Social media play an important role now a days. Social media is not only used to maintain connection between friends, family members, relatives and known persons but also used by majority of the companies, institutions, business firms for promotion and marketing works to increase sales. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Google Plus are some of the important and popular social media which is used by huge number of people worldwide. No company/business firm can think about success without the use of social media now a days. Social Media Marketing is a part of Digital Marketing which is an emerging field. Traditional marketing is losing its appeal day by day. Conducting marketing and promotional works through social media is cheaper, quicker and more attracting. Our research shows that customers prefer social media more to purchase products and business firms are also using social media rapidly and getting success. In our research work, we also found customer satisfaction level and the level of utilization of different social media.

Customer satisfaction plays an important role in achieving the competitive advantage and ensures to bring success to the organizations. Nowadays, people tend to use technologies in boosting the revenue of their businesses as well as to promote the products and services. Therefore, this chapter is focusing on the factors that drive the satisfactions of the customers on the social media marketing in the hospitality industry in Malaysia. The research gaps have been identified on Malaysia's customer satisfaction on social media marketing in the hospitality industry. Hence, the objective of this research is to explore three factors that influence the satisfaction level of the customers on the technologie in the social media, namely social technology approach, social media tools, and socia media engagement. Last but not least, this study will also provide the researchers and managers with strategic plan in order to enhance the business efficiency.

As use of social media continues to grow, there is evidence that student skills in social media marketing are inadequate to meet the needs of potential employers and that student skills in the professional use of social media for personal branding are limited. This paper presents details for implementing a Twitter project in a digital marketing course as a means of addressing these gaps. Student feedback on this project indicated that their skills in social media marketing, digital marketing and personal branding were improved. Suggestions for use of Twitter in other courses are also presented.

Technological developments have significantly changed the way how a business works, especially the culinary business named Seblak Jeletet Murni, that has located in Jakarta. This business is still relatively new, but consumers continue moldy and this spicy culinary product sales have been continue to increase. This phenomenon is a result of business which has entered the digital era in social media. Marketing of this product is not done intensively by the owner of this business, but consumers who moved to market virally in social media, especially social media video youtube. In this article the author analyzed descriptively about consumer behavior in digital marketing that has affected the sales of the culinary products. The analyzes were performed with case studies and associated in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. This article aims to describe the behavior of consumers in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategy culinary efforts forward and be used for thought on the future of consumer research. <p>Social media marketing (SMM) is a reality in contemporary society. This research presents a review of the literature on the phenomenon of SMM to establish the challenges and opportunities social media faces. Subsequently, the digital inclusion in Mexico is discussed roughly focusing on the situation of SMM in the organization in Morelia. The purpose of this paper is to contextualize the use of social media and establish the challenges and opportunities of inclusion in communication strategies and marketing in the organization in Morelia. It is confirmed that the contemporary society has established the conditions to implement properly social media marketing in Morelia.</p>

Digital marketing activities through social media are being developed extensively by firms in the Western Balkans region, therefore the purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of social media marketing activities on increasing sales of SMEs in the Western Balkans, with special emphasis on those of Kosovo. Using a sample of 100 manufacturing SMEs, we have researched the impact of digital marketing activities which are carried out through social media, on increasing the sales or turnover of these SMEs. The achieved results were analyzed through probit regression. The results show that facebook is mostly used for business activities in these SMEs. Also, the analyzed SMEs give a lot of importance to the opinions and comments of consumers expressed on social media. They design their business policies based on the comments and opinions received from online consumers. This empirical research provides data on the implementation of social media marketing activities by SMEs in the Western Balkans region.

This study uses data from 191 Spanish firms from several sectors to measure the impact of the intensity of use of social media marketing on the relationship between the dynamic capabilities of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation, and business performance. The results provide evidence of the moderating effects of social media marketing intensity on the strength of the mentioned relations and the importance of a strong and committed marketing strategy on digital social networks for businesses.

This chapter reports on the use of social media marketing by pre-adults, setting off from a case study of pre-adults of different courses at a Portuguese higher education school. Data were collected through a questionnaire available online and analyzed with descriptive statistical techniques. Based on the pointed outlines, the aim is to evaluate longitudinally the types of social media used by pre-adults, the contexts in which they use each social media type, their opinions about the intentions of social media marketing and the influences of social media marketing on their brand knowledge, attitude and behaviour. Tendencies around concepts, tools and levels of attraction by the audiences, with focus on relationship marketing in the 2.0 era are revisited. Furthermore, the chapter presents the perception of pre-adults about social media marketing, and contributes with critical information that might help cast light over recent theories and practices of social media marketing.

Despite the fact that the branding of football is not a new phenomenon, the emergence of new media has provided the means and the opportunity for the widespread promotion of football club's brands. At the same time, the growing popularity of social media among football fan has empowered them to express their opinions and has granted them unlimited resources for information search and exchange. This chapter aims to examine the relationship that exists between Real Madrid's digital marketing actions and its promotion as a brand and the loyalty of its supporters. An online questionnaire was distributed among sports and football fans in order to identify their profile, their preferred communication channels, their use of social media and their knowledge about Real Madrid.
