The focus of this research is the Arabic learning system in MA Putra Bau Bau Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in Bau Bau City. From these problems, this study aims to evaluate the Arabic learning system in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School which is focused on the main issues, namely: 1) How is the compatibility of the Antasedent Arabic learning system entry in Darussalam Liabuku Bau Bau Islamic boarding school with the process standard?This type of research is a program evaluation with a descriptive qualitative approach, in this study the authors assess the quality level and conditions of the Arabic language learning system in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Liabuku Bau Bau. To obtain the data, three data collection techniques were used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. After data collection, the data processing is then processed through three stages, namely: 1) data reduction, 2) data display, 3) and drawing conclusions / verification.The results of this study indicate that learning Arabic in MA Putra Darussalam Liabuku Islamic boarding school is fulfilled with 3 standard processes, namely: achieving the existing Arabic learning objectives, teachers in MA Kulliyatul Muallimin al-Islamiyah Darussalam Liabuku Islamic boarding school Bau Bau make I 'dad al-Tadrīs to support the existing Arabic teaching and learning activities, because all of his learning uses Arabic as the medium. In evaluating students 'theoretical or practical language skills, the teacher evaluates learning in the form of oral examinations (imtihᾶn syafahi) and written examinations (imtihᾶn tahrīrī), so that the assessment of students' Arabic Arabic abilities cannot be separated in the four language skills.From this research, a strategic recommendation can be adopted in improving the learning system of KMI Pondok Modern Darussalam Liabuku, namely teachers working with Language Builders in language programs to improve the ability of the Santri Arabic language and provide a Language Laboratory to improve students' listening skills.

ABSTRAK Learning Arabic for the world of the Salaf Islamic Boarding School, which focuses on the study of the Yellow Book is one of the most important foundations because without understanding Arabic properly, it will face many difficulties. The learning system in Islamic boarding schools is often called Madrasah Diniyah. This Madrasah is one of the religious education institutions on the outside school path, which is expected to be able to continuously provide Islamic religious education to unmet students on the school path through the classical system. To study this problem, this research was carried out in the Madrasah Diniyah Al-Tarmasi with the subject of madrasah management from the Madrasah Headmaster, the board of teachers and education staff as well. Collecting data in this study are used interviews, observation and documentation as the main instruments with data triangulation as the analytical knife. The results of the study shown that there are several efforts by the Headmaster of Madrasah and teachers in improving the Quality of Arabic language learning by pouring a number of Strategies in: 1) Strategies to improve curriculum and the process of  Arabic learning. 2) Strategies for improving the quality of human resources to improve Arabic learning. 3) Strategies for improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of Arabiclearning. Modern Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor for girls 2, seeks to succeed in teaching and learning of languages by preparing special movers in language teaching for student known as the OPPM Language enhancement section. It is this section that seeks to improve language in the process of teaching and learning by establishing discipline and conducting various language activities, the new students of this lodge experience difficulties in learning the language and the acquisition because of differences in background of learning goals, lack of language knowledge and lack of confidence in the use of language which is due to fear of being wrong and lacking in fluency, in this case the OPPM language seeks to resolve this problem. This study is classified as descriptive qualitative research using case study design at Modern Islamic boarding school Darussalam Gontor for girls 2, Technique of data collection in this research include observation, interview and documentation. The data should be examined by using triangulation.  Based on the results of the analysis of the researchers seen various kinds of problems experienced by the first class and can be drawn two conclusions as follows: 1. Problematic learning arabic language for first grade students: 1) Difficulties  in using Arabic because it comes from areas with different dialect 2) Problems in pronunciation are triggered by fear of mistakes and ridicule and lack of language knowledge. 3) Difficulties in Arabic pronunciation due to the lack of vocabulary treasury. From what experienced first grade student a problem of language learning, then the OPPM language section trying to solve. 2. Efforts undertaken by the language part in solving this problematic  as follows: 1) Holding an official language motivation program to enrich the knowledge of the language of first class students 2) Conduct inter-group dialogue to train in using language with friends without fear. 3) Through Muhadatsah morning program and instructing student to memorize in order to establish vocabulary in the mind of student. 4) Holding interesting language activities to avoid boredom and language learning and instill a sense of language. 5) Listening to a language song to train good hearing and understanding of the language being heard. The result of this study explained on the problematics of learning Arabic language for first grade students, researchers noticed that this study still has many shortcomings and expect that the OPPM language enchancement section can perform the obligations as well as possible by varying the activities of language with which facilitate student in language learning, as well as advising each other about the activities of the language that runs in the Tent and keep the language intensive. And to the next researcher who will discuss the same discussion of this discussion, to research as well as possible and to complete the shortcomings and can write more fully and for the results of writing can be better.

The management of the PPTQ Griya Qur'an 3 Putri Klaten has been designed with modern management carried out by ustadzah (female teacher) and mudir as the center. The number of students was 80, and had graduated 2 generations of around 40 students. The purpose of this research is to describe the teaching and learning process at Tahfidz Qur'an. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, conducted at the PPTQ Griya Qur'an 3 Putri Klaten in January-July 2020. The research subjects were ustadzah. The informants were the boarding school leaders and the students. Data collection was carried out by observation technique, interviews, and documents. The validity of the data used source and data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used interactive data analysis encompassing data collection, data reduction, then presentation and conclusion. Based on the research, there are three stages of learning tahfizh; the first is the preliminary stage (pre-instructional), the second is the core stage (instructional) containing the implementation of muraja'ah and ziyadah students, then the teacher listens/justifies the students' readings, and the third is assessment stage. Evaluations include daily evaluations and level-up evaluations. Daily evaluation is done by the verse memorized every day, while the evaluation of the time level can be carried out at any time when the students are ready to memorize 30 juz’.

Al-Aqsa Middle School is a boarding school-based junior high school, which requires all students to stay in a dormitory for three years and speak Arabic and English. Al-Aqsa Middle School graduates can become individuals who are familiar with foreign languages based on language learning routines. This study tries to reveal the Arabic learning system so that students can get used to speaking Arabic. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The code collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of learning the Arabic language, knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors, and expressing the abilities of their students. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the implementation of linguistic programs carried out by the Al-Aqsha Middle School language development institution consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, and evaluating has not been maximally achieved. 2) Factors supporting the implementation of this linguistic program are those of the language instructors in language. The drawing factor is the freedom of communication used between students and traders. 3) The ability of the Arabic language skills of students at Al Aqsha Plus Middle School is not good enough because the program implementation has not been maximized.

This study aims to describe the type and function of lecturers’ speech acts in the interaction of learning Arabic at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Where in the classroom, the lecturers had important roles in the teaching and learning process. They always use speech as medium to convey ideas to students. Lecturers are also expected to function as active communicators in Arabic lectures. The interaction that is built by lecturers and students is inseparable from the speech act. A qualitative approach was implemented where the data taken from lecturer utterances in Arabic learning interactions were obtained from Arabic lecturers. Data collection was taken by using non-participant observation technique. Mechanical devices and stationery are positioned as data collection aids. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and data collection/verification results. The finding showed that the lecturers use five types of speech acts in Arabic learning interactions, namely directive, assertive, co missive, expressive, and declarative acts. The finding also showed that there are social and educational functions used by Arabic lecturers. Social functions consist of four categories, namely, competitive functions, convivial functions, collaborative functions, and conflictive functions. While, the educational function of lecturer speech acts consists of nine types, namely, giving a positive impression of the material, directing focus, inclusive learning situations, exclusive learning situations, expressing specific things, encouraging students to build conclusion, controlling the learning situation, and providing motivation to students. The results indicated that the lecturers' speech acts deal with social problems and learning objectives.

This study aims to find out Arabic language learning method at Pondok Pesntren Al-Mubaarak Wonosobo year lesson 2018/2019. This research uses qualitative type. Located at the Islamic boarding school Al-Mubaarak Wonosobo in January 2019-March 2019. The subject in this study is the Arabic language teacher and students at the Islamic boarding school Al-Mubaarak Wonosobo. Methods of collecting data with observations, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data by using source triangulation. Data analysis starts with data collection, data reduction and data presentation and delivery.The conclusion of this research is the method of learning Arabic at the Islamic boarding school Al-Mubaarak Wonosobo by using method Grammer Translation, method of audio lingual, direct method. and elektik method.

This study aims to obtain related information about (1) Exploring and knowing Arabic learning models for non-Arabs, (2) Knowing the differences between the i'rāb al-Qur'an (IQ) method and the conventional method (MK) for non-Arab speakers, (3) Knowing and describing the level of effectiveness of Arabic learning for non-Arabs using the i'rāb al-Qur'an (IQ) method and the conventional method (MK) in Islamic boarding schools. This research includes qualitative research at Al Madinah Islamic Boarding School Class XI MA Nogosari Boyolali Year 2017. The research subjects are the principal, teachers and students. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique carried out in this study is to analyze interactive model data by interacting between data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Research results: (1) Arabic Language Learning Model of Madrasah Aliyah Al Madinah Boyolali 2017/2018. The basic method used by the cleric is the bandongan method, which is a collective method (halaqoh) which is conveyed by the translation model in which the cleric reads the Arabic-language book, then translates and explains the rules and wisdom contained in it, while the students listen to the study delivered by the cleric. Learning uses the method of translation rules, delivery with lecturer, question-answer and talaqqi (sorogan). (2) The difference between the IQ method and the conventional method that the IQ method is applied in the boarding school environment in naḥwu-ṣaraf, balāgah learning, and some in muṭāla‘ah lessons. The IQ method is more inviting students to interact directly with the al-Qur'an and Hadith. The IQ method is broader in discussion, while conventional methods are limited to the curriculum. (3) The level of effectiveness of learning Arabic for non-Arabs with the IQ method and conventional methods in Islamic boarding schools that conventional methods are less satisfying for balāgah and muṭāla‘ah lessons, if there is no combination of strategies.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait tentang (1) Mengeksplorasi dan mengetahui model pembelajaran bahasa Arab bagi non-Arab, (2) Mengetahui perbedaan antara metode i‘rāb al-Qur’an (IQ) dengan metode konvensional (MK) bagi penutur non-Arab, (3) Mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tingkat efektifitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab untuk non-Arab dengan metode IQ dan MK di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif di Pondok Pesantren Al Madinah Kelas XI MA Nogosari Boyolali Tahun 2017. Subjek penelitian dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data model interaktif dengan menginteraksikan antara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian: (1) Model Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Madrasah Aliyah Al Madinah Boyolali Tahun 2017/2018. Metode yang digunakan para ustadz adalah metode talaqqi (sorogan-bandongan) yaitu metode kolektif (halaqoh) penyampaiannya dengan model kaidah-terjemah yang mana ustadz membaca kitab berbahasa Arab, lalu menerjemahkan dan menjelaskan kaidah-kaidah dan hikmah yang terkandung di dalamnya, sementara para santri menyimak kajian yang disampaikan ustadz. Pembelajaran menggunakan metode kaidah-terjemah, penyampaian dengan lecturer (ceramah), dan tanya-jawab. (2) Perbedaan antara metode i‛rāb al-Qur’an dengan metode konvensional bahwa metode IQ diterapkan di lingkungan pondok pesantren dalam pembelajaran naḥwu-ṣaraf, balāgah, dan beberapa di pelajaran muṭāla‘ah. Metode IQ lebih mengajak siswa berinteraksi secara langsung kepada al-Qur’an maupun Hadits. Metode IQ lebih mudah diingat siswa dan lebih luas pembahasannya, adapun MK terbatas dengan kitab kurikulum pegangan. (3) Tingkat efektifitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab untuk non-Arab dengan metode IQ dan MK di lingkungan pondok pesantren bahwa metode konvensional kurang memuaskan untuk pelajaran balāgah dan muṭāla‘ah, jika tidak ada kombinasi strategi.

Abstract   Android application-based learning media is an effective way, because the students motivation have increased in learning and practicing learning activities. Learning media which utilizes Android which emphasizes on several applications that are easily owned by all students and instructors, so that they are easy and affordable. Gagne and Briggs in the Book (Azhar, 2002) provide a limitation on the scope of the media including physical devices with the aim of conveying subject matter such as books, tape recorders, video recorders, films, slides (picture frames), photos, graphics, television and computer. Nemo is an android application that is designed as a medium of learning and language learning by mastering a number of useful words. In the android application, Nemo is like a simple pocket dictionary so that it helps in improving the language level through various learning materials. This study examines the effectiveness of the use of Android-based Arabic Nemo teaching materials for students at Al- Khalifah Islamic boarding school Cibubur. Beginner level students at Al- Khalifah Islamic boarding school Cibubur in learning Arabic. Many relevant studies prove that the teaching and learning activities using android made learning outcomes better than teaching and learning activities without using it. This study aims to test the effectiveness of instructional media on learning outcomes and whether it is more effective than teaching and learning activities that do not use instructional media in Arabic learning, the average value obtained indicates the benefits and effectiveness of using NEMO media on success in teaching and learning activities.

Arabic is the second language used in Indonesia. Therefore, the good and appropriate methods, systems and principles of learning may certainly contribute to the achievement of the goals of Arabic language teaching and learning activities. When a teacher does not apply the methods, systems, and principles correctly, teaching will not be effectively directed. Today, there are many interactive and innovative Arabic learning models and techniques that can be applied by the teachers. The suitability of the application of methods, systems and principles will certainly increase the students’ passion in learning Arabic simultaneously and continuously. The author has conducted a study of the existence of methods, systems and principles of Arabic learning that are considered the most effective. This type of research was descriptive research in which the researcher described the mechanism of a process. The innovative Arabic learning system are, among others, integrated systems, separation systems, and combined systems. While, the principle of innovative Arabic language learning is the principle of priority, the principle of accuracy, the principle of gradation, the principle of motivation, and the principle of validation. In the end, by combining these aspects, the purpose of learning Arabic will be achieved perfectly.

Nowadays, there are many problems in using methods found by higher students in the teaching and learning process of the Arabic language, for that it is necessary to have an update in the learning method. The purpose of this study is to develop a peer tutoring based Arabic learning model. From this development, it is expected to be a solution to the survey on the Arabic learning system in the Arabic Language Teaching Program, and the learning system is still classical. The classical learning model is less attractive to students. Because what happens is one-way communication. While the ideal language teaching is to use two-way communication, and students are more active. Also, the problem of class management is a concern. Language learning using large classes is considered less effective. This study uses a qualitative approach to explain the results of validation from media experts and learning methods. The stages of data analysis in this study are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. This LCAL learning model is developed through constructivism theory and peer tutoring methods. Which lecturer will work with students who have a high ability to manage the class, and the class used is a small class with 10 class members. The output of this study is a recommendation of the Arabic learning model to create a pleasant and not boring foreign language learning atmosphere so that it can achieve the desired Arabic learning target.
