The impact of evil is felt in almost every aspect of community life. This happens because the spectrum of evil is so widened that it encompasses various aspects of social life. That is one of the phenomenon of moral crisis that is now befall our nation. In addition, there are still many other moral matters, such as drunkenness, drug abuse, bribery and so forth. Based on the background of the problem and the formulation of the above problems, the author hopes that this paper can be a contribution of thought for education to achieve a better change The purpose of this paper is: To examine how to implement the Innovation of Education Innovation Akhlak Scientific Approach-Based Qolbu Management. The type of research in this research is qualitative that is focusing on library research (library research), where the author uses descriptive research method with more emphasis on the power of data analysis on the sources in the can from books and other scientific papers by relying theories that exist to be interpreted widely and deeply. The results of this study can be mentioned that the way of implementing the Innovation of Educational Innovation Scientific Approach Based on Qolbu Management is: 1) Tazkiyah an Nafs (purification of the soul), 2) Tasyfiyah al Qolb (cleansing of the heart), 3) Tajalliyah ar ruh (enlightenment spirit). Furthermore, in the opinion of Aa Gym which is also similar to Ibn Miskawayih's opinion that there are several steps that must be taken to cleanse the heart, among others: 1) The existence of strong adherence, 2) Have knowledge about understanding or self-knowledge, 3) Evaluate yourself , 4) Learning from others. The conclusion that got is that Implementation of Innovation of Education Akhlak Scientific Approach-Based Management Qolbu is a new idea or method offered by the author for use in implementing moral education. It is expected that this new idea or method, will be able to improve the quality of moral education that is felt increasingly declining today.

The COVID-19 pandemic began in Wuhan, China in late December 2019 and rapidly spread to all over the world. The COVID-19 caused by SARS-Cov-2 and more than one million people have been affected worldwide. The COVID-19 pandemic not only impacts the health sector, but the pandemic triggered to the economic crisis with expansive social effects. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the international cooperation needs to be taken to responding and control the pandemic. Indonesia and Australia as a close neighbour, have worked closely in disaster risk management and currently cooperate to response the COVID-19. This study aims to describe the cooperation between Indonesia and Australia in responding the impacts of COVID-19. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data collection technique used based on secondary data in the form of literature review (library research) including books, journals, reports, organization’s websites, online articles, and scientific papers that are related to the study. The author uses the concept of cooperation to support the idea of cooperation between Indonesia and Australia to responding the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic. This study provides that the cooperation between Indonesia and Australia in responding the impacts of COVID-19 are divided into three sectors, namely health security, stability, and economic recovery.

The reality of the Indonesian nation experienced an extraordinary moral crisis, marked by the widespread practice of KKN in the institution of the government and the many immoral behavior among the younger generation. This happens because there is no maximum implementation of moral education in schools, so moral values ​​are not realized perfectly. Therefore, there is a need to revitalize the implementation of moral education in schools. This research is a library research (library research) because the entire research process utilizes a variety of libraries that are relevant to the problem under study. The results showed that Lawrence Kohlberg's thoughts were secular, whereas Ahmad Dahlan's thoughts were religious. The concept of moral education both have similarities and differences. Both of their thoughts also have implications for the religious behavior of students, Lawrence Kohlberg shaped religious behavior through exemplary methodology, self-introduction, cognitive stimulation and empathy development as in the concept of moral education. Ahmad Dahlan shapes the religious behavior of students through teaching science and charity. Moral values ​​are taught to students to then be practiced in everyday life.

Research aims to understand role, and the concept of education and dakwah in perspective Dr. KH. Zakky Mubarak, MA. This research departs from looking at the phenomenon of human life is increasingly complex, entered the modern life and globalization present and the future, wich is characterized by technical and professional paced lives, is forecast to many people ignore the moral and religious in individual and social life. The concept of moral education in the perspective of Dr. KH. Zakky Mubarak, MA that establishes the character of the learners, provide good role models, develop the moral high level, and then apply the knowledge of good character and exemplary in real life so it can become an ingrained habit. The concept of dakwah in perspective Dr. KH. Zakky Mubarak, MA at least two steps that need to be understood by a preacher, first that of bringing the wisdom, it means explaining the wisdoms contained in worship and other Islamic activities without patronizing impression, meaning a preacher should put the words and appropriate sentence appropriate to the circumstances . The second is to mau'idlah hasanah , means giving advice that touch the heart so that the message can be embedded in the memories of audience. Dr. KH. Zakky Mubarak, MA is one of the Nahdlatul Ulama cleric who spend their time preaching, either through a lecture or through scientific papers, scientific papers written contains a lot of moral education that can be used as a reference.  Keywords: Concept of Education and Dakwah, Zakky Mubarak, Nahdlatul Ulama Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran, serta konsep pendidikan akhlak dan dakwah dalam perspektif Dr. KH. Zakky Mubarak, MA. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa Konsep pendidikan akhlak dalam perspektif Dr. KH. Zakky Mubarak, MA yaitu menanamkan pemahaman tentang akhlak terhadap peserta didik, memberikan keteladanan yang baik, mengembangkan pada akhlak tingkat tinggi, dan kemudian mengaplikasikan pengetahuan tentang akhlak dan keteladanan tersebut dalam kehidupan nyata sehingga dapat mengakar menjadi suatu kebiasaan. Sedangkan konsep dakwah dalam perspektif Dr. KH. Zakky Mubarak, MA paling sedikit ada dua langkah yang perlu dipahami oleh seorang pendakwah, pertama yaitu menyampaikan dengan hikmah, kedua adalah dengan mau’idlah hasanah, artinya memberikan nasehat-nasehat yang menyentuh kalbu sehingga pesan yang disampaikan dapat melekat dalam ingatan objek dakwah (mad’u).  Kata Kunci: Konsep Pendidikan Akhlak, Dakwah, Zakky Mubarak

This paper discuse about moral innovation education based qolbu management, the occurrence of acts violence lately is a phenomenon that we often witness. In fact it almost always adorns mass media information. An example is the fight between students, rape, arson, murder, slaughter, and other anarchist acts. That is one of the phenomena of moral crisis which is now affecting our nation. Besides that, there are still many other moral crises, such as drinking, drug abuse, bribery and so on. The multi-dimensional crisis that befell this nation, one of the causes - and perhaps this is the most important cause - is due to a moral or moral crisis. The moral crisis occurs because most people no longer want to heed religious guidance. The Qolbu Management-Based Moral Education Innovation is a new idea or method offered by the author to be used in implementing moral education. And it is hoped that this new idea or method can improve the quality of moral education which is felt to be declining today. The way to do qolbu management-based moral education innovation is to always adorn oneself from praiseworthy qualities, after cleansing it from despicable traits, removing love for the world and eliminating all sorrow, grief and worries

As creatures who have reason and mind, human life cannot be separated from the assessment of good and bad deeds. This is where the position of ethics is so important for the way or direction of human life. With reason, humans can position themselves to act. What to do and what to avoid and leave in accordance with the existing rules. Ethics as a branch of science from philosophy has received very good attention from philosophers. So that from the thinking of these philosophers emerged various types of ethics, one of which is the flow of pragmatic ethics. This pragmatic flow is found in England and America. One of the most influential pragmatists of his time was the pragmatism of John Dewey. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe how John Dewey's pragmatic ethical thinking is and how relevant it is to online learning in Indonesia. In line with the objectives, this research uses the type of research library research and uses descriptive analysis method. As the results of his research, John Dewey's pragmatic ethics teaches that something will be good if we can look for goodness that can be used and not just talk. An important point of John Dewey's teaching of pragmatic ethics is that experience is knowledge applied in practice. A truth will be seen in testing by experiences in practice. An action taken can be considered ethical if it brings a scientific benefit such as producing pleasure, satisfaction and goodness for society. Dewey strongly supports social life and does not like people who live individualistically. For him, a person will have meaning if they can blend in with society because humans cannot live alone and are very dependent on other people. If one lives without society, then one's life is meaningless (sociality education). John Dewey's ethics are closely related to life in today's modern era. The impact of the corona virus requires education in Indonesia to be carried out online or online. Thus, this implementation is related to John Dewey's pragmatic ethics which judges something good based on the practical benefits of a theory or the existence of proof of a theory.

The heart is a great gift that is given to humans. With a human heart can recognize, communicate, and even love Robnya. Like a tower, the heart has many doors. Like a mirror, the heart is able to absorb and reflect every image that comes to it. Then the influence, the object will enter the heart, and imprint in it, through the means of birth, namely the five senses or through the means of the mind, namely fantasy, lust, anger, morals formed in a fitrawi. Imagine if everyone then tried to base all their activities on a clean heart. Truly there will be a terrible explosion in changes in a person. The conclusion is that the qolbu management-based moral education innovation is an idea or new method offered by the author to be used in implementing moral education. It is hoped that this new idea or method will be able to improve the quality of moral education which is felt to be declining today.

Abstrak Selain ekonomi dan kesehatan, dampak lain dari pandemi COVID-19 ini juga berdampak kepada moralitas seseorang khususnya para remaja di Indonesia ini. Pentingnya pendidikan moral di masa pandemi ini khusus para remaja memang sangat diperlukan. Pasalnya jika hal tersebut tidak bisa cepat diselesaikan, maka dampak dari krisis moralitas akan menjadi panjang. Krisis moral yang tengah terjadi di Indonesia ini cukup banyak, misalnya anak muda kita sudah mulai menghilangkan budaya berkata “tolong”, “maaf”, dan ”terima kasih”. Ketiga hal tersebut merupakan hal dasar dalam beretika, dan kini hal dasar dalam beretika saja mereka tidak gunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal tersebut terjadi karena para remaja Indonesia kurang melakukan literasi dan menyaring budaya luar yang masuk ke dalam negeri kita. Dengan melakukan pendidikan karakter kepada mereka dan membantu mereka untuk memperbaiki moralitas mereka, maka krisis moralitas yang tengah terjadi bisa perlahan diperbaiki dan dampak baik tersebut akan berpengaruh besar terhadap generasi anak muda yang akan datang. Abstract In addition to the economy and health, other impacts of the COVID-19 virus pandemic also have an impact on one's morality, especially teenagers in Indonesia. The importance of moral education in this pandemic period, especially for teenagers, is needed. The reason is that if this cannot be resolved quickly, the impact of the morality crisis will belong. There are many moral crises currently happening in Indonesia, for example, our young people have started to eliminate the culture of saying “please”, ”sorry”, and “thank you”. These three things are basic things in ethics, and now they don't use the basic things in ethics in everyday life. This happens because Indonesian youth lack literacy and filter out foreign cultures that enter our country. By conducting character education for them and helping them to improve their morality, the current moral crisis can be slowly remedied and this good impact will have a major impact on the next generation of young people.

Lack of sex education in children could cause the violence or sexual abuse done by adults. Parents should give the lesson about early sex education to the children so that they had the right knowledge about it and knew how to treat and look after it. The method in this research was a discourse analysis of the literature in which the readings were taken in context with the research topic. Besides that, it included the observations and everyday practical experience in social life. This article described the notion of sex education, the impact of sexual harassment, the importance of sex education for children, and who would be responsible for sex education for the children. The research finds that through the moral education and faith to God, the children are expected to get protection from sexual abuse, so the nation's children as successor generation get mentally active.

Modern youth and the student community today play a key role in the development of social and social life. Due to the peculiarities of the university space, the student community is in constant interaction and communication, both in the framework of the educational process and events of various formats, and in social and everyday conditions. In the context of interactions, this social group, which is most at risk of spreading negative ideologies that threaten not only the personal security of everyone, but also peaceful coexistence in the conditions of a multinational society in Russia. In the absence of educational measures as a prevention, an unfavorable environment arises in which it is very easy to influence the thinking of young people, their involvement in nationalist movements, extremist activities, etc. Hence the concept of «youth extremism» appears, which is manifested in the views and behavior of young people based on the manifestation of aggression and non-acceptance of dissenters. The search for new technologies of psychological support that allow to form cultural tolerance, value orientations and prevent the spread of extremist ideologies becomes relevant. The authors consider a set of measures that contribute to the generalization, dissemination, as well as the introduction into the student environment of the best practices of spiritual and moral education, the development of interethnic and interreligious dialogue, and the prevention of negative ideologies. To implement these tasks, it is necessary to form a pool of specialists in the prevention of extremism in the student environment, hold seminars and meetings for vice-rectors of universities on security and educational work, as well as educational seminars for managers of student organizations. This will make it possible to form leadership student associations that broadcast the values of cultural tolerance to the youth environment.
