The abundance of wood supplies as the main raw material in the manufacture of furniture should encourage people in Samarinda City to look at this business as a promising business. But in reality, the development of the furniture business in Samarinda City is still far behind when compared to other cities. One of the factors causing the underdevelopment of this industry is the low capacity of human resources. Realizing the problems, the community service team in collaboration with partners (Meubel Berkah Ghegan) aimed to provide molding training to the community around the Politeknik Negeri Samarinda. The training is carried out in seven work steps, socialization, determination of furniture types, design / design, material checking, wood cleaning and drying, material processing, and finishing. This service activity improves the skills of participants in designing and producing furniture, increases knowledge about furniture making techniques with modern tools, and provides insight related to furniture business opportunities in Samarinda City.

Currently mastery of digital marketing has become a must for business people. However, there are<br />still many parties who have not mastered it. In order to provide briefing and enrichment on digital<br />marketing strategy, this community service activity (PKM) was carried out in collaboration with<br />Dekopinda - North Jakarta. Starting with the formulation of the problem, followed by the formulation of<br />the material and the determination of the form of activity, this PKM was carried out on June 26, 2021<br />using an online platform, because it took place in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the<br />implementation of the PPKM Mikro in DKI Jakarta. This activity was attended by 35 participants who<br />are the Managements and Members of Dekopinda – North Jakarta. The material presented includes<br />the understanding of digital marketing, digital marketing channels, internet marketing and its main<br />channels, how to start digital marketing, strategies for choosing social media as a promotional tool,<br />and how to choose a marketplace for beginners. After participating in this activity, participants felt<br />great benefits and suggested similar activities with different topics. The proposed topics are<br />leadership and identification of business opportunities during a pandemic.

In order to reduce poverty and create a prosperous society, we are not only challenged to prepare Human Resources who are ready to work, but also must be able to prepare and create the employment by entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship or have an own business is a dream for many people since there are many benefits can be obtained. In this context, the concern of growing the spirit of entrepreneurship on housewives in the village of Sei Mencirim is based on several reasons. First, by entrepreneurship, housewives are able to help the heads of household in improving family living standards. Second, since housewives have more free time, it is going to be more efficient if used for entrepreneurship. Third, housewives tend to be more skilled at managing time and easily to socialize with others. Thus, to foster this entrepreneurial spirit, it is necessary to familiarize housewives about the importance of entrepreneurship, so that, later, housewives in Sei Mencirim village can understand the importance of entrepreneurship. The objectives of this community service are: (1) To provide a deeper insight of the entrepreneurship importance, especially for housewives in Sei Mencirim Village, Jati Dusun II Street, (2) To see how much housewives’ interest in Sei Mencirim Village, Jati Dusun II Street for entrepreneurship, (3) To share the knowledge about how to see business opportunities for housewives in Sei Mencirim Village, Jati Dusun II Street. The result of this community service activity is the community has been able to make a small group in making the projects for housewives as an alternative that can be used to build the business later and housewives can help improve the family economy without forgetting its role.

The algorithm of the study that includes theoretical analysis and physical experiment was elaborated for the study of technological parameters of pectin containing raw material processing in the vegetable-milk forcemeats technology. The expedience of using carrot Shantenee, pumpkin Guiley and marrow Zolotinka as the sources of pectin substances in the technology of combined forcemeats on the milk base was grounded. Technological parameters of pectin containing raw material processing for realization of its target properties as an amendment and stabilizer of the structure in milk-vegetable forcemeats technology were theoretically grounded. The methods of determination of soluble pectin and protopectin content and also the methods of determination of рН medium were chosen. The methods of experiment planning and mathematical processing of experimental data were carried out using computer programs MS Excel 97 2003 and MatCAD. The influence of рН medium, temperature and duration of thermal processing of carrot, pumpkin and marrow on the process of accumulation of soluble pectin in them was studied. The formation technology of puree of the vegetables that have the increased viscosity and are not stratified at the storage and further use. Accumulation of soluble pectin that expresses the properties of structure stabilizer and favors the increase of vegetable puree viscosity causes the expedience of its use in milk-vegetable forcemeats technology. The use of vegetable puree in milk-vegetable forcemeats technology allows widen the assortment and provide the mutual enrichment of the receipt components of combined forcemeat masses with milk proteins, β-carotene, food fibers, vitamins and other functional ingredients.

Nowadays, solid and transparent soap is often used as a display of wedding souvenirs, air freshener, and handicrafts. With the presence of a solid and transparent soap in very unique display and interesting this can make the soap is sold at a relatively more expensive price in the market. Regarding with the development of solid soap products that can produce several good benefits, this activity needs to be trained, developed and empowered to the parties who have the potential to produce these products. One of the parties that has the potential to be trained is the housewives in the PKK group (Family Welfare Empowerment) at Rawamangun, East Jakarta. This community service activity is done by using lecture and simulation/demonstration method through innovative product development of souvenir soap by using palm cooking oil. The results of the training show the enthusiasm and willingness of the participants to be able to perform individually in the manufacture of solid soap souvenir products and they can produce in large quantities. With this training, the housewives can practice themselves at home and be motivated to open business opportunities through these product so it can be feasible for sale in the market

In daily life, soap is one of the things that humans need to keep the body clean and the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. The high public interest in soap, especially dishwashing soap, opens up business opportunities to produce soap to meet community needs. Community empowerment, especially the PKK women's group to produce dishwashing soap, can be done because dishwashing soap is relatively easy to learn and produce. However, public knowledge about chemicals and the process of producing dish soap is still very minimal. This community service activity aims to provide insight into the home business opportunities and skills of making dish soap to PKK ladies. The group of partners in this activity is PKK women in Kutuwetan Village, Ponorogo Regency. This activity is expected to improve the community's welfare, especially in the economic field, and foster awareness and independence in entrepreneurship. The methods used in this community service activity include coordination with partners, counseling, and training in making liquid soap, evaluation, and follow-up. This community service activity is in the form of a dish soap product that has been put in packages and distributed to residents. In addition, the achievement of a group of partners who already have skills in making dish soap. ABSTRAKDalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sabun merupakan salah satu barang yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia baik untuk menjaga kebersihan badan maupun kebersihan lingkungan sekitar. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap sabun khususnya sabun cuci piring, menjadikan terbukanya peluang usaha untuk memproduksi sabun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut. Pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama kelompok ibu-ibu PKK untuk memproduksi sabun cuci piring bisa dilakukan karena pembuatan sabun cuci piring yang relatif mudah dipelajari dan diproduksi. Akan tetapi, pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bahan kimia dan proses produksi sabun cuci piring masih sangat minim. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan tentang peluang usaha rumahan dan keterampilan pembuatan sabun cuci piring pada ibu-ibu PKK. Kelompok mitra kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Kutuwetan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi serta menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian bagi masyarakat ini meliputi koordinasi dengan mitra, penyuluhan, pelatihan pembuatan sabun cair serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu berupa produk sabun cuci piring yang telah dimasukkan kemasan dan dibagikan pada warga sekitar. Selain itu, tercapainya kelompok mitra yang telah memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan sabun cuci piring.

Tanjung Johor sub-district is located in the District of Service of Jambi City and is one of the guided villages of the University of Jambi, which has great natural resource potential. However, the community's livelihoods are still mostly rubber and oil palm farmers. One of the potentials in this village is waste from empty palm oil bunches and used as oyster mushroom farming. The resulting oyster mushroom has not been processed into a health drink, only as a cooking ingredient. The results of guidance and collaboration from Jambi University lecturers, such as introducing the benefits of oyster mushrooms for improving body health in this village, have been carried out, but the production of oyster mushrooms has not been carried out. By seeing this potential came the idea to make a healthy drink from oyster mushrooms. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide selling value for oyster mushrooms from agriculture and post-harvest handling, increase public knowledge about the benefits of oyster mushrooms and maximize human resources in Tanjung Johor village. The method used is oyster mushroom counseling and making health drinks. This activity produces processed products from oyster mushrooms such as health drinks that can increase the selling value of oyster mushrooms and increase the creativity of human resources in Tanjung Johor Village, Pelayangan District Jambi City.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membangun gizi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan memanfaatkan potensi desa yakni Daun Kelor sebagai bahan baku pembuatan produk “BI SAYLOR” (Biskuit PMT dan Sayur Daun Kelor). Pemanfaatan Potensi Desa yakni Kelor dengan produk diharapkan dapat menjadi pembangunan berkelanjutan di bidang gizi. Penambahan Biskuit PMT sebagai bahan baku produk diharapkan dapat mengurangi prevalensi kejadian stunting dan gizi buruk di Desa Kedungsumber. Produk BI SAYLOR dapat disajikan dalam tiga variasi makanan, yakni: Ice Cream, Nugget, dan Puding. Metode yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi disertai materi pelatihan, serta disampaikan langsung dengan melakukan pendemonstrasian yang berkenaan dengan proses pembuatan tiga macam varian produk. Dari dimulai dari penanganan bahan baku, cara penggunaan alat-alat produksi, proses pencampuran bahan, pemasakan, pengemasan sampai pemasaran. Hasil secara keseluruhan hampir 100 persen mitra kerja, menilai kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Kedungsumber bermanfaat dan dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci— BiSaylor, Gizi Berkelanjutan, Pangan Alternatif. Abstract The purpose of this community service activity is to build nutrition and welfare of the community, by utilizing the potential of the village, namely Kelor Leaf as a raw material for making products "BI SAYLOR" (PMT Biscuits and Moringa Leaf Vegetables). Village Potential Utilization namely Moringa with products is expected to be a sustainable development in the field of nutrition. The addition of PMT biscuits as product raw material is expected to reduce the prevalence of stunting and malnutrition in Kedungsumber Village. BI SAYLOR products can be served in three variations of food, namely: Ice Cream, Nugget, and Pudding. The method was carried out using lecture and demonstration methods accompanied by training materials, and delivered directly by conducting demonstrations relating to the process of making three product variants. Starting from handling raw materials, how to use production equipment, the process of mixing materials, cooking, packaging to marketing. The overall results of nearly 100% work partners, assess community service activities in Kedungsumber Village are useful and can be carried out sustainably. Keywords— Alternative Food, BiSaylor, Sustainable Nutrition

ABSTRAKPengelolaan dan manajemen bisnis dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) masih menjadi permasalahan yang seringkali diabaikan oleh kebanyakan para pelaku UMKM. Masalah ini disebabkan karena masih minimnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan manajerial tentang bisnis yang dimiliki oleh SDM di UMKM tersebut. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi tas masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra binaan, khususnya di UMKM Desa Kerinjing, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Fokus utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan berbagai pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam kaitannya dengan prinsip dasar manajemen bisnis yang baik, diantaranya yaitu tentang pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kompetensi SDM UMKM melalui pelatihan aplikasi marketplace. Disrupsi ekonomi digital dan adanya pandemi Covid-19 merupakan peluang yang seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku usaha kecil untuk beralih ke bisnis online. Hal ini diupayakan untuk seiring sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang berupaya mewujudkan sebanyak 30juta UMKM untuk beralih ke bisnis online pada tahun 2024. Adapun khalayak sasaran yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kerinjing, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, tutorial aplikasi, dan diskusi. Kata kunci: manajemen; marketplace; SDM; UMKM; desa kerinjing. ABSTRACTBusiness management in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is a problem that is often ignored by most MSME entrepreneurs. The purpose of this community service is to provide solutions to problems faced by partners, especially in SMEs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The main focus in this service is to provide various assistance and training related to the basic principles of good business management, including the empowerment and improvement of MSME human resources competencies through marketplace application training. Disruption of the digital economy and the Covid-19 pandemic are opportunities that should be used by small business entrepreneurs to move to online business. This is in accordance with the program that has been launched by the government, namely "30 million MSMEs go digital by 2024". The target audience who are partners in this community service are MSME entrepreneurs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. Farmers' understanding of how to fertilize efficiently and effectively is not yet fully mastered. Most farmers often fertilize crops beyond the recommended dosage. This community service aims to (1) increase farmers' understanding and knowledge of the quality of fertilizers and balanced fertilization technology to achieve the use of fertilizers that are relatively efficient, (2) disseminating balanced fertilization technology with the correct rules. This activity was started with an explanation of fertilizer and balanced fertilization technology, then continued with a balanced fertilization demonstration in Mumbu Village, Woja Subdistrict Dompu District in the planting season of MK 1 in 2018. As the target partner was the Bina Baru Farmer group, Mumbu Village, Woja Subdistrict, Dompu District and as a working partner is a local agricultural extension agent (PPL). The community service team acts as a facilitator, while the local PPL is tasked with assisting the farmers' demonstration activities. This community service activity uses a participatory approach starting from the beginning to the end of the activity in making decisions. The results of community service activities show as follows (1) there is an increase in farmers' understanding of the quality of fertilizers and determination of fertilizer application based on fertilizer quality in applying the site-specific balanced fertilization concept and (2) mastering the application of balanced fertilizer application technology with the 5 T. rule. The application of proven balanced fertilization technology can increase yields from 9 tons per ha (how to fertilize farmers) to 12 tons per ha
