The importance of REE for modern industries is proved by the high demand. The abundance of REE is richer than that of noble metals like gold or silver. However, supply sources are concentrated in China. The share of the product of REE was highest in 2009 (over 90%) and that is used as a national strategy.Mining industry in Vietnam is mainly developed in northern part. Deposits of principle metals are located around Hanoi, and REE deposits (Dong Pao) is also explored in Lai Chau Province. On the other hand, few bauxite mine is in southern Vietnam and the REE exploration is not conducted enough. Therefore, the study about REE in southern Vietnam is significant. Samples are from mainly basalt and granite. REE pattern, which is normalized by the abundance of chondrite, of basaltic rocks and laterites shows that is decreases monotony. That amount of REE is low (50-180ppm). REE pattern of magnetite rocks and laterites has no Eu and Ce anomaly. On the other hand, illuminate rocks and laterites have strong negative Eu anomaly. Clay minerals were observed by XRD analysis using hydraulic elutriation. The result of REE pattern and sequential extraction, it is indicated that the form of HREE is changed and adsorbed to clay and LREE is leached out. In tailing in Stop 16, it is observed that the concentration of HREE (about 3 times to 5 times than that of before washing). Eu anomaly is affected by reductive environment of the cooling of magma, and it is considered that Ce anomaly is occurred by the change of Ce form (Ce3+ to Ce4+). CeO2 is insoluble to water in the soil. From the XRD analysis, the cause of HREE concentration in water treatment is considered by the clay mineral

The paper examines two key novels by Sandro Veronesi, the modern Italian writer, Calm Chaos (2006) and Colibri (2020). Both novels were awarded Italy’s main literary prize, the Premio Strega, which is a unique precedent. The relevance of the article comes from the high demand for research on contemporary Italian literature on the one hand and from the novelty of the proposed interpretation for the novel Calm Chaos on the other hand. For the first time, the protagonist of Calm Chaos, Pietro Palladini, is presented not as a preacher of eternal values, returning the reader to the theme of knowing oneself and the surrounding world, but as a mad visionary with clear signs of psychopathy and schizophrenia. The analysis of Veronesi’s latest novel Colibri reveals the character’s evolution and the writer’s narrative manner. The theme of psychiatry in the life of a modern person appears to be one of the key ones in Veronesi’s work.

AbstractConsolidation of SiC nanopowder with stacking disordered structure was accelerated by milling with the AlN as the additive. SiC powders without the additive was sintered at 1900°C to a density of 99%. The grain size of the sintered material was approximately 500 nm. On the other hand, with AlN as additive, the sintering temperature to reach a density of 98% was reduced to 1700°C by the addition of 1.0 mol% AlN. The grain size of this material was less than 100 nm. The effect of AlN addition on SiC sintering with disorder-order transformation was evaluated by shrinkage profile, XRD analysis, and TEM observation.

Mushroom farmer society Sedyo Lestari is located in the Argosari, Sedayu, Bantul. The high demand for mushrooms media (baglog) is a good business opportunities for this farmer society. But the process of baglog making requires a lot of energy in the form of firewood, especially for sterilization process of the baglog. On the other hand, the mushroom cultivation process itself remains the waste that can be used as fuel for the sterilization process. So far Sedyo Lestari farmer society members do not have the technology to used the mushroom cultivation waste as a fuel. Therefore, it is imperative to transfer knowledge of biomass briquetting technique. The method used in this activities are socialization, training, and mentoring by starting with the introduction of briquettes and briquetting technology. Subsequently made briquette-making machines followed by training briquette making. Mentoring and socialization were also made to all members of farmer society. Outcome of these activities was briquette-making machines that can be used by all members of the society as well as knowledge about the process of making briquettes. The benefit of using briquettes of mushroom cultivation media waste as fuel for subtitute the firewood can provide savings to the expenditures of farmers for buying firewood and solving the waste management problems for farmers.

Several years have elapsed since Bunsen brought before the notice of chemists the interesting substance known as kakodyl. His elaborate memoir indicated, for the first time, the existence of a class of bodies now recognized as the organo-metals, the members of which, through the labours of Frankland, Lowig, Wohler and others, have proved to be very numerous. The series indeed ranges over a wide field, and on the one hand comprises organo-combinations with electro-negative metals, such as arsenic and antimony, and on the other hand embraces elements nearly allied to the noble metals, such as mercury and lead.

AbstractA detailed investigation of a glauconite bed within the Late Cretaceous Bryozoan Limestone Formation of the Bagh Group in central India, as well as the study of existing records, reveals the existence of a ‘glauconitic sea’ along the margins of the Palaeo-Tethys Ocean during the Late Cretaceous Epoch. The authigenic green mineral formed abundantly on shallow seafloors unlike in its modern, deep-sea counterpart. We present an integrated petrographical, geochemical and mineralogical investigation of the glauconite within Late Cretaceous transgressive deposits to highlight its unique geochemistry with moderate Fe2O3 and high Al2O3, SiO2, MgO as well as K2O contents. X-ray diffractional parameters identify the ‘evolved to high evolved’ nature of the glauconite while Mössbauer spectroscopic study reveals the dominance of Fe3+ compared to Fe2+ in the atomic structure. The rare earth elements (REE) pattern of glauconite reveals moderate light-REE/heavy-REE (LREE/HREE) fractionation and weak negative Eu anomaly. The Ce anomaly of the glauconite indicates a sub-oxic diagenetic condition. We propose that Late Cretaceous glauconites formed within a shallow marine depositional setting across the Tethyan belt because of enhanced supply of K, Si, Al, Fe, Mg cations through continental weathering under the extant greenhouse climate.

The emerge of the new generations intensify the change of lifestyle and growth. This phenomenon can be seen from people’s awareness of health, especially in sport and food they’re consume. This is also catalysed by the world’s pandemic, Covid-19. On the other hand, there’re still inadequate facility and support (low supply), compared to people’s urge to participate in sport and healthy living (high demand), and also the fast foods’ or junk foods’ high supply. Therefore, spaces and facilities are needed to accommodate the people’s and the new generation’s urge for a better living ahead. Using hybrid method, two different system can be conjoined, developing a new system so that one can enjoy, appreciate, and their needs become accommodated. The union between the indoor & outdoor sport facility and the food area providing choices of healthy foods will become one-of-a-kind attraction to the visitors and users. Keywords: Facility, Food; Healthy Living; Generations; Sport  AbstrakMunculnya generasi baru memperkuat perkembangan dan pergeseran pola hidup.

This study was aimed to find out the competitiveness of tea exports in ASEAN during 2011-2014. Competitiveness indicates a country ability to compete with other countries in international trade activities. Constant Market Share (CMS) employed to understand the weaknesses and strengths of a country viewed from the effect of exports growth. CMS results showed that the major weakness of tea exports in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam is the effect of market distribution. Market distribution effect indicated that their exports to countries with a high demand for tea in the world. On the other hand, the strengths of tea exports in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam are the effect of world exports growth, commodity composition effect, and the competitiveness effect. Conversely, the major weakness of tea exports in Indonesia is competitiveness effect, while the strengths are the effect of world exports growth and the effect of market distribution.

Retail sharia bond/sukuk (sharia obligation) becomes investors’ most favorable retail. It is reflected by the high demand of obligation in every implementation of emission accomplished. This research aims to know the implementation of ijara – asset to be leased agreement on the retail sharia bond transaction, and the constraint faced by banks in its implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach which elaborates the result of observation on the implementation of ijara – asset to be leased agreement on the retail sharia bond transaction. It is then explicated in form of narration and implementation scheme. The instruments are primary data which are collected directly from the informants and secondary data in form of literatures, product brochures, and previous researches. The result shows that the agreement used by bank in the implementation of Ijarah – Asset to be Leased agreement on the retail sharia bond transaction contains trading agreement (al-bay’) of the underlying asset. The use of wakalah agreement is required when the right to issue sukuk as a representative in the sukuk rental process to the underwriter. On the other hand, a kafalah agreement is required when the right to issue emissions provides guarantees to sukuk management agencies issued. The constraints faced by the bank in the implementation are the fact that the society is still lack of information about sukuk and the customers of retail sharia bond still has incomplete administration data.

AbstractA detailed electron microprobe (EMP) and laser-ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) study of zircon from six types of miaskitic and agpaitic alkaline pegmatite from the Larvik Plutonic Complex, Oslo rift valley, Norway, was undertaken to shed light on the pegmatite petrogenesis. Detailed rare earth element (REE) analyses indicate important differences between the zircon from each type of pegmatite. Primary zircon from miaskitic Stavern-, Tvedalen- and Stålaker-type pegmatites has a mean ΣREE = 704 ppm, is depleted in LREE and has a significant positive Ce anomaly (Ce/Ce* = 44–67) and negative Eu anomaly (Eu/Eu* = 0.15–0.18). Secondary Tvedalen-type zircon is REE-enriched (ΣREE = 5035 ppm), with a flatter REE pattern, Ce/Ce* = 0.97 and a Eu anomaly similar to primary Tvedalen-type zircon (Eu/Eu* = 0.21). Secondary zircon from agpaitic Langesundsfjord-type pegmatites display a distinctive flat REE pattern characterized by overall REE enrichment (ΣREE = 967), Ce/Ce* = 1.92, and a minor negative Eu anomaly (Eu/Eu* = 0.37). Zircon from agpaitic Bratthagen-type pegmatites occurs as both altered primary and secondary phases and is strongly enriched in REE relative to other zircon (ΣREE = 4178 and 8388, respectively). Primary Bratthagen-type zircon has a similar REE pattern to miaskitic zircon, with a steeper HREE profile and smaller Ce and Eu anomalies (Eu/Eu* = 0.73; Ce/Ce* = 6.22). Secondary Bratthagen-type zircon is strongly enriched in LREE compared to primary zircon, does not display a positive Ce anomaly and has Eu/Eu* = 0.56. The altered primary and secondary Bratthagen-type zircons have elevated Th/UN ratios, suggesting a different melt source for Bratthagen-type agpaitic pegmatites. Zircon from external pegmatites has trace-element signatures similar to Stavern-, Tvedalen- and Staålaker-type primary zircon with Ce/Ce* = 214 and Nb/Ta and Th/U ratios that are similar to those of secondary Langesundsfjord- and Bratthagen-type zircon. It is suggested that the parental melt of the external pegmatites is the same as the miaskitic pegmatites, but that it has undergone alteration by hydrothermal fluids derived from the host basalt, or by post-magmatic F-rich fluids which mobilize Nb and Th. On the basis of texture, morphology and geochemistry, two populations of zircon can be recognized: (1) primary zircon from miaskitic pegmatites; and (2) secondary zircon from post-magmatic, hydrothermal assemblages. The U–Th–Pb isotope analyses indicate that the secondary and altered zircon are depleted in 238U, and enriched in LREE. Interaction of a post-magmatic hydrothermal fluid with an externally derived meteoric fluid is suggested to have influenced the REE signatures, and in particular the Eu and Ce anomalies of the late-stage zircons.

AbstractWe have developed a model for theH2OandOHevolution in a comet outburst, assuming that together with the gas, a distribution of icy grains is ejected. With an initial mass of icy grains of 108kg released, theH2OandOHproductions are increased up to a factor two, and the growth curves change drastically in the first two days. The model is applied to eruptions detected in theOHradio monitorings and fits well with the slow variations in the flux. On the other hand, several events of short duration appear, consisting of a sudden rise ofOHflux, followed by a sudden decay on the second day. These apparent short bursts are frequently found as precursors of a more durable eruption. We suggest that both of them are part of a unique eruption, and that the sudden decay is due to collisions that de-excite theOHmaser, when it reaches the Cometopause region located at 1.35 × 105kmfrom the nucleus.
