ABSTRAK Learning Arabic for the world of the Salaf Islamic Boarding School, which focuses on the study of the Yellow Book is one of the most important foundations because without understanding Arabic properly, it will face many difficulties. The learning system in Islamic boarding schools is often called Madrasah Diniyah. This Madrasah is one of the religious education institutions on the outside school path, which is expected to be able to continuously provide Islamic religious education to unmet students on the school path through the classical system. To study this problem, this research was carried out in the Madrasah Diniyah Al-Tarmasi with the subject of madrasah management from the Madrasah Headmaster, the board of teachers and education staff as well. Collecting data in this study are used interviews, observation and documentation as the main instruments with data triangulation as the analytical knife. The results of the study shown that there are several efforts by the Headmaster of Madrasah and teachers in improving the Quality of Arabic language learning by pouring a number of Strategies in: 1) Strategies to improve curriculum and the process of  Arabic learning. 2) Strategies for improving the quality of human resources to improve Arabic learning. 3) Strategies for improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of Arabiclearning. This research was motivated by the covid-19 pandemic which makes the world of education, especially Indonesia innovate to do Arabic language learning that is implemented online. This study aims determine the effectiveness of inline learning on Arabic language subjects that include the response of students, parents and teachers as well as the difficulties encountered in the implementation of online learning at PAI subjects. The subject in this study is the students of class VIII SMP Qur’an Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung with a total of 36 students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques are carried out using interview, questionnaires and documentation. The result of the interview and questionnaire distribution was that 75% of parents agreed that online learning was not effectively applied in learning and 50% of parents are dissatisfied with online learning. 69% of students think face-to-face learning is more effective than online learning and ranges from about 50% above who do not like changes in the implementation of learning, while teachers argue that online learning is less effective in applying Arabic language learning because students have difficulty understanding lessons. The biggest difficulty experienced by many types of respondents is the inadequate internet network.

Al-Aqsa Middle School is a boarding school-based junior high school, which requires all students to stay in a dormitory for three years and speak Arabic and English. Al-Aqsa Middle School graduates can become individuals who are familiar with foreign languages based on language learning routines. This study tries to reveal the Arabic learning system so that students can get used to speaking Arabic. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The code collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of learning the Arabic language, knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors, and expressing the abilities of their students. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the implementation of linguistic programs carried out by the Al-Aqsha Middle School language development institution consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, and evaluating has not been maximally achieved. 2) Factors supporting the implementation of this linguistic program are those of the language instructors in language. The drawing factor is the freedom of communication used between students and traders. 3) The ability of the Arabic language skills of students at Al Aqsha Plus Middle School is not good enough because the program implementation has not been maximized.

Methods of teaching Arabic and their innovations will be a challenge for any teachers of Arabic. Therefore, teaching Arabic will also require the intelligence of each teacher to understand the aspects related to learning outcomes, namely by creating new techniques in teaching Arabic language so that students become more active, skillful, able to master and proficient Arabic. Boarding school of Madrasah Islamiah Tarbiyah Koto Panjang Lampasi has proven itself as the school of giving motivation, and innovation in the development of generations of people who have been able to reach the highest point of improvement, both in quantity and in quality of the students’ achievements. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive which describes methods of teaching Arabic at MTI Koto Panjang Lampasi Payakumbuh. The source of the data of this research is the teachers, students, the foundations, and community. The technique of collecting data obtained from various teachers who taught Arabic at MTI through interviews and observations. The results showed that there are 10 steps of Arabic language learning method applied in MTI Koto Panjang.

This study aims to find out Arabic language learning method at Pondok Pesntren Al-Mubaarak Wonosobo year lesson 2018/2019. This research uses qualitative type. Located at the Islamic boarding school Al-Mubaarak Wonosobo in January 2019-March 2019. The subject in this study is the Arabic language teacher and students at the Islamic boarding school Al-Mubaarak Wonosobo. Methods of collecting data with observations, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data by using source triangulation. Data analysis starts with data collection, data reduction and data presentation and delivery.The conclusion of this research is the method of learning Arabic at the Islamic boarding school Al-Mubaarak Wonosobo by using method Grammer Translation, method of audio lingual, direct method. and elektik method.

Learning is an activity or a process to acquire knowledge, improve skills, improve behavior, attitudes, and strengthen personality. In the context of becoming to know or the process of acquiring knowledge. The learning process is essentially to develop the activities and creativity of students, through various interactions and learning experiences. However, in its implementation we often do not realize that there are still many learning activities being carried out which actually hinder the activities and creativity of students. Learning Arabic means learning aspects of the language itself, and each aspect of the habit has its own characteristics that differ from one another. In addition, the language learning system planning is prepared based on basic assumptions and principles that must be held and a clear operational rationale and capability. The assumptions and basic principles of learning Arabic are related to the true nature of Arabic learning. Arabic is a language that must be studied, liked, known and can be mastered by generations of Islam which of course goes through long and varied processes either obtained from formal or non-formal processes. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. qualitative is a deep understanding and interpretation of the meaning, reality and relevant facts. The research results obtained by the researchers were very influential in the teacher's efforts to improve Arabic language skills by using interesting methods by the researchers. After conducting the research, the researchers obtained the efforts made by the teacher to improve the Arabic language skills of class V students of MI Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani, namely, explaining the subject matter, providing insight and motivation, giving mufrodats, training them to read in Arabic, using methods appropriate to their circumstances

Ghazali Ahmad Salim’s thought, effort and methode in Arabic learning.(1) The effort that conducted by KH. Ahmad Ghazali Salim in Arabic learning are; establishing the developmentbases of Arabic language in some islamic boarding schools, establishing his own islamic boarding school whichis specialized in the development of Arabic and islamic studies in Madura namedMa’had Darul -lughah Wa Al -Dirasat Al - Islamiyah, teaching Arabic language in various cottages and Universities in Madura. (2) KH. AhmadGazali Salim’s thought in Arabic language learning is, that his thought is original and accordance with the views ofmodern learning theories, especially behaviorism theory that emphasizes the external aspects of learners bycreating an arabic environment, giving stimulus and response to them, also kognitifisme learning theories thatemphasizes the internal aspects of the students that realized by providing subject matter intensively through thelearning process that involves an element of sense (cognitive) to digest and understand the subject matter. The focus of this research is the Arabic learning system in MA Putra Bau Bau Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in Bau Bau City. From these problems, this study aims to evaluate the Arabic learning system in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School which is focused on the main issues, namely: 1) How is the compatibility of the Antasedent Arabic learning system entry in Darussalam Liabuku Bau Bau Islamic boarding school with the process standard?This type of research is a program evaluation with a descriptive qualitative approach, in this study the authors assess the quality level and conditions of the Arabic language learning system in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Liabuku Bau Bau. To obtain the data, three data collection techniques were used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. After data collection, the data processing is then processed through three stages, namely: 1) data reduction, 2) data display, 3) and drawing conclusions / verification.The results of this study indicate that learning Arabic in MA Putra Darussalam Liabuku Islamic boarding school is fulfilled with 3 standard processes, namely: achieving the existing Arabic learning objectives, teachers in MA Kulliyatul Muallimin al-Islamiyah Darussalam Liabuku Islamic boarding school Bau Bau make I 'dad al-Tadrīs to support the existing Arabic teaching and learning activities, because all of his learning uses Arabic as the medium. In evaluating students 'theoretical or practical language skills, the teacher evaluates learning in the form of oral examinations (imtihᾶn syafahi) and written examinations (imtihᾶn tahrīrī), so that the assessment of students' Arabic Arabic abilities cannot be separated in the four language skills.From this research, a strategic recommendation can be adopted in improving the learning system of KMI Pondok Modern Darussalam Liabuku, namely teachers working with Language Builders in language programs to improve the ability of the Santri Arabic language and provide a Language Laboratory to improve students' listening skills.

The world has been surprised by the emergence of a COVID 19 pandemic, was born in China, and widespread to various countries in the world. In Indonesia, the government issued several policies to break the COVID 19 pandemic chain, which also triggered some pro-cons in the midst of society. One of the policies government takes is the closure of learning access directly at school and moving the learning process from physical class to a virtual classroom or known as online learning. In the economic sector also affects the parents’ financial ability to provide sufficient funds to support the implementation of distance learning applied by the government. The implications of the distance education policy are of course the quality of learning, including the subjects of Islamic religious education, which is essentially aimed at planting knowledge, skills, and religious consciousness to form the character of the students. Online education must certainly be precise, in order to provide equal education services to all students, prepare teachers to master the technology, and seek the core learning of Islamic religious education can still be done well.

One of the great traditions in Islamic education institutions in Indonesia is teaching by transmitting Islamic values as found in classical books written centuries ago. The majority in Indonesia, the classic book is better known as the Kitab Kuning. Teaching with the Kitab Kuning is usually done in Islamic Boarding Schools. Examining Kitab Kuning requires qualified Arabic language skills at least passively. Unfortunately, not all Islamic boarding schools that have a variety of superior programs in certain fields, are weak in the field of studying Kitab Kuning. One of them is the Islamic Boarding School Mu'allimin Muhammadiyyah Sawah Dangka which has the flagship Tahfizh Alquran program but is weak in the study of Kitab Kuning. One of the main factors is the lack of adequate quality of human resources. For this reason, this community service activity aims to provide training while introducing new, lightweight methods in learning Arabic, namely the Bihaqatil Jumal method. This method emphasizes learning Arabic using the right brain. After a series of community service activities, teachers and Islamic boarding schools felt helped and gained new experiences in learning Arabic methods to study Kitab Kuning. In addition, both the assisted object and the resource person requested that this kind of community service be continued.
