Recent healthcare legislation, financial pressures, and regulatory oversight have increased the need to create improved mechanisms for performance measurement, quality management tracking, and outcomes-based research. The Anesthesia Quality Institute (AQI) has established the National Anesthesia Clinical Outcomes Registry (NACOR) to support these requirements for a wide-range of customers including individual anesthesiologists, anesthesia practices, hospitals, and credentialing agencies. Concurrently, the availability of increased digital sources of healthcare data make it possible to capture massive quantities of data in a more efficient and cost-effective manner than ever before. With NACOR, AQI has established a user-friendly, automated process to effectively and efficiently collect a wide-range of anesthesia-related data directly from anesthesia practices. This review will examine the issues guiding the evolution of NACOR as well as some potential pitfalls in its growth and usage.

BackgroundNausea is a common and distressing side effect for children in chemotherapy. Antiemetic recommendations are based on limited literature and prospective evaluation of antiemetic efficacy is required. Smartphone applications (apps) may collect patient-reported outcomes with precision and effectiveness1. We developed a smartphone app to track nausea in pediatric cancer patients during chemotherapy.MethodsMedical researchers, pediatric oncologists and software engineers worked synergistically in the development. We translated the validated Pediatric Nausea Assessment Tool to score nausea severity2. We conducted three rounds of patient-feedback and modification.ResultsThe app has a definition module where the child centers the attention to the concept of nausea. The child can then express nausea severity with four faces and the child’s own definition of nausea is incorporated in the question2. The app includes a notification system to ensure high response rates. All participants felt that the app was user-friendly, intuitive and that time spent was acceptable.ConclusionThe app is a user-friendly tool to assess nausea in pediatric cancer patients that can ease future pediatric antiemetic trials.ReferencesStone AA, Shiffman S, Schwartz JE, et al. Agriculture serves a serious role during a country's economy. The role of agriculture in economic development is crucial as a result of a majority of the population of developing countries build their living from agriculture. The most purpose of our project is to assist small scale farmers by coming up with small scale harvester machine to reap crops terribly with efficiency. Now a days, Agriculture equipment have ton of limitations and it needs additional energy to work. The crop cutting machine needs human effort associated it’s terribly cheap for social class farmer because it has no sophisticated structure and conjointly simply operated by a human. Carrot crop cutter machines doesn’t needs high maintenance. This harvester machine has 2 roller arrangement which are placed in parallel manner facing each other, combined to supply up lift torsion that may be applicable for the harvest crops like carrot, onion and radish etc. The facility unit for this machine may be a battery supply providing 12A. This power is transmitted through gear box, sprocket-chain mechanism to the roller motors and alternative power requiring mechanisms for performing arts harvest home operation. The most feature of this model is that it will save up to 70 % of energy consumption and 85 % of harvest home time. The most thought of this project is to supply a user friendly operation machines for farmers and it will cut back labor value as 1 person is enough to handle. At last the main motto is to make friendly equipment both for farmers and to our ecosystem, because the cost for labors and fuels are completely reduced.

The beach cleaning machine is a vehicle that can be used to pick up rags from the shores thus keeping the beaches clean. A great number of people visit beaches very often for relaxation and recreation. People throw plastics quite often on shores without knowing the consequences. This results in environmental pollution which affects the marine environment and increases the risks of diseases. In order to overcome this we have designed and fabricated a beach cleaning machine that will clean the beaches by picking up rags with minimal human effort. Here, we have incorporated an Arduino board and developed an app through which we will be able to control the operations of the machine within a range of 10 meter through Bluetooth. A 3-D model of the design has been developed and analysis has been performed. The machine developed is a cost efficient vehicle with high efficiency and also user friendly

The prevention of traffic accidents is critical. Moving from one location to another is a part of our daily lives. Every year, numerous road accidents occur as a result of unsafe road conditions, road driver ethics, or a combination of both road conditions and driver ethics. Road safety must be followed in order to ensure the safety of vehicle operators, passengers, and pedestrians on the sidewalk. To avoid serious accidents and injuries, traffic rules and guidelines must be established and strictly enforced. The proposed project's main focus is on road safety in mountainous areas. The primary goal of this project is to create a user-friendly safety system while also reducing the number of road accidents by incorporating a system that is accessible at the tip of our fingers. The method connects the integrated circuit that has been designed in order to send notification to the user on the Blynk application via the method of using an integrated circuit as well as an app platform, Blynk. When driving at higher elevations, a lack of hydration can result in elevation infection, which can affect sharpness. The higher you go, the less oxygen you can see all around you. A few people may suffer from a minor illness such as a migraine, queasiness, or exhaustion. A few people may experience mild symptoms such as a migraine, queasiness, or exhaustion. Keep in mind that dehydration can precipitate the onset of high altitude side effects. This research has the potential to save thousands of lives by providing insight into how road safety affects our lives. It is possible to save lives by combining the use of a smartphone to send notification and an alert system in the form of a warning light.

The Ceiling cleaning process is one of the tedious tasks ever which involves removing algae, mold, lichen, dust, and moss from the surface. Cleaning of the roof becomes very difficult when the height of the roof is very high also an excess human effort is required which also makes the labor feel discomfort, in addition to muscle pain. By considering all the above-discussed difficulties, we have developed a concept of a semi-automatic ceiling cleaning machine that is capable of cleaning dirt, grime, algae, etc. on the ceiling. Enabling the machine in accessing hard-to-reach areas on the ceilingsand at higher altitudes. To make the controlling of the machine user-friendly an electric drive is incorporated, such that a person with less technical knowledge can access it with high accuracy. The power source for the entire operation is provided with the help of a battery which is internally installed in the setup. As an added advantage, the multi-head system is implanted, using this our setup can be used as a traditional brush head, and by changing the vacuum head, the setup is capable of performing dust collection operations using vacuum pressure. To make a machine which will take care of the safety of persons, save time and also shouldn't damage false ceiling structure. This method of ceiling cleaning can be used in hotels, offices, etc. which will give a more appealing look. This method is suitable for small, medium as well as large-scale applications.

In modern healthcare environment provide more user-friendly services at less time and in cost -effective manner. However, it causes data security issues on Electronic Health Record (EHR) transactions. The most challenging issue while handling the medical data is unauthorized accessing by unknown person. In this paper, a secure medical data access is carried out using Identity based proxy re-encryption system. Initially, patient has to register and upload the data in the cloud using the identity based proxy re-encryption system. Then the doctor will access the document using their respective identity and request for it, to get the secret key. This provides data confidentiality, integrity, and reduce the computation cost, while handling the documents in cloud.

Educational Institutions across the world have shifted fromcampus-based teaching and learning to online system of deliveryof education. During this transition phase, much emphasis hasbeen laid on the administrative and technological aspects of theonline teaching and learning. This includes resource building, faculty development, online student engagement and training.Importance has also been given to the challenges of onlineassessment which includes but is not limited to online cheating, implementation of online proctoring, and assessment of clinicalskills. However, in this process, one of the aspects that has notbeen given due diligence is the digital wellbeing of the end usersi.e., teachers and students.A new system of teaching and learning with its share ofchallenges puts stress both for students and teachers and affectstheir well-being. Well-being is more than just being happy. Aswell as feeling happy, well-being means developing as aperson, being satisfied, and making a contribution to thecommunity (Dodge & Huyton). The digital wellbeing takesinto consideration the effect of technologies and digital serviceson people’s mental, physical, and emotional health. It meansunderstanding and identifying the positive and negative impactsof engaging with digital activities and being aware of ways tomanage and control these to improve wellbeing (Shah, A., 2019).To ensure the well-beings of the teachers and students, the enhancement of well-being should be planned by theinstitutions for short-, mid- and long-term durations. To dothis, the institutions should consider the challenges faced bythe teachers and students in using the technology to teach andlearn, respectively. Institutional leaders should be aware of thepros and cons of the online teaching and learning. To ensure digital well-being, the process of using technology hasto be simple and friendly. It requires training of both teachersand students, selection of user-friendly applications, effectivelyengaging students in online sessions (Khan, Atta, Sajjad, &Jawaid, 2021), managing technology enhanced assessment, listening to the issue of teachers and students. If this is notdone in an effective manner, the results would be catastrophicresulting into disinterest in the delivery and acquisition ofknowledge. This would also cause extra stress and burden forstudents who will end with more extrinsic and cognitive loadand less germane load.Apart from the institutional level, it is important to managedigital well-being at the personal level as well. The time spenton technology should be effectively balanced. Derive moreoutput in lesser time (Gazzaley, & Samuel, 20121). Minimizethe distractions and take adequate breaks and find time for yourfamily (Allen, & Bhuyan, 2021). Monitor the time spent on usingthe technology (Samuel, & Gazzaley, 2021). This can be donemanually. However, applications are available that automaticallymonitor the technology usage. Daily or weekly reflections on useof technology and how it affects your mental and physical healthcan be helpful in attaining digital well-being.---------------------------------------------------------------

Electric bulbs, television sets, fans and other home appliances are usually controlled largely with human effort using mechanical switches. However, over the past decade, there has been drastic improvement and advancement in consumer electronics and embedded systems. This has ensured a home environment where appliances can be connected and controlled using wireless technology and an Android smart phone. This study demonstrates the design of an automated system to assist and provide support in order to fulfill the needs of the physically disabled and elderly ones in controlling electrical appliances in homes. The heart of the control system is the wireless Bluetooth technology which provide remote access from a smart phone to a Bluetooth module and then to a control and switching unit. Bluetooth wireless connection enables the system to communicate with a Java application on an Android smart phone without cable. The user can easily touch on the phone screen to control the home appliances linked to the system. This method which requires minimal human effort is able to assist the disabled, sick and elderly people who have difficulties with locomotion. Thus, a control system has been designed which offer a low design, installation ease, quick response time and a user friendly interface in controlling home electrical appliances. Keywords - Android Phone, Bluetooth, Microcontroller, Relay and Switching
