Mushroom farmer society Sedyo Lestari is located in the Argosari, Sedayu, Bantul. The high demand for mushrooms media (baglog) is a good business opportunities for this farmer society. But the process of baglog making requires a lot of energy in the form of firewood, especially for sterilization process of the baglog. On the other hand, the mushroom cultivation process itself remains the waste that can be used as fuel for the sterilization process. So far Sedyo Lestari farmer society members do not have the technology to used the mushroom cultivation waste as a fuel. Therefore, it is imperative to transfer knowledge of biomass briquetting technique. The method used in this activities are socialization, training, and mentoring by starting with the introduction of briquettes and briquetting technology. Subsequently made briquette-making machines followed by training briquette making. Mentoring and socialization were also made to all members of farmer society. Outcome of these activities was briquette-making machines that can be used by all members of the society as well as knowledge about the process of making briquettes. The benefit of using briquettes of mushroom cultivation media waste as fuel for subtitute the firewood can provide savings to the expenditures of farmers for buying firewood and solving the waste management problems for farmers.

This study aims to examine the laws of dowry money decoration that are common in the community. The innovation and soul of art that is channeled through décor of dowry money is proven to produce beautiful and unique works, so as to attract the attention and interest of the wider community. However, because to produce beautiful and unique works, a high level of creativity is needed, so not everyone can do it. On the one hand, this phenomenon opens up quite good business opportunities, but on the other hand, it should be watched out, because in some conditions it contains the practice of buying and selling currencies with nominal differences. Through this study, I would like to uncover the law of buying and selling practices decorating dowry money and decorating services. As I also intend to present an applicative solution for the community so that they can still channel their artistic talents without violating Shari’ah law.

The article examines the concept and metaphorical meaning of waste and dirt in short folklore forms, including archival material (phrasemes, proverbs, and beliefs) and also internet memes as a new, contemporary folklore form. Waste and dirt are traditionally conceptually linked to metaphors of unwanted, used, lower-quality, or even immoral. Slovenian proverbs and phrasemes, on the other hand, do not thematize waste management or handling dirt; only beliefs show some part of this. New forms, on the other hand, emphasize environmental pollution directly, using concepts of waste and pollution combined in words and images intended to persuade the viewer or recipient to change their behavior into environmentally responsible behavior. Waste and dirt reveal themselves as important metaphorical elements, as well as a contemporary topic for new folklore genres.

The paper examines two key novels by Sandro Veronesi, the modern Italian writer, Calm Chaos (2006) and Colibri (2020). Both novels were awarded Italy’s main literary prize, the Premio Strega, which is a unique precedent. The relevance of the article comes from the high demand for research on contemporary Italian literature on the one hand and from the novelty of the proposed interpretation for the novel Calm Chaos on the other hand. For the first time, the protagonist of Calm Chaos, Pietro Palladini, is presented not as a preacher of eternal values, returning the reader to the theme of knowing oneself and the surrounding world, but as a mad visionary with clear signs of psychopathy and schizophrenia. The analysis of Veronesi’s latest novel Colibri reveals the character’s evolution and the writer’s narrative manner. The theme of psychiatry in the life of a modern person appears to be one of the key ones in Veronesi’s work.

The importance of REE for modern industries is proved by the high demand. The abundance of REE is richer than that of noble metals like gold or silver. However, supply sources are concentrated in China. The share of the product of REE was highest in 2009 (over 90%) and that is used as a national strategy.Mining industry in Vietnam is mainly developed in northern part. Deposits of principle metals are located around Hanoi, and REE deposits (Dong Pao) is also explored in Lai Chau Province. On the other hand, few bauxite mine is in southern Vietnam and the REE exploration is not conducted enough. Therefore, the study about REE in southern Vietnam is significant. Samples are from mainly basalt and granite. REE pattern, which is normalized by the abundance of chondrite, of basaltic rocks and laterites shows that is decreases monotony. That amount of REE is low (50-180ppm). REE pattern of magnetite rocks and laterites has no Eu and Ce anomaly. On the other hand, illuminate rocks and laterites have strong negative Eu anomaly. Clay minerals were observed by XRD analysis using hydraulic elutriation. The result of REE pattern and sequential extraction, it is indicated that the form of HREE is changed and adsorbed to clay and LREE is leached out. In tailing in Stop 16, it is observed that the concentration of HREE (about 3 times to 5 times than that of before washing). Eu anomaly is affected by reductive environment of the cooling of magma, and it is considered that Ce anomaly is occurred by the change of Ce form (Ce3+ to Ce4+). CeO2 is insoluble to water in the soil. From the XRD analysis, the cause of HREE concentration in water treatment is considered by the clay mineral

Abstract The article deals with investment and business opportunities offered by silver. Silver is the metal used in industry and for investing at financial markets. The main problem related to this real commodity is the issue of “the undervaluation” of its investment options, if compared to gold. If considering silver as the investment option, its investment potential is significantly enhanced by its industrial usage. The aim of this paper is to highlight business and investment opportunities for both professionals and non professional investors at the commodity markets. The price growth of this investment and industrial metal can generate profits for the investors. And on the other hand, industries which cannot do without silver in their production may efficiently utilize the knowledge of setting up its price at the markets.

Canada and Sweden are two countries that are actively involved in environmental protection and both go as far as to declare themselves among the most environmentally friendly countries in the world. However, a report issued by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) ranked each participating country in twenty five key environmental factors and saw Canada place 28th overall out of the 29 participating countries. Sweden on the other hand saw itself coming in at a respectable 10th (Boyd, 2001). The similarities between the two countries in terms of Human Development Index (HDI), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), general climate and interest in environmental protection would at first impression imply similar standards of living and therefore waste production. However, the numbers clearly demonstrate the Sweden is well ahead of Canada in terms of generating and managing its waste.The purpose of this study is to conduct a comparison of waste generation and composition between the two countries on a national scale as well as on a municipal one. Determining the differences between Canadians and Swedes from a waste generation perspective will highlight the cultural differences that create this phenomenon. On the other hand, the analysis of several different municipalities in each country will demonstrate the effects that policies can have on the way waste is managed and ultimately, how it will affect the environment. These analyses will help determine whether or not Canada can imitate Sweden and make its current waste management Canada can imitate Sweden and make its current waste management systems more efficient.

Sidowayah is a hamlet located in Sidoharjo Village, Jambon District. Sidowayah is known as an idiot village, even though actually there are only a few people having mental limitations. On the other hand, Sidowayah is also an area that has advantages both in natural and human resources. The productive age of the Sidowayah community has been on the rise lately, the most prominent is the existence of youth where they have the determination to advance the hamlet, one of them in the economic field. Mushroom cultivation is a long-term plan for them, and therefore better mushroom cultivation training done by university side as proposer plays an important role in realizing these ideals. The training was intended as an initial provision before starting a business. The impact of the training is expected to be able to provide provisions and motivation for young people to start a mushroom cultivation business. In addition, it is expected that the existence of mushroom cultivation can increase assets and the economy of the community of Sidowayah. Di sisi lain, Sidowayah juga merupakan daerah yang memiliki keunggulan baik dalam sumber daya alam maupun manusia. Usia produktif masyarakat Sidowayah telah meningkat akhir-akhir ini, yang paling menonjol adalah keberadaan kaum muda di mana mereka memiliki tekad untuk memajukan dusun, salah satunya di bidang ekonomi. Budidaya jamur adalah rencana jangka panjang bagi mereka, dan oleh karena itu pelatihan budidaya jamur yang lebih baik, yang dilakukan oleh pihak universitas sebagai pengusul program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, memainkan peran penting dalam mewujudkan cita-cita ini. Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan sebagai inisiatif awal sebelum memulai bisnis. Dampak pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan bekal dan motivasi bagi generasi muda untuk memulai usaha budidaya jamur. Selain itu, diharapkan adanya budidaya jamur dapat meningkatkan aset dan ekonomi masyarakat Sidowayah. Kata kunci: Sidowayah, pemuda, budidaya jamur
