. The results showed that the comparison between Peukan Bada Shipyard and Lampulo Shipyard obtained: Peukan Bada Shipyard is suitable for vessels size ≤ 10 GT, ≥ 10-20 GT, ≥ 30 GT, compared to Lampulo Shipyard which is not suitable to be used as a shipyard. The comparison of Peukan Bada Shipyard with Krueng Raya Shipyard obtained the following results: The Peukan Bada Shipyard is suitable for vessels size ≤ 10 GT and ≥ 30 GT, and the Krueng Raya Shipyard is suitable for vessels size ≥ 10–20 GT. Determination of shipyards suitable for the vessels size ≤ 10 GT, ≥ 10-20 GT, ≥ 30 GT through the consideration of several criteria including land area, human resources, sources of raw materials, and facilities owned by each shipyard.Keywords: Wooden shipyard, Analytical Hierarchy Prosess (AHP), Vessel sizeABSTRAKPotensi hasil perikanan yang melimpah di Aceh telah mendorong pertumbuhan kapal semakin meningkat. Pertumbuhan kapal terus mengalami kenaikan sebesar 8% selama 5 tahun terakhir. Sehingga untuk menunjang ketersediaan armada penangkapan yang laik laut dan handal, maka diperlukan ketersediaan dan kesesuaian galangan kapal pada lokasi yang strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui letak lokasi galangan kapal yang strategis untuk kapal yang berukuran ≤ 10 GT, ≥ 10 – 20 GT, ≥ 30 GT di Banda Aceh dan Aceh Besar. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan menggunakan kuesioner. Data diakumulasikan, diberikan bobot, dan dianalisis dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Prosess (AHP) menggunakan Software Expert Choice 11.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari perbandingan antara Galangan Peukan Bada dengan Galangan Lampulo diperoleh hasil,  Galangan Peukan Bada sesuai untuk kapal yang berukuran ≤ 10 GT, ≥ 10–20 GT, ≥ 30 GT dibandingkan dengan Galangan Lampulo yang tidak sesuai untuk dijadikan sebagai galangan kapal. Perbandingan Galangan Peukan Bada dengan Galangan Krueng Raya diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut. Galangan Peukan Bada sesuai untuk kapal ≤ 10 GT dan ≥ 30 GT, dan Galangan Krueng Raya sesuai untuk kapal ≥ 10–20 GT. Penentuan galangan kapal yang sesuai untuk ukuran kapal ≤ 10 GT, ≥ 10-20 GT, ≥ 30 GT melalui pertimbangan beberapa kriteria yang meliputi luas lahan, sumber daya manusia, sumber bahan baku, serta fasilitas yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing galangan.Kata kunci: Galangan kapal kayu, Analytical Hierarchy Prosess (AHP), Ukuran kapal

Company is required to compete and being innovated to carry out work program strategies in order to improve the service quality while deliver goods to consumers. Due to limited resources, companies need to prioritize work programs based on existing criteria. The purpose of this study is the selection of work program priorities using the analytical hierarchy process method at PT. Garuda Indonesia Cargo. This research begins with determining the criteria and alternatives that are carried out for making questionnaires, then distributing questionnaires to get priority criteria and alternatives using the AHP method. The results of data processing using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method obtained the sequence results from each of the highest to lowest criteria and the highest weighted results were the quality criteria with the final weight value 0.71 after that followed the profit criteria with the final weight 0.29. After obtained the heightened criteria, the optimal alternative selected is Equipment with a weight value of 0.46, and followed by HR with a weight value of 0.38, then Infrastructure with a final weight value of 0.16.

This study aims to determine the best supplier for in-Lite lighting products. The company chose criteria and sub-criteria in supplier selection to optimize product sales continuity. This study used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which provided information about the criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives in the selection of three suppliers: A, B, and C. The existence of priority weights provided a decision in choosing the supplier of the lighting product. The new criteria and sub-criteria were the results of the literature study formulation and then adjusted again with the results of the interview. Seven criteria were determined in this study: production, price, quality, site selection, product suitability, delivery, and service. The results of the calculation of the priority weights of the criteria, sub-criteria, and alternative selection using a questionnaire. The parties involved in the selection of suppliers filled out the questionnaire to obtain a weight for each supplier. Based on the results of AHP calculations, supplier A got the highest weight of 0,442 or 44%, so this supplier is used as a company priority in choosing suppliers for in-Lite type lighting products.

The selection of a competent supplier is the one important factor to be able to compete with other companies. PT. XYZ, a company located in Sunter, is engaged in automotive manufacturing. In the period of 2017 PT. XYZ has several lines stop due to several factors, such as the delivery of raw materials which is often late, resulting in the availability of raw materials on the production line is less, incompatibility the goods compared to the specifications. Eight of them are stamping suppliers. The purpose of this study is to design an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) model that can be used to determine the criteria and the score of that, also determine the alternative suppliers which are the main priority in selecting supplier stamping.  Based on the data processing using the AHP method, obtained 5 criteria, Quality, price, delivery, capability, and service. The highest criteria’s value is quality with score 30%. While the priority of stamping supplier is PT C (12,49) and PT E is the supplier which is not prioritized because it is in the lowest position (5,68).

Employees in the company are the main resources required to be able to provide the best service and optimal performance. The selection of the best employees in a company is very important because it will determine the company's progress in the future. A home industry in East Kotawaringin Regency has 3 permanent employees. This Ramayana cracker business owner wants to know the best performance of his 3 employees, one of the effective ways in selecting employees is by implementing a decision support system and by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, we make this research to help business owners to their problem is solved. This study aims to complete practical decision making and have alternative choices for decision-makers, in order to choose the best employees in their home industry. The results of this study are aimed at home industry business owners in order to find out the best employees in this Ramayana home industry business.
