This community service aims to improve the understanding and skills of travel entrepreneurs in Samarinda in using integrated information system applications with macro in excel. The problems faced by travel entrepreneurs are bookkeeping and financial management which are still conventional so that the majority of them cannot know for sure their financial position and assets. This community service is carried out with training that begins with a process of observation and discussion with travel entrepreneurs in Samarinda. Furthermore, the entrepreneurs were given material about the urgency of an information system based on Macro in Excel for business management. The results of the service activities reveal that travel entrepreneurs can practically use the macro in excel well, but still need to be careful in the data input process. Programs that have been created can be developed because the facilities available in macro is very customizable.

The purpose of the implementation of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of the financial management of BUMDes. The problem faced by partners is that bumdes financial management has not been properly managed, resulting in the optimal governance of BUMDes in the partner village. The un availability of accommodated resources in the village is one of the causes of the unsanying of local potential in partner villages and their surroundings. This method of community service implementation is carried out by providing training on the importance of accounting management as a form of business management accountability and providing assistance to partners in compiling financial statements in accordance with financial accounting standards (SAK). The result of this community service activity is that BUMDes managers are able to compile BUMDes financial statements in a simple way including cash statements, income statements, capital change reports and financial position statements. Although the results of financial reporting compiled by partners are still very simple, this reporting has been done with SAK and it is expected that in the future the management of the partner's financial system is well organized.

The community subjection activities is a partnership program between the Community Partnership Program (PKM) with Dolok Masihul (Domas) Farmer Group partners. The problems are (1) Production aspects include a) Oyster mushroom chips are oily and less crunchy and do not last long; b) Plastics and labels used are still inadequate and straightforward because they are not accompanied by product information as well as packaging for oyster mushroom chips which is even done manually. (2) Aspects of Business and Financial Management, among others: a) Marketing is still carried out conventionally. b) Business management is always simple, carried out in a family manner, and there is no product legality. c) There is no separation between household finances and business finances. d) There are no records or business bookkeeping so that it is difficult to calculate the profits it gets. This community service aims to increase the knowledge, skills, and income of the Domas Farmer Group and the surrounding community through training in production, finance, and marketing. Community service activities are carried out using method 1). Transfer of knowledge, such as lectures and discussions, 2). Training, and 3). Bookkeeping assistance for the Oyster Mushroom Chips business. The results to improve the skills and knowledge of the Domas farmer group include making Oyster Mushroom chips using Deep Fryers and Spinners, knowing the use of social Media for marketing, and being able to make a financial report—publishing the Compilation Guide Book.

So far, the potential of MSMEs has not been fully exploited. Many MSME activity actors (owners) often experience internal problems so that it is difficult to develop and compete both among MSMEs and with large producers. The problem of financial management is one of the problems that is often encountered in MSMEs. Some of the common financial management problems that are often encountered in MSMEs include the mixing of owner's personal finances with business finance, product pricing is often done simply and intuitively, without carefully calculating costs incurred, the method of recording transactions carried out is still not good and lack of knowledge about financial recording and financial management (accounting). Based on these problems, community service activities were carried out in collaboration between the service team, the Rokan Hilir Regency Cooperatives and UKM Service and several MSME players in Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this activity is to increase the willingness or desire of MSME actors in Rokan Hilir Regency to use accounting to improve the financial performance of MSMEs. Then with this activity, it is hoped that participants will be able and skilled to prepare financial reports according to SAK EMKM so that it is useful in improving the performance of MSMEs.The results of the activity provide additional knowledge and understanding to MSME actors how the process of preparing financial statement is in accordance with SAK EMKM. Participants who are MSME players can compile financial statement starting with journalizing, posting to ledgers, trial balance and preparing income statements and statements of financial position

In an effort to improve empowerment of creative economy, enterpreneurship and management for small business and cooperation is the basis for author to improve the empowerment through training. Training is one of the way to improve the competence of people for generating optimal performance that  suitable with the expectation. The study was conducted by using survey method with interview, observation techniques, and questionnaires. The title of this community service activity is Enterpreneurship Training for Small Business and Cultivated Cooperative at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan.  The purpose of this activity is to develop an improve the enterpreneurship as well as improving the management skills  of small business and cooperation at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan. This activity are developing enterpreneurship, market and marketing analysis, business management, partnership, production efficiency, financial management, and business proposal can be useful in developing the business. <p><strong><em>Abstract:</em></strong></p><p><em>This community service activity aims to help school owners and managements to get competences in preparing Financial Statement regarding to Accounting Standards for Non Profit Entity (PSAK 45/ISAK 35). The subject discussed in this community service activity are: 1. Basic knowledge of Financial Statement for Non Profit Entity, 2. The Accounting Cycle Concept that consist of journalization, posting to general legder, preparing trial balance, adjusting entries concept, and adjusted trial balance. 3. Basic concept of preparing Financial Statements including activity statement, statement of financial position, and cash flow statement. 4. Practise for identifying transaction, preparing cash journal, posting to general ledger, and preparing trial balance. 5. This community service activity is a suistanable training program, with objective to give the participants competences in preparing Financial Statements of their school at the end of the program. Methods used in this community service activity are counseling, training, and mentoring presented by community service activity team. Discussion sessions with participants guided by the mentor and held in Zoom Meeting. Questionnaire in Google Form platform is used to gather feedback from participants. The evaluation results for this community service activity, both during the session and through questionnaire, shows that participants are satisfied with the program and the purpose of this community service activity is achieved where participants got the benefits in knowledge, understanding, and skills related to Financial Management and Financial Statements in school. Also, participants are able to apply transaction identification, journalized, prepared general ledger and trial balance.</em></p>

The activity aims to provide quality management assistance of financial governance on UD “DUA PUTRA” rice mill business in Kutorenon Sukodono, so that the company is able to improve the human resources ability in managing its business management; strengthen the human resources ability in the preparation of bookkeeping regularly and correctly; improve the ability to separate between business and household finances; find easy capital access. The method used in this community service activity has several stages, including initial surveys, interviews in order to find offered problems and solutions, business management assistance, financial management and UKM operational funding assistance. The weakness of partner mainly lies in the limited human resources ability in manage their business, the unavalaibility of human resources who understand business bookkeeping regularly, unseparated business and household finances and limited capital access. Targets to be achieved, include: increase partner skills in running its business sustainably; strengthening the ability of partners in the preparation of bookkeeping regularly and correctly; increasing the ability of partners in separating business and household finances and obtaining easy capital access.

The article is devoted to the development of information technologies in the field of public finance management. The purpose of the work is to detail the functioning of “Electronic Budget” state integrated information system of public finance management, to justify its creation and development. In order to achieve the goal, the functionality of the information system is disclosed, its purpose is to be able to familiarize citizens with the activities of organizations of the public administration sector and public legal entities for monitoring and, as a result, to improve the quality of financial management. Regulatory legal documents regulating the operation of “Electronic Budget” State Integrated Information System (SIIS) and establishing the powers of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Federal Treasury as operators of the information system, topical issues of information publication by participants of the information system, importance of filling the integrated portal of the budget system of the Russian Federation with information are considered. The results of analyzing the completeness and relevance of publishing relevant information on the integrated portal of the budget system by chief administrators of budget funds of the federal budget as of October 1, 2019, financial bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and management bodies of territorial state extrabudgetary funds as of May 1, 2019 and October 1, 2019 in terms of publication forms, as well as prospects of publication in 2020 are shown. The analysis shows the lack of informational system participants’ activity in publishing information established by normative legal acts, as well as the existing shortcomings of the “Electronic Budget” SIIS. The results of the study can be used both by specialists in the field of finance, participants of “Electronic Budget” SIIS of public finance management, and citizens interested in the budget process of the Russian Federation and implementing national projects in the country.

This study aims to analyze the procedures and effectiveness of cash expenditure through the accounting information system of PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional Division (Divre) V. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the Miles and Hubermen model as a method of analysis. The results showed that the company had implemented computerized financial management through SAP (System Application and Product) and cash expenditure using the imprest fund system. The use of accounting information systems and procedures aims to protect assets and support the effectiveness of cash expenditure.

Coffee is one drink that is very popular with people in the world. Coffee produced and consumed by the Rembang public is called Kopi Lelet. Lelet coffee is typical Rembang coffee. Lelet coffee is identical to the activity of nglelet with the media of cigarettes and the ink uses lethekan (pulp) lelet coffee. SMEs that produce lelet coffee is Cap Cangkir and Cap Leo Lelet coffee. However, both SMEs have obstacles in developing their business, namely: 1) Limited insight and knowledge about management and entrepreneurship owned by Kopi Lelet SMEs; 2) The production process is still manual, not using a machine so the production results are still limited; 3) Marketing areas are still limited in Rembang Regency and conventional with still simple packaging; 4) Financial management is not good, income is still used for daily needs; and 5) Limited capital owned by partner coffee lelet SMEs, especially for the procurement of production equipment. To overcome these problems, the team undertook the following activities: 1) Conducting entrepreneurship training and business management; 2) Facilitating the procurement of coffee grinding machines and packaging presses; 3) Facilitating the procurement of product packaging with attractive designs; and 4) Business assistance for Kopi Lelet SMEs partner especially recording business transactions. The results of these community service activities are:  1) Lelet coffee partners SMEs can implement good business management; 2) Availability of coffee grinders and packaging presses; 3) Availability of attractive product packaging; and 4) Lelet coffee partner SMEs already has a simple bookkeeping.

The focus of this PKM are efforts to improve business management and home industry production quality in Demak Regency. Partners are home industry business actors with various market snacks products. Based on the situation analysis, partners have problems in production aspects and business management. Problems in production are limited tools, partners use manually production. The problem in marketing is the limited marketing reach, the product is only sold in one traditional market. The problem in financial aspect are that partners do not have financial books and records so that profits or losses cannot be detected properly. The solutions offered for problems in the production aspect are Machine facilitation and workshops for Mixing Dough and Making Frozen Food Products. Solutions for marketing aspects, namely training and workshops on making product variations and packaging. Solutions for financial aspects include training in simple bookkeeping and business financial management. All of the target solutions offered have been fulfilled by the PKM team to partners. The benefits that partners get from this community service program include: (1) Increased turnover, (2) Improved Machine Use Skills, (3) Improved Partner Understanding and Skills in Doing Simple Bookkeeping and separating family and business finances and (4) Expanding Marketing Reach
