In order to improve the planning and management ability of railway transportation and establish a sustainable railway transportation system, a modern railway transportation planning and management system is established by component object model (COM) technology to achieve efficient and sustainable management scheme. First, based on COM technology, the geographic information system (GIS) component is designed and a visual map query scheme is established. GIS can be used to query and dynamically operate maps to obtain rich visual data. Then, based on GIS technology, the railway transportation management system is established from the data access layer, business logic layer and interface presentation layer. The front-end GIS system can quickly access the spatial data and attribute data of the railway, and realize the visual query and management of the railway transportation. Finally, the performance of railway transportation planning management system is tested. The results show that through the planning of X city’s container capacity in 2018, the optimized railway carrying capacity has been greatly improved compared with the original capacity. In addition, through the planning of railway transportation frequency, the number of railway trains is reduced from 141 to 42, which effectively reduces the consumption of railway resources. Therefore, the railway planning management system designed can effectively maximize the use of railway transportation capacity, reduce the consumption of resources in the process of railway operation, and realize the construction of efficient energy-saving and sustainable railway transportation network. This study can provide a reference for the construction of a new sustainable railway development model.

Smart city construction goals put forward for future civic planning work in China sets ahead higher requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a digital management system to help carry out public planning work. GIS provides planning intuitive and rational tools, which much make up for the original urban planning pure graphics, pure text defects. In the attribute data, spatial analysis and spatial data, graphical performance has significant results, can enhance the level of urban planning carried out in China, has great application significance.

In this paper the author suggests a methodological toolkit for assessing the sustainability of the investment and construction complex at the meso-level of management. To ensure the sustainable development of the investment and construction complex, it is necessary to maintain the effective industrial structure that ensures the achievement of social effects, assists to preserving the trend of long-term economic growth and contributes to the increase in competitiveness of domestic construction enterprises. The methodological toolkit is based on the methods of the pricing theory and is necessary for the scientific substantiation of the accepted managerial decisions at the level of industrial management, for the formation of the optimal industrial structure, and for the development of effective methods of a tax policy. Practical implementation of methodological developments, conducted through the example of the regional investment and construction complex of the Voronezh region, allowed empirically to confirm the formulated principles of planning and implementing the organizational and economic changes in the management system of the investment and construction complex to ensure its sustainable development.

The principle task of the sustainable development is the preservation of the genetic variety, which is similar challenge in the horticulture regarding the sublimation of fruit species. The breeders of the traditional fruit strains give stock to the sustenance diversity of the agro-environment on the species and landscape level. In 2009, hyperspectral images have been taken by AISA Dual sensors from the pear gene pool in Újfehértó, Hungary. The hyperspectral data cube (in the wavelength range of 400-2500 nm, with 1.5 m ground resolution) ensured possibility to make the spectral library of pear species. In the course of the simultaneously field work the spatial position and individual extent of all pear trees was defined to set up a detailed GIS data base. The water stress sensitivity of single species and the descriptive spectral curves were determined with common evaluation of the spectral and spatial data. Based on the unique methodology processing and the hyperspectral data base suitable strains can be chosen for agro-environment and let take adaptive stocks regarding climate change into the genetic grafting work. Furthermore we could determine and map the sparsely species in the region with the help of the hyperspectral data.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, private kindergartens in China have encountered a crisis of survival and development. Whether private kindergartens can successfully overcome difficulties is related to the development goal of preschool education and more children’s enrollment needs could be met in the future. In order to realize the sustainable development of private kindergartens, literature review and interview are adopted in this paper to analyze the practical difficulties faced by private kindergartens during the epidemic. The following suggestions are proposed from the perspective of kindergarten internal management: kindergarten principals should assume the responsibility of management, adopt a variety of ways to reduce the turnover rate of kindergarten teachers, and establish the crisis management system in response to outbreaks.

Started in 2007, the PN2 MEMDUR project’s main objective is to design, develop, test and implement in Dambovita County an advanced management system which has to assure the evaluation of the environmental risk in order to administrate the crises situations, in accordance with the demands required by the sustainable development on local, regional and national level. This paper tries to emphasize one of the most important parts of the project which manages the recorded data collected from the measuring workstations. Those workstations measure several parameters in fixed or mobile points.
